Had a lot of questions in the field of different ways of jewelry making . A employee, gentleman named Glenn who is a silversmith himself was very knowledgeable about the trade. He was very professional and polite answered my questions and elaborated on important details. Most compliments goes out to his bracelets he made and was wearing it at work. Forcing people to buy stuff is not a good business practice. I advise people to avoid the store and get silver elsewhere.

Was passing through a few months back and they had a great selection of materials and were kind and helpful. I got lucky that day because they were having a sale and got a fair amount of items considerably cheaper than what I wouldve paid locally for them. Next time I head across country, Ill be stopping in again.

Visited Thunderbird Supply on a Monday, I understand its a busy day but this cashier does not have to be so rude! The lady in front of me was trying to ask him questions. She explained to him this was her first time shopping there and he was not hearing it. Before I got up to the register he was mumbling stuff to himself, saying something about its Monday, I just want to go home! Im sorry but Glenn (thats his name) if you do not want to work on a Monday at least be courteous to the customers. Or do not work in customer service at all!
