I really want to like this place, its locally owned and friendly but Ive lost my trust in the mechanics and cant recommend. I got some work done on my steering wheel a few months back on my BMW station wagon. Documentation from the shop says that the power steering reservoir was replaced along with a number of other parts. Just took the car to another shop in town that specializes in foreign-made autos and was told that the power steering reservoir appears to be the original. Disappointing to pay for service that was not actually performed. In addition was told that the wrong type of coolant was used for this vehicle at last service and that the reasons front light bulbs burned out was likely due to installation error.

Great service! We were traveling through on our way to the Grand Canyon and the heat shield under our car came loose and was rattling around. They jumped right on it and got us back on the road quickly. Good honest service. Thank you!

I was driving from Indiana to California when my van started having problems with the DEF system. I had to stop in Gallup and was fortunate enough to find Atelier since there were no Dodge dealerships in town that I could go to. They did a system check and found some errors that caused me to have to stay overnight. I probably wasnt the most pleasant and they could see my frustration, but they handled it extremely well. The lady at the front desk offered to drive me to a hotel and pick me up the next day while they got my van figured out. Then, they took the time to go through every possible scenario of what could happen with the DEF system with me and gave me estimates on what it would cost to have it fixed. They said they could fix it but were honest about price and how it would take probably a week as they would have to order parts. I couldnt afford to stay there a week and get it fixed, so I decided to fly home and make plans to have my van shipped back. The nearest airport is in Albuquerque and the owner offered to drive me the FULL 2 HOURS to drop me off in Albuquerque so I could catch a flight the next morning. They spent so much time on me even though I paid only about $300 for the check, flush, and reset of the DEF system. This was some of the best customer service Ive ever received and they deserve all the business and success they can get! Thank you so much!
