I wouldnt give 1 start to this place. I didnt have high expectations so I wasnt totally disappointed. Out of all the 3 people they have working in this place. But only one register opened at all times. Pharmacy accuses you of lying about them filling half of your prescription before counting their inventory..!! But if you call this place no one will answer after more that 15 attempts and more than 20 minutes you will have to go up there and see 6 people in customer service and once again only one register open. The tire center would be the worst around after telling me if a battery im trying to return to get the correct on after they sold me the wrong one holds a charge I cant return it not even 20 days later..(my fault for not knowing) People have very little work experience yet alone ethics.. would ask for manager but seems they are not in that day.? I guess when you get 100s of people coming in regardless you stop caring about customer service. 🤷🏼

I wouldve scored higher if they had more help. Only one or two registers open. You can go through the self checkout lane but for the ones that are disabled and cant have to wait for a very long time.

Overall a good shopping trip. Not always helpful customer service though

The deli department was SUPER SLOW, AS ALWAYS... And half the items I went to get were not on the shelves. Tons of empty shelves through out the entire store.

Walmart is always an adventure. This visit everything was on such disarray, the drink area looks like it was ransacked and the clothing area wasnt much better

Going down in cleanliness every week. Staff shortages maybe. A employee is hiding football, basketball cards for a certain customer every week. Not fair for customers who do things right. We call headquarters every other day. This place doesnt play by the rules

Walmart is given a bad name because of their customers. Its like when people walk through those doors they lose all common sense and human decency.The staff here is always kind and caring. They do everything in their power to help each and every customer.If you go to Walmart and a cashier isnt smiling dont give them a hard time. They are trying their best. They could be tired, having a bad day, or just simply in the zone. Maybe you should try to be the one to put a smile on their face... And if you find an item out of place most likely that was a customer that picked something up and changed their mind and just layed it down. If the price is wrong remember they are human and make mistakes... the system they use makes plenty of mistakes also, but they did not create that system and they will not know its wrong until they are notified, so please do so it a kind way. If prices are to high remember that the employees there do not set the prices themselves. That is WAY above their pay grade. None of the employees here are paid enough to deal with the type of customers they receive, but they still try to make everyone happy even when they are being put down by that person.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep this in mind next time something doesnt go your way at Walmart.And no... Im not an employee here... I just have eyes, ears, and a big heart.

It is always uber packed, shelves barely stocked, the lines to check out are Hella long. Just a total nightmare, only sad thing we dont really have any where else to shop an all in one.....

Staff always nice to you and helping you is there way . Great outlet to get what you need and this location is good. Management is also helpful and no problems to report.

Hey Walmart..have your employees do their jobs...Ive spent 2 hours trying to get a hold of customer service with no answer...some customer service..haha you say you want your customers to have a pleasant experience with Walmart then act like you care about your customers..good way to lose customers. Franklin Kentucky Walmart and Gallatin Tennessee...answer your calls geez it aint hard to answer a phone

It is hard to beat the convenience if you dont have alot of time and a family to feed. Their prices are low and it is very easy to find what you need. They always have some good clearance aisles that are fun to look through. Lately they have had some great fall and Halloween things that were new and fun for my kids.

This store always has merchandise in the wrong spots on the shelves regardless of department and everything tends to be a mess. Its impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone most of the time as well, the fitting room worker answers and then transfers but then the call never gets picked up. On a positive note, at least most of the staff are friendly.

Not a bad store to shop at staff could use a little cheering up but other than that its a good clean store good shopping experience and safe!!!

Walmart is always so busy I wish they had more people and more Cash registers open then we wouldnt have to stand in line for a hour. But other then that I love Walmart.

I bought a pair of earbuds and after I bought them I decided to get the 2 year protection plan because I didn’t know you could only return electronics up to like 5 days. Brenda the cashier in electronics was trying so hard to not let me return them and get the 2 year plan once I rebought them because it was “a lot of work.” She said “Sorry I can’t do that after you bought them because it’s a third party program.” And “I told you about the 2 year protection.” I didn’t think there was a point in getting that if I could just return them if they broke. Sorry Walmart but Brenda’s work ethic and attitude get you 1 star.

Had all the products I was looking for and checkout was quick an i used a checkout lane with an actual person. A delightful young lady. Got to love that ole face to face communication thing we use to do back in the day.

As usual, fully stocked on some items. Completely out of others. Had a problem in self checkout. Took 5 minutes to find someone to help. There is usually a person there.

Very spacey. You dont have to be right next to people as you shop. They have been hit hard on the grocery side lately due to some snow and ice we had but they are slowly getting back to being well stocked again.

Well the shopping was fine I found everything I needed. My cashier was not very helpful Im old and its hard for me to pick up everything off of that round turnstile and put it in my basket and she didnt help me at all

Never had all the stuff there at electronics. I had to order online then come there and pick up.

Just sad that you have so many people working but Ive got to chase down and ask for a reel to be unlocked because no one is in sporting goods, I waited a good 25mins and no help with countless workers walking by as they hear the page for help in sporting goods. You are only as good as your weakest department start hiring and staffing the right way, and your self checkouts are a joke, put more people on the 19 registers you have, but it dosent matter your walmart right? Just sad, good service will soon be a thing of the past!

Got what I needed fast.

Two times now I have been to pharmacy & been told new prescription was not ready, it would be 30-45 minutes or so. Then less than 2 minutes later get a text message saying my prescription is ready. Really, the person didnt know that 1 minute ago? Come on ppl!

Out of a lot of stock. Shelf loaders everywhere. I do not care for the layout. I had a full cart and NOT ONE REGISTER OPEN, and had to self check 🙃. Ridiculous! The prices are cheaper on a lot of items, but a real pain in the rear.

It was clean. I did not find the cologne I was looking for, but I did everything else. The cashier was polite.

Refused to return a defective device that was sold. Then degraded my elderly mother in law and talk down to her in the store. Then when I went I was lied to about the store manager being there then all of a sudden they weren’t. People who aren’t qualified are put in management and they use the buddy system for advancement .

What can I say its the largest big box store in our city. It has a good selection of groceries and on the other side of the store lots of things , fishing stuff, kitchen and cooking dept, electronics and a good pet supply section just to name a few!!! I just wish the customer service was better..

They must have new, untrained staff. I asked a question and literally told didn’t know as she stood behind a small blue desk in Garden center. She never tried to help locate the item I was searching for. She sent me in to ask the manger of that Dept. He was in a meeting or on break. I went to tell her I couldn’t find him and she was gone too lol. I dropped a small glass item and I had to put the orange pop caution sign beside it since I couldn’t find anyone in that Dept. I told the next Dept and doubt anything happened. I also made sure to tell the cashier also. She said she’d message the manager about it after checking me out. More training is needed.

This store is well organized and mostly adheres to app’s store map. Typically well stocked. But the fresh produce, Brussel sprouts, red cabbage, zucchini, always looks so beat up it looks like they’ve been kicked across the floor.

Wanted to buy 4 tires and get them installed called multiple times (6) and each time they answered and hung up before I could even say a word. Terrible customer service..

I do all I can to avoid it. Wad there today and line backed all the way to the bakery department with one cashier. Im not using self check!

Went to get a job for my husband after manager said they were starting at 10am. Got there at 9:45, still no one at table by 11am. Asked if they were still doing on spot hiring like they said, told yes and to go to customer service. Went to customer service and lady asked if we went to the table. Explained yes we did no one was there. She then said there was paperwork on the table to fill out, we told her no, there wasnt, so she asked if we checked both tables. Again, yes. She actedike she didnt believe us, so she went to the table, saw there was no paperwork and said I dont know. So we left. No one willing to help after we drove from gallatin twice today. While my husband was waiting to find someone to apply this morning, I went to photo area and printed photos. All supposed to be one hour except for one. Paper said they would all be ready by 2:10pm. Went back at 3:30pm, only to be told after standing in line forever that they werent all ready and they didnt know why, but still wanted me to pay for the full order now and not just for the ones that were actually ready and was told Ill just put a note somewhere that they are paid for. No, no, no. Im not paying almost $50 for something I dont have. Ill just stick to my Walmart from now on.

I went in to get just 4 items. I had to ask for help finding one item. The associate took me to the item location. Very pleasant person. I then checked out using self checkout. It went very quickly. Overall a great experience.

I think Walmart trains their employees to avoid eye contact and human interaction with any and all customers who walk through the door. I have never seen one employee ever go out of their way to attempt to offer what can be described as customer service. It wasnt for price and convenience I would not even walk through the door.

There is never enough cashiers, and its always hot.

I really appreciate the walmart pickup. I appreciate the hard working staff doing my grocery shopping for me with covid I have a great amount of anxiety shopping now and with the pick up option it really helps with that. I do wish so much I could tip the workers! To show my great deal of appreciation yall rock putting your lives and other needs of your costumers first! You all are priceless thank you for your dedication and hard work.

Had an item for pickup. Got to the tower inside and had to wait for 15 minutes until I finally asked a worker where my product was. She was very nice and as soon as she called the back, someone brought my item. However, there were MANY employees just standing around doing nothing. One was literally twirling in circles. My husband is bilingual and had to help another person who delivers items from store as no one there would help her.
