Cabinet express was amazing to work with! They were handed a situation when the Nashville tornado hit, and were so professional and fast to help us navigate getting countertops into our kitchen. Carlos and Clem did a fantastic job installing the granite- it looks flawless and they were professional! Lacey was so nice to work with in the office as well. Ordered a new countertop from Lowe’s who uses this company to install, while the countertop came out good they gouged my cabinets even where the countertop wasn’t going, left a mess everywhere and didn’t even attach the sink back to the countertop like they said they would do, I would not recommend this company

This is a great company to do business with. Everything from picking out the countertops to the installation. My Salesperson was Lacey. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed and explained everything from start to finish. She gave me many options along with pricing for each. They would make an appointment and show up promptly. My countertops are absolutely beautiful! I was extremely impressed with the customer service as well as the installation. Professionalism at its best!! Very impressed with Lacey, Tyler, Adam and the whole group I worked with at Cabinet Express. Due to a Home Depot admin error, there was a small issue during my install. Cabinet Express reacted VERY quickly and worked with me to get an immediate resolution and I am 100% a happy customer. The attention to detail is outstanding, and in 2020 the ability to get someone on the phone to talk to during home renovation projects goes a LONG way with me. We added a kitchen island and needed a granite top that matches our existing kitchen granite top. After speaking to Ben over the phone and via text, we made an appointment and he took us twice outside to make sure we are happy with the granite slab we choose. Also, the gentleman that came to measure and install the granite was professional. The fabrication of the granite is spot on. Everything was done very fast. Excellent customer service, I definitely recommend Cabinet Express!

Update: I only gave one star to my previous review due to my aggravation over the length of time it was taking for my counter tops to arrive after measurements were taken (5 weeks at that point) and receiving very little help from the reps answering my weekly calls. However, once I was able to speak directly with Lacey and she took control of the situation, my counters arrived and were installed two weeks later. Although the shops fabricators somehow forgot to cut out the area for the cooktop, the installers were able to do that on site and the installation, itself, went smoothly. The counters are beautiful and I am very happy with them. Once the renovations are complete, I will update again with photos.

I had a minor hinge replacement problem with a kitchen cabinet door. This model was discontinued The sales tried to locate a field assistant to determine if he might have a spare. The next day a technician called, said he could be at my house in 10 minutes to evaluate. He could not fix or replace but adjusted the door to make it functional. No charge. It has been 3months and the cabinet is still operative. This was over the top customer service on a small issue for no charge. Very highly rated for any cabinet need. Refreshing to see such service.

Jacob came to measure my countertops for new install. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and helpful. I appreciated that!

In early September we ordered our new kitchen from Lowe’s and paid a deposit for quartz countertops that were subcontracted through Cabinet Express. At that time we were told the deposit would be used to order the materials and there would be about 2 weeks between cabinet install and countertop installation. Our cabinets were installed November 4 then CE measured for the template and final payment on November 9. On November 10 we were told there was a delay with materials because of Covid and it would likely take 3-5 weeks for materials (that were supposed to have been pre-ordered in September) then a week or two for manufacturing and installation. I called for an update December 4 and was told materials were now taking 5-7 weeks so a possible installation estimate of mid January, but no guarantee. That afternoon I called 3 different local countertop businesses. They each had a lower price and could get the install done within 10 days. We canceled the order with CE and went with someone else. Our beautiful countertops were installed just in time for Christmas- not because of Cabinet Express, but despite them.

I don’t have the space to truly tell our NIGHTMARE story dealing with this company! We LOVE the quality of our cabinets, although that’s no credit to Cabinet Express, as the cabinets are manufactured in the Midwest. We do have praise for the installers who installed our cabinets and countertops; they were awesome to work with, but beyond that, we have nothing good to add!We had countless phone calls that we initiated-promising dates that never happened, etc. I picked out my counter top, was told it was in production at least twice, only to finally discover the countertop I picked out had been sold and the replacement looked VERY different from the one I chose. When nothing they had in stock matched my kitchen, I was given two warehouses to go search AND had to pay an additional $1500 because they had nothing in stock to match my cabinets. The one they received to replace the one I chose originally did not match, and my designer even admitted that fact. The installer REFUSED to install our island/bar countertop due to MAJOR safety concerns! He said it could fall on someone’s leg. When we told Cabinet Express about the faulty design, we had to order and pay for additional posts to ensure our island/bar countertop was installed safely. Their suggestion was to add two more brackets, again, the installer refused, due to safety. We spent $40k plus with this company and it was a total nightmare for months! I would be told I was on the schedule for a certain date, only to discover that date moved to days away. We’ve only touched the tip of the iceberg... we do not recommend this company at all! Again, we love the cabinets they sell, but their customer service is none existent! They want to be paid in advance, then they have your money and you wait on them to decide when you will receive your merchandise or an installation date. Additionally, when I paid the $1500 extra to order another countertop, they told me it hadn’t been delivered. I called the warehouse and was informed it had been delivered early that morning. I called back and they finally found it for me. As I said... a total nightmare every inch of the way!

Placed and paid for an order on 07-01-2020. It’s now 9-28-2020 and still no counter tops. Every time I call it’s “we are about a week away” no straight answers and you can’t get a manager on the phone. I would not recommend ever using this business.

The absolute worst company you could hire. They have thee worst communication and promise deadlines and delivery dates they cannot meet. You have to be the one constantly calling them for an update and when you do, they provide you w/a date just to pacify you once again.

Tried to pull a switcharoo on the slab I picked. They showed me a slab that had some ugly spots on it. I said no let me see the next slab & picked it. When they brought the slab in my house I immediately knew it was the first slab with the ugly spots. Tried to tell me I picked it, no I didn’t. Do yourself a favor & stay far away from this company!

We started the process for new countertops in December. After meeting with the sales associate, Alicia, and having initial measurements done, we made an appointment to go to the showroom to make our material selection. That process was easy and fun! It was about a 3 week process from the day we paid to install. That included some holiday days too.Our install went great and was scheduled in a timely manner!! Clem and Carlos were our installers and were great! They were very efficient and clean!The only hiccups we experienced, which gets to the 3 star rating, were related to our sink. We wanted to reuse our existing sink, we were told this was not a problem. We provided the team with the exact model and information of our sink. We were told if there was going to be an issue theyd let us know prior to cutting our slab and we could go with the free sink that was currently offered. We didnt hear anything so assumed all was well. On the day of install, we noticed the sink corners didnt match and the sink corners were exposed. We mentioned this to Clem and then called the Sales Associate.Cabinet Express did replace our sink with the model used to make the cut however, this added another 2 weeks to project completion. We also had to take apart our sink 3 times. It was an inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with communication up front. To have the sink slab installed and basically have the Install Manager just wait to see if we brought up an issue, isnt great customer service. Overall, we are happy with the countertops and that aspect of the process but everything else was unnecessary headaches.

The two installers, Ryan and Clem were very dedicated to getting the job done and stayed late and worked on a weekend. They went over and beyond to insure that we received our beautiful quartz counter tops when we expected them. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job.

We had our grainte installed today by Adam and Tyler they did a excellent job and we could not of ask for two better folks being in our home working. Thank you for making this job such a pleasure for me and my husband.

If you are looking for an express job then ironically, dont call Cabinet Express. Our kitchen was ordered at the end of October, but the job was not completed till the last week of April. I can say though the kitchen isnt perfect, it is beautiful, and the girls who work there are nice, but we had to stay on them to even get the job done. Fortunately, they did not bail on us; they kept ordering parts and coming to work on it, but we were never felt that we were put at the top of their priority list.

Best and cheapest countertops you can get

We ordered our cabinets in mid June. The install date has been continuously pushed back due to incorrect measurements. We have had to make multiple phone calls to the company and have had to accommodate them to return to our house in order to correct their errors. I cannot comment the workmanship because the countertops have not been installed yet. Would not recommend this company.

Hello,I do not have an issue. I just want to say thank you for working around my mistake this morning. I told my wife you all would be at the house between 9-11 am. She decided to go to the DMV to renew her license thinking it would be a quick trip (its the DMV! Never a quick trip). Needless to say you all showed up promptly at 9:15 and no one was home. I asked if we had any options to get the counter tops installed today and you all adjusted your schedule to accommodate me. I am so thankful and I greatly appreciate you doing that for me. I will definitely be recommending your service to everyone I know considering new cabinets or counter tops. Thank you so much for being understanding people and thank you for all of your help today.

The absolute worse in keeping you posted about what is going on and will take months! Have to call them every week to keep the process moving and call various times during the day to finally reach the right person! They will not call you back. The week of 4th of July the cabinets were in (thankfully by another company) and granite was already cut and ready to install. Took 2 weeks to get a template. Then a week for someone to look at it. Then a week of calling to talk to someone who could tell me abou it. It is August 3rd now and still havent heard about an install date. Just frustrating when you dont have a kitchen sink and are literally in the dark about when you might be getting one. It is now the weekend so I guess another week waiting to be contacted? Just ridiculous! Ordered through Lowes and they were fast and amazing people to work with. But as soon as Cabinet Express took over the project it has been nothing but talking to rude people and stressful. Not what you want to get yourself into! So if ordering from Lowes pick a granite the isnt through Cabinet Express unless you have a few months before you want it. Just my advice!

Hands down the worst cabinet company in the Middle Tennessee area. They dont even deserve one star. I installed two floors at hotel for them and saw first hand how they treat customers the poorest excuse for a business Ive seen in my 20 years plus as a cabinet builder and installer. They didnt care about the customer and kept ignoring any question he had. I felt sorry for their client and helped him anywhere I could only to be told that talking to their client was unprofessional. He did not think so. Since I have posted this they have held money from my men that have provided services. These people are without a doubt the biggest crooks Ive noticed over the past 20 years in the Middle Tennessee area. They will take your money and run.If your looking for good service I can happily provide you with some names:Timberland Cabinets,MarKraft CabinetsMasterbrand Cabinets.Those are just a few I do work for and I have seen first hand they are professional in every way you can imagine. Dont be duped into dealing with these liars.I dont know who they got to post those 5 star ratings. The way they operate theyre obviously fake and friends of theirs.

This is by far the worse cabinet company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is the worse. They are completely unresponsive in to returning calls and completing an install that was started over 4 weeks ago for a bathroom remodel. They absolutely refuse to give a date when they will finish the job that was paid for up front. They do not care about their customers. They have screwed up this whole project every step of the way. As a business owner, I will not be recommending them to my clients that are constantly asking me for referrals of home improvement companies. Run far away in the opposite direction from this company!UPDATE: I was hoping that someone at this nightmare company would have had a sense of urgency to complete their work on our project. Well I was wrong. They continue to prove they are the absolute worse in this business. It has taken another 4 weeks to get any response on when they would complete their work and punch list (the previous installer did NOT perform a professional install). We finally got a date when someone would come and finish. That was yesterday. We were the last stop on Friday (yesterday). A different installer showed up just before 5pm. He took a look at what needed to be fixed and said he needed to call his boss. He then got in his van and left! He never returned. We finally got ahold of Christy (who supposedly is in charged now that Rocky stepped away) and she assured us he would be back. Its been 15 hours and he still isnt back and Christy or anyone has not even tried to contact me to apologize at the very least. They would rather put their heads in the sand and hope we go away. The bad thing is, no one from this company seems to care, since you have to pay them first. They have been paid and do not honor their commitment of care about their customers.

Horrible customer service! I was having quartz countertops in my kitchen, island, bar, 2 bathroom vanities and 2 fireplace hearths and I paid Lowe’s upfront for the square footage before Cabinet Express came out to measure. Lowe’s turned the order into them and Cabinet express didn’t call me for 3 weeks to come out and do a template. When they came out they called me 15 minutes before they arrived and said everything has to be off countertops. I told them I was coming home. I took off work to go home and the workers said they came in for 5 mins and left. I tried to call them and they wouldn’t answer my calls. I went to Lowe’s and got my money back. It’s not Lowe’s fault, it is the sorry company they subcontract out to.

I think the last ladys experience give a bit of an unbalanced view of the company. I recently spent well over $4000 on a counter top through Lowes with this company. When I saw the one negative review, I was very nervous. But I have to say my experience was very positive. The company doesnt deserve the single negative review.From the several times I called them, Ben was busy on the phone with other customers. I may have spoke to him 2 or three times throughout the process. I had called back several other times with product questions, delivery date, etc. When they couldnt put me through directly to Ben, they got me someone who could answer my questions. I might have spoken to three or four different people on the phone in total. All very nice and helpful.Ben was a very delightful person to speak with, happy to talk to customers and never made me feel like I was being talked down to. In fact the installers said Ben calls every costumer 15 minutes after the installation was done to make sure we were pleased with the product. Sure enough, Ben called me.Two young guys installed the counter top for me and did a great job. I had questions for them and surprisingly they were able to answer them all well. They really seemed to know their products despite their young age and shared their experience with regards to the maintenance of it.I did find that the counter did have a scratch on it after the installation was done. But unnoticeable unless you are looking for it, and it will probably buff out just fine anyways. Its pretty easy to scratch them to begin with. I scratched it pretty good myself when I was installing our upper cabinets. But I just rubbed it good with my hand and a rag and it was much less noticeable then.

I am very unhappy with the customer service we have received. We ordered our countertop through Lowes and were told that they had 30 days to install them. We paid for our granite on August 21. August 21st the workers came to measure for the granite. At that point we were told that it was 30 days from the template being made not 30 days from the purchase. Our granite arrived and we approved it at 8:30 am on September 19th. We were told that we would have a phone call scheduling us for the next week by the end of that week and it would still be within the 30 days. No one called. We called on Monday, September 26 and were told the scheduler would call us back. We were told, again, that installations were made within 30 days and we were still within that window. No one called back. I called again today September 28th and FINALLY had a call back from the scheduler. He informed us that there was no 30 day guarantee and had never heard of it. He blamed all of the people that we had talked to previously for giving us bad information and for not giving him the messages that we had called. The earliest that he was willing to schedule us was October 4. We scheduled our move into our house based on the timeline they gave us and I am now living in a house without a usable kitchen with my premature twins and having to wash dishes and bottles in the BATHROOM SINK. I hope to be able to edit my review after Tuesday but based on their past response, Im not counting on it.
