Brandon the manager was amazing!Understanding and compassionate..took care of my issue and actually communicated with me!

Made an appointment for 11am on a saturday. Took my car in, they said are you leaving it here or staying which made me ask how long they thought itd be. I was told itd be 45-an hr before they even get it in the garage. I asked what is the point of an appointment and he tried to explain its like a doctors office. So my appointment to be there at 11 means i have to be on time but they get to look at my vehicle at their leisure? what a joke. went down the street to valvoline and waited less than 15 minutes. will not return and will make sure to spread the word on how their definition of an appointment works so other peoples time isnt wasted by this clown corporation

This place is FABULOUS. Id been trying to get new tires for 2 days. Everyone was booked. Everyone. I didnt even know this place was there. I called,they gave me an appointment within an hour. And guess what? Their tires were next cheapest from Wal Mart. I was like dang. The employees were so nice. I have a DEVICE in my car that only I can start the car,if you catch my drift. They were so sweet about it. We all no thats embarrassing as hell. They said HONEY, YOUR NOT THE FIRST COSTUMER TO COME IN HERE WITH ONE. WE GOT YOU. And they did. My car drives so good now. I got 4 new tires for less than 380.00. Thats not bad. The waiting area was in another room. You didnt have to hear all that shop talk an noise mess. It was very clean too. Thanks guys for making me an IM GONNA COME BACK customer. Your very nice people

Service was a little slow. They didnt fix my car tho, bc it had a transmission problem which they dont fix. The best thing was, the mechanic actually honest! He told me itd be a waste of money if I had him fix my car before fixing the transmission bc my transmission was so bad. Honesty is the best policy!

I ran over a screw and called to see if they could fix it immediately since they were about to close. Nick stayed and waited for us and had done right away. Awesome service and great people.

The employee customer service at this location seems to have gone down hill. I walked in and two of them employees just stared at me; no Hello, nothing... Then one asked the other to Get me, to which he simply asked, What do you need. I responded with, Im your 5:30 appointment. To which he just started typing on the keyboard and then asked for my keys (I handed them over) and then he just started typing again. I just stood there waiting for some kind of response from either of them... The rep, eventually asked what I was there for... I said an oil change... (Back to the keyboard he went)... Finally they both looked at each other, confused. The other rep, looked at me and said You can go sit, theres coffee in the back. I replied, Im dropping it off. My rep seemed to mumble something, and I finally asked if they needed anything else from me (He just said no), and I asked when they closed, and approximately how long they needed. He responded with the closing time, and said they probably only needed ~30 minutes. I left...An hour and a half later (7:00pm), I get a call that my vehicle is ready.I show up. Walk up to the counter where my original rep is now standing. He fumbles around with what I assume is my service ticket, then apparently needed to reprint it, because he walks back to the service area in a huff. He comes back with papers, slides my keys over, and tells me a price. I pay, sign the service ticket, and walk out, not another word in said between wither of us...The overarching point of my narrative above, is that customer service is KING. A genuine, welcoming greeting, a demeanor that exudes professionalism, and thoughtful discussion informing the customer what is happening goes a long way!

Called to check pricing and availability of installing a new set of tires on my wifes car today, a Sunday. Said it would be tomorrow before they could install which I totally understand. Told them tire was low and could they at least look at it for me. Without an appointment they could not take 5 minutes to look at a tire and let me know if it was safe for my wife to drive. I have purchased a set of tires from this location in the past but not again.

They went out of there way to get 2 tires from a small trailer put on rims where old ones were no good and they were really busy there team was very professional

Every time I stop by for car help, everyone is so nice and helpful. Paul went out of his way to help me. I bought rims and tires for my car and needed them installed. I had no way to get them to NTB, but Paul went out of his way to come and pick them up at my house and bring them there for me. That meant alot. Paul and the rest of the crew are awesome. I highly recommend going and checking them out for any of your car needs.

Couple weeks ago I picked up a couple of screws in one of my back tires. Naturally the tire started losing pressure and couldnt be patched. I called this store location and not only did they have my tires in stock (not an easy tire to come by since they are high performance tires) but they got me in that day and had me back on the road. Great service and great professionalism. Next set of tires I get will come from them once again when the time comes.UPDATE: 9/29/2017: Needed another set of tires for my Challenger. I called and to set an appointment. My tires were ordered that day and placed on my car the day after. In and out with no trouble and couldnt be happier with the work! This is now two different times i have used them and been more than satisfied with their performance. I have sent other to them and they have all said the same as well!

Called to place an order for 4 tires(10 ply), was told they would be there at 1230, so I got there at 12-1215. Sat in the waiting room until 1:45 until I asked what was taking so long(truck still hadnt moved). Guy behind the counter had no clue what was going on. Pulled the truck in around 2, went to look at the tires in the bay and they were not the correct tires. 8 ply instead of 10 is a big difference. Needless to say I wont be going back. They would have thrown those tires on and not said a word about it.

Allison was excellent! She made my whole experience of getting an oil change a breeze. She got everything done in a very timely manner as well as made suggestions for future maintenance of the vehicle. Very kind and welcoming! High quality service!

Great deal on oil change. Not sure what took so long. Had a 2:00 appointment time. Got there at 1:30. They didnt seem to be busy. Had service technicians standing around not seeming to be busy. Finally got out of there at 2:30. Other than the time it took, was pleased.

Very displeased with this place. My wife made and appointment for 5:30 with them for an oil change and alignment they close at 8pm. We get there and the alignment guy has already left for the night and we would have to be rescheduled. Every tech they had were standing around playing on there cell phones. I told them just to forget it.

Ive had issues with another NTB in the past but was recommended to this one. Service is friendly and fast. Moreover, theyre honest. The other NTB refused service without an up sell but I knew better. None of that going on here. If you can chat with the GM Justin, hes a great guy.

I have never left a review for any service I have ever received but I feel compelled to send this. I pulled into NTB Tires to an empty parking lot and an empty shop, 4 open bays . I asked the rep behind the counter if I could get 4 new tires , to her rude toned response “Do you have an appointment with me? “ I did not , “Well the nope” . Asking if I could make an apt. Answered by not today. In a disrespectful tone .” I have five appointments getting ready to pull in here right now”.I understand appointments and I understand too busy but what I don’t understand is a disrespectful tone, all I did was make the mistake of pulling into the parking lot.

We had a tire pressure light come on (from a nail in a tire) this evening and luckily got to NTB in Gallatin shortly before they closed. Justin and his team happily took us in and stayed after their closing time to get us taken care of and back on the road. We hated this made them late getting off, but we sure appreciated the friendly service!! We will definitely be back for future needs (and didnt realize they did so much more!). Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Had a screw in my tire leaving me stranded, they were quickly able to repair my tire and I was in and out in 45 mins and the cost was under $25,

My 3ed terrible experience here. 1st brought my Jeep in for oil change and normal service. The lost the engine cover but did buy a new replacement a month later. Bought 4 new tires, over $1,000.00 in May of 2019 with road hazard warranty. Had a blow out took one back... it was not repairable. They are no longer able to get my tires I purchased 3 months ago...Bridgestone Dueler A/T’s. So a lot of good my $120 road hazard was. I’m not putting mismatched tires on my vehicle. Went to Discount Tire, they ordered mounted and balanced with no hassles. I’ll never go back to NTB.

Have been using NTB Madison location for last two cycles of tires for two of my vehicles, moved to Sumner County and figured I would try the local NTB shop, I was a Certified Technician at another chain previously and have maintained my cars and my classic cars for nearly 25 years. I received a mail flyer advertisement for $19 oil change w/tire rotation and thought good deal chance to try out the local NTB, tires I be a need in soon anyway, so left the my Subaru with them. Received calls from the tech with suggested services that came to his attention during multi point inspection. I humoured this exchange as I myself have been the one to give these suggestions to customers myself, so the news was upon visual inspection the front brakes were down to 10% but the rear showed less wear and could hold out through an oil change or two. I had replaced my own rotors and pads previously and had no intention of letting unknown agents away at my vehicle , remember this was a get to know you visit. So after declining the suggestions of replacing the serpentine belt, and both front pads and rotors, and the battery which tested below serviceable amperage I thanked them for the service and they went home. The next day as I am out I notice new warning lights ABS, VDC or traction control and the red flashing brake. I took my Subaru to the dealer for a airbag recall and they noted the lights I told them I had NTB look at the brakes and said the pads were low and Subaru let me go on their recommendation, assuming pad wear to be the culprit triggering the lights or even the slightly diminished brake fluid reservoir. however when I got home and removed all the wheels and inspected both the front and rear pads I noticed mild wear when compared to new pads. The vehicle has 126k miles and the brakes and rotors were replaced at 87k .So Sports fans I got one won’t be going back to this location as I have proven them to be ticket average conscious and not service based. STAY AWAY

My younger sibling took one of the coupons for an oil change. After showing them the coupon, they tricked my sibling by asking blend or synthetic, which my sibling has no idea about. So, after the oil change is done with what supposed to be $19.98 +tax with the coupon, ended up being over $40! What a horrible place to trick a kid out of more money! Makes me wonder how many unsuspecting people they have done this to. Looks like this needs to be investigated. Why even produce these coupons if they arent going to stand by them.

The service was good until I went out to get in my car and found grease on my seat and was told it was already there which I know is not true.

I figured I would go here because they have a great price for an oil change. They overfilled my car with oil. Plus tried to sell me over $800 for work that did NOT need to be done. Told me my wheel bearing was shot & needed to be repaired. Thankfully I know a mechanic at Newton Nissan so they took a look at it. Come to find out it was just a loose nut. No work worth $800 needed to be done. I’ll never EVER take my car to NTB.

Great place to work with. The guy I worked with was very helpful and was even willing to stay past closing so I can get my car towed there and stowed in their shop.

NEVER GO HERE!! They tried but failed to rob me of almost $800 in front end work I did not even need! Luckily I am smart enough to take my car to my personal mechanic for second opinions. They also (purposely Im sure) did not tighten the bolts on my rear end which caused noise that sounded like it was my front end. Bottom line go somewhere else!!!!

This operation is fabulous! In and out by appointment in 20 minutes for a new battery- and nice people too!

Discussed tires via phone and ordered tires on a deal that they had. Arrived at the facility and the front manager had to write up the deal...asking me call of the same questions to get the info that should have been on the work order already.Once the deal had been written up, she came back with a work order for me to sign. The original deal was get 4 tires for the price of 2 plus value installation. Well...the deal went up from around $250 to over $700!!! At no time beforehand was I ever told what the installation fees were going to be. I refused to sign and walked out. Got a better deal at Tire Discounters anyway!

My experience was amazing. Alison was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help me with my car. She gave me information on new cars I was looking into buying and it was all really helpful. They also squeezed my car in to be looked at when they didnt have to .I would recommend going to ntb in gallatin for any of your car troubles.

I would NOT recommend the NTB Gallatin store for any reason.My husband schedule a 9am appointment for him to receive their Buy 3, Get 1 Free Tire special after looking all over town for a place that had white lettered tires. The website had the white lettering mentioned and I made sure to check this with the Services Manager when I arrived because I did not want to have to leave with something we didnt ask for. There were a (2) people already in the store getting their needs taken care of as well as about (3) other people that arrived at the same time. With an appointment, you would think that those would be taken care of and staff would be on hand to handle all of their clients needs, especially on a Friday. After sitting around and for a couple of hours, the waiting room was growing impatient. The gentleman that arrived at the same time I did, with no appointment, and only (2) tires needed asked about what was taking so long. He was initially told he would be done around 11:30. They then said that my vehicle had taken almost (30) minutes to just get the lug nuts off of the vehicle. The gentleman in the waiting room was nice enough to tell me since none of the staff wanted to keep any of us updated on what was happening and why things were taking so long. I stepped outside to take a phone call only to notice that the tires that were now being placed on the vehicle did NOT have the white lettering that I had specifically asked about FIRST thing. I had the employee that showed up at noon go get the Store Manager, Josh, to ask him what was going on. After a discussion as to why I was not updated with the process or why the incorrect tires were on the truck, he then let me know that the Service Manager was new and that was what the difficulty was all about. Because the other issue that came up was that the fees provided online for the Gallatin store are not what pulled up in store. After having a discussion with they Services Manager via phone from my husband and myself because I was told taxes were the the issue when it was not, the Store Manager let us know that all (3) of their computers will pull up different prices...I let him know that is a software and NTB problem that should probably be fixed. He quickly let me know that none of them are software techs... I requested that the old tires be put back on because I was not paying or driving away for something we did not want. I left the store at 1:20pm with attitude and no apology from the staff. My husband did call the Regional Manager, Steve, that evening to discuss this issue. That evening as he was headed on a trip, he noticed that the truck wasnt driving properly. He turned around and got home only to notice that (3) of the lug nuts, on ONE tire, were so loose that he could take them off with his hand. Thank goodness that we were all safe and he had an impact gun that could clearly do a better job at removing and tightening lug nuts than NTB and their staff. Again, I do NOT recommend this store or its staff for any reason, including oil changes. There were multiple complaints from the other customers in the waiting room that they take too long to service a vehicle or that things were done improperly.

I’ve never left a bad review, until I took my rims to NBT in Gallatin. Every rim has marks from being dropped or laid over. One rim has huge gashes out of one of the faces that cannot be fixed. These marks are not from the demount machine, they are from carelessness of the employees rolling and not realizing the face of sport rims are heavy. Bonus: don’t take your car to be worked on either. They lay tires and rims up against your cars when you’re not there watching.... If you do take your car you better take before and after pictures.

Had appt for 8:00 on a Saturday for an oil change; left the store at 9:15....ridiculous, but not the worst of it. Drove home, 4 miles, and by the time I parked in the driveway and went inside to get a couple of things then came back out, there was oil all under the vehicle and streaming down the driveway. I immediately drove back to the store and come to find out the O-ring was not installed with the oil filter. Lost a total of 3 qts due to this issue. I took the vehicle home and again there was still oil dripping onto the driveway. I took the vehicle back the store and there was residual oil pooled up on the transmission shaft that they hosed off to rid of. Took the vehicle home again and popped the hood and they failed to put the engine cover back on and left a rag inside the engine as well and it was still dripping oil; this time I parked on the street!! Took the vehicle back to the store, 4th trip, to get the engine cleaned again, remove the rag left under the hood and have the engine cover put back on. All in all, drove 32 miles for an oil change that took 6 hours!!! I will never go back to this store due to this experience until I know there is different management and technicians at the store. In the meantime, I will be taking my services elsewhere, within 32 miles on my home and I will be calling the Corp. office in Palm Gardens, FL as well to inform them of this 6 hour odyssey for a $25, 30 minute, routine service. By the way, 2 days later, still have spot oil drips on the garage floor...but I have a cut box lying on the floor to catch the oil!! Also, I have pics of the oil leaks that occurred onto the driveway.

Never going to this shop again. Paul the service manager was disrespectful and had a horrible attitude. All I wanted was 4 tires but Paul behind my back added an alignment to my ticket when I didn’t need or want my alignment checked. He also had a bad attitude with an employee so I doubt this wasn’t the first time this has happened

So I made an appointment online for 1000 AM the following day. The website said the slot was available and I confirmed the booking. At 0900 AM I received a phone call that my appointment had been cancelled. I needed a tire patched on a pickup vehicle I was using for a kayaking trip. The staff was rude about the cancellation and offered no measures to make up for the inconvenience.

Great service and friendly staff. I take both cars regularly for oil changes and tires. Never felt beat out of my money. Ive taken my car in for various reasons as well, they fixed what was wrong and advised me on things well need to do in the future to maintain my vehicle.

Literally the most unprofessional place I have ever step foot in. Went to get a fast realignment which should only take 30 minutes max. These people took over two hours and made my alignment even worse. After the two hour wait time they said they messed up the alignment and it couldnt be fixed until the next day. What???? Who does that???? On top of that, when I got back into my car, there was black smudges all over my beige leather seats and all over the door frame. It just goes to show you how much they dont care.

Nothing like driving in on a snowy day where things are slow and service guys are standing around with empty bays. Then being told you needed an appointment and could leave your car and theyd try to get you in since its slow.....and the service guy had already walked in to help. Really? There were no customers there at 7:30 am and a quick oil change and rotate cant be done? Bad business and wont be where I take my vehicles in the future. Guess whos happy to have my business? Valvoline. They had me in and out on 15 mins.

Said I needed new tires at 30k miles due to no rotation (they were the ones that rotated). They charged for rotate when not done and lied when questioned. Plain dishonest, stay away.

This shop is a disgrace. They took advantage of me being a woman and they messed with my brakes in order to get me to come back. When I arrived there my right brake could be heard rubbing against the rotor if you were sitting in the car. You could tell the brake pad was worn, that was my only problem. I got an alignment under the impression that it would stop the shaking of my steering wheel. When I left the car still shook heavily so I brought it back, the atrendent that worked on my car said that an alignment does not take care of that I would need to get a balance. But as a courtesy he decided he would check the brakes as well. I was thankful for that bc I had already known that one of my brakes were going bad. So he took the tires off, and started to check my brakes. I saw the young man push on my brakes , stick has hands behind my caliper and in front of my caliper and push. And then he took a rag and cleaned off something behind my caliper and he wiped off my rotor on the right side. I thought nothing of it I thought he was supposed to do that. I asked him about my tires he said I needed a new one on the left. So I left the shop thinking I had gotten the info I needed. One maybe two miles down the road my brakes on the drivers side started squealing. So loud and it got worse day by day. I figured it was just time to get new brakes. I later found out through confirmation of another mechanic with 30years experience in multiple car dealership service departments that my caliper had locked up and more than likely was the result of a trick that NTB did to ensure that I would come back and get service soon. I do not recommend going there, I dont appreciate this at all. All of this came a very horrible time and I will be coming in to voice my disappointment with this company. Im making a formal complaint and Im telling any customer in attendance when I pay them a visit, that they should leave while they still can. I have always suspected that mechanics do this sort of thing from time to time but I never thought I would be able to get proof. What bc im a woman you dont think I know whats going on with my car? Come on!
