They completely destroyed a perfect good muffler//exhaust tip. I dont even understand how they even let this leave there shop.

Ive been coming to Four Way since I was 16 rolling up in my 1995 Chevy S10. Im now 38 at the time of this post. Ive brought many vehicles in here over the years. I literally have not been anywhere else for exhaust work. No reason to! Today I took my Corvette to have the mufflers deleted and new tips put on. Looks amazing, sounds amazing! Very good place shawn and his wife were very good to us helped us out in a very difficult time when my dad brought over his 1956 ford sunliner convertible they got him back and going unfortunately dad was un able to drive his girl again as he passed away from covid they were very good about us being able to leave the car there till we were able to come and get it and they offered us if we needed Aanything they would help my family very good shop and will use again!

The first time I came here was 2019, they fixed my 97 Expedition. This time 3-2021, was for my sons G-6, someone lied to me like I needed $3,000 worth of front end work🤦🏾‍♀️I took it to Four Way and the young man TJ looked at it, and reassured me I did not need front end work. He told me what was needed, the price and left it up to me to get it fixed. I took it in on Thursday and got it back Tuesday, driving like a charm. The 5 stars is for the two beautiful young ladies at the front desk, who 1 knows cars, 2 very friendly and organized, 3 help keep the mechanics on point, 4 keeps communication open and clear for customers and mechanics, and 5 assist with accurate friendly satisfying service. Thanks TJ(one of the mechanics) and everyone at Four Way. Its difficult to trust anyone these days, but you guys are trustworthy and you rock🙌🏾💗💗

We have an old motorhome that needed the exhaust replaced. The team at Four Ways looked it over and proposed a few options. They took the time to look at the advantages and disadvantages of each option and explain them to me. Then, they did the work quickly, with high-quality workmanship and at a fair price. Great shop!

Great price and great work.

After buying a used 2016 F-150 with high miles, I had only owned the truck for 2 weeks when I started having issues with the truck vibrating under acceleration, it felt like I was hitting speed bumps. I took the truck to the Ford dealership and they told me the truck needed a transmission and wanted $8,000 to replace it. I took my truck to 4way for a second opinion and they diagnosed the issue to be spark plugs and coils. A simple, fast and much cheaper fix. They took care of me and got my truck back to me and saved me from being ripped off by Ford dealership. Glad I took my truck to them!

A different shop tried to charge me $450 for a job that costs me half as less. They were honest and didn’t make me set up an appointment or overcharge. I pulled in let them know what I needed and they got it done in 45 minutes at the most.

Four Way Mufflers was awesome! Great, friendly customer service. I went there to have my exhaust tip replaced and they had me in and out in about half an hour. Ill definitely go there again when needed and I highly recommend!

Brought my truck in and had a full exhaust built. Ending up not being happy with the tone of the muffler I purchased and decided on a different option. They walked me through different options and were even able to install a different set up the next day. Highly recommend them and will bring any future exhaust work to them.

Went to have work done in car (catalytic converters )and was half the price from everyone else. The staff in the office was very friendly. I took car in and was told that the part they got was defective and wanted to get another part to replace that one and it would be over the weekend. I was glad they took this step. They finished the work up and was told they wanted needed time to drive to make sure there wasn’t any problems. The price come in what I was I quoted. Even took extra steps to explain the warranty. The office kept me informed of what was going on every day as well. Would tell anyone if they need any work on muffler or exhaust system to check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Sent my daughter there to get exhaust put on her 98 Chevy. Called the day before and they priced me $120 per side for straight 2 1/2 pipe from the cats back turned down with 5 tips. They said the chrome tips would be $75 each. Ok fine. When my daughter went to pick up her truck they charged $518. The exhaust was not even at the back of the truck. Plus was rude and blunt to her when she asked questions. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I will never take anything else there. Not the way to run a business

These guys are great. Everyone was kind and the prices are really affordable. I was in there to get new mufflers, and I was out in about 45 minutes. I definitely recommend these guys if you need some work done.

Been here twice and left unsatisfied both times. First time was to have them install a catalytic converter so my girlfriend could pass emissions, it was put in just fine but they put the old rear o2 sensor in the front and said it just needed time to clear the code. Im a mechanic, the only reason I took her car there was because it had been snowing and I dont have a garage at my house.Second time, I went to have them put a short length of pipe on the diesel truck I had just got. The previous owner cut the exhaust, put 5in pipe and had it come out right behind the passenger door. Loud is an understatement honestly. The first thing they told me was it was 4 oclock and they most likely wouldnt be able to get to it, which I completely understand and was fine with that. They then asked what I needed done, which I told them, they asked what size pipe I would want, I said 3 or 4 inch. Keep in mind that they didnt ask what vehicle it is. Then the excuses started. They cant bend that size, theyll have to order parts, they dont know how many bends it will need, and so on. I told them it would need one maybe two bends that its just from the cab back. Thats when they even said, Well I dont even know what it is you want worked on.Dont you think that shouldve been the first question? I said Ill go somewhere else and was told ByeI would never recommend this place to anyone. I know theyve been in business for a long time but I have no idea how. Thats just poor custom service. Completely dissatisfied.

Four Way Motors in Gallatin, TN is the BIGGEST RIP OFF!! Do not buy a truck from Matt. Hell never negotiate the price, sell you a lemon and then disconnect the cell phone number that he gave you in the beginning when he was your best friend. His trucks look nice but RUN TERRIBLE!!! By the way, theres conveniently no mechanic around when you want to have it looked at before buying it. We drove the truck off the lot in Gallatin, and it wouldnt even make it to Chattanooga. We paid $25K CASH for a junk truck. Of course, Matt is no where to be found now. Theres no warranty and hes disconnected his phone. HES A JERK and their trucks are NO GOOD! Do not buy from Matt at 4 Way Auto.

I took my jeep in after being told the catalytic converter was throwing a code. (I had no idea what that meant at the time, but I do now) They never looked at it, just ordered one and was going to put it on; at my mothers suggestion I took it elsewhere and found out it has 3 catalytic converters and all 3 needed replacing. I dont trust a place that doesnt first think they should take a look at the vehicle.
