I took my Tacoma to Boost Addicts from Louisville,KY for a re-gearing. 3 hour drive. They were recommended. They were great. Wasnt sure what Id get in Gallatin, TN but I was very impressed with the staff and the owners. Shop is top notch. The mechanics there are very knowledgable. They did a great job and I would definitely go back... despite the 3 hour drive!

Bought my first diesel a few weeks ago and had a couple issues with it straight from the dealership. Yes, the dealership paid for the repairs. Justin with Boost Addicts was very helpful and knowledgeable on my trucks problems. He took the time to explain things to me and answered every question I had. Not to mention went above and beyond to help me with my tuner. Spoke with a few of his guys and they seemed to be pretty friendly and helpful as well. Id recommend them for repairs to people, in fact I already have recommended them. Thanks Justin for the help, Ill be back when the time comes.

Good group of guys. I had them inspect a used car that we purchased. Had upgrades done to C5. Pricing is inline for the work performed. There are some very knowledgeable people working there. Will use as our local repair shop for our performance and non performance cars.

After visiting a couple shops and finally the dealer; my truck was diagnosed to have a head gasket blown (and may I add the dealer wanted to replace the engine). With my work schedule I was unable to make the repair so Boost Addicts came recommended. I carried my truck there for them to discover the head gasket was fine but the radiator was plugged up. They replaced the radiator and at my request the water pump while they were there and the price for all was very fair and affordable! My service work will for sure continue with these guys! David, Justin, and their team are absolute ROCKSTARS in my book! It felt great to leave a shop and feel like you made friends instead of the yucky feeling you get a lot of time leaving most shops! I have a 2004 Ford F250 6.0 power stroke. I have 3 buddys that have been getting all there diesel work, repairs and maintenance done by Justin at Boost Addicts. I had my truck towed there to be bullet proofed and deleted along with a 4 inch exhaust. My truck is a beast now thanks to the expert work done at Boost addicts ! I will never go anywhere else to have work or even an oil change on my truck but Boost Addicts from now on! Justin and his crew where the most knowledgeable technicians in town on 6.0 diesels. I had a egr issue and a bad sending unit. The EGR delete kit, tuner and injector that were put in work flawlessly. Then even patched up a few oil leaks in the process. This thing runs like a scalded dog strong and smooth. If you have a 6.0 bring it here. They have all the Ford programming and diagnostic tools needed and charge a very fair rate. My truck runs like brand new! Thanks guys!

Ive got a truck that a previous owner had work done at boost addicts so when it went down I took it back there. After 4 weeks of calling them and getting a run around of whats going on with the truck they fixed it. Never once did they call to tell me what was going on or what they found as I requested multiple times. But when I call to check on it oh its done and you owe $38xx never once did I authorize repairs. I told them to diagnose it. Aside from all that they decided to disconnect my dash camera and took and kept the SD card out of it. Not a shop I will ever use again I recommend nobody else either.

Firstly I am not a negative person and would rather write a good review than a bad one for these guys . I used the shop a few years ago and felt I was treated fair . I chose to use them again because they are close to where I live and I needed that convenience. I have a old body style ford that was leaking fuel on the top of engine and needed the leaks fixed and another issue checked out with the coolant gauge . The service writer appearantly misunderstood that issue with the coolant gauge and the truck was at their shop for a total of five days I got in a bind where I genuinely needed the truck back and had to get it before closing . When I called on day five to check on truck I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone . I felt like it was a big deal for them to explain the repairs to me and after driving my truck ten miles the fuel leak is right where it started . More fuel than ever in the valley I was told that it was just the fuel filter that was leaking and paid 135 dollars for a fuel filter and a cap . I felt the communication was off on this whole deal and only want to be treated with respect when I am paying money and putting trust in someone to work on a vehicle. My time is of value to me and I need that taken into consideration as well . I have had a number of diesel repairs done over the years and just really wished this whole deal went better . If you are too busy to work on my truck and fit it in please tell someone up front I would have made other arrangements. I shouldnt take this personally but I really do my time was not respected here nor was a single issue resolved on the truck . As said before I am not confrontational . I just feel like the ball was dropped here .
