I’m having an extremely hard time leaving this review, but it’s necessary. I love my Ford and Ford in general, but this location has the WORST customer service and customer appreciation. Everyone is always so pleasant/helpful when I’m there in person but I cannot get anyone to follow through with ANYTHING. Empty promises and no follow through. As a full time working, new mom, I require and rely on setting things up via phone/scheduling appointments and can NEVER get someone to call me back or even answer their phone in the service department. I’ve have two recalls on my car that desperately need attention.. one of the parts literally fell off my car. While I was there a case was opened and I felt like the team was engaging. That was back in July. I call every few weeks to check on the recalls and parts and not ONCE has someone followed through with me. Last week “the parts department” actually told me they have to record of me being there or my case that was opened..? Each time I call I’m dispatched through to a new person or new voicemail that never calls back. Anyone have suggestions on which Ford in the area provides great customer service.. I’m still driving my new Ford around with parts missing and recalls…

The people at miracle are very nice and they are helpful, but when it comes to getting maintenance is a nightmare. I would never come back here to buy a car due to the maintenance wait time. The last time we waited 5 hours and this time we are waiting 4 hours. The amount of time you have wait on an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I have a camry and Toyota only takes a hour with not reservations. I think this is ridiculous and something needs to change.

Dropped off vehicle for quote on AC repair, gave the go ahead for repairs and was told 3 days max. A month later picked up car. I was lied to on at least 9 occasions. The porter service promised many many pickups that left me waiting 6 different days with no explanation or warning.. Could not get a update or explanation unless I made 6 calls requesting a callback which took 4 days of more calls by me to get a response.. Nothing was done to compensate me. No loaner car,, no offer of discount, absolutely nothing.. I was told management would want to call me about this, as normal that didnt happen. Bryan apologized so thats a point in his favor. I would not let this dealer clean the windshield of my vehicles as it would take a week and 10 lies on their part.Looked at a new F150 when I picked up car, sales acted indifferent about showing me a vehicle. I think I was interrupting. Two days after getting car back I traded it for a new F150 XLT 4X4 at Town and Country Ford. Much, much better customer service and thats where all my business will go.

Donnie Hulan (Sales Manager) and Charlie Piper (Salesman) are great people that will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Give those guys a shot and they wont let you down. Very good experience dealing with Miracle on my last three vehicles. Good people! Also, I dont write reviews so it has to be really good for me to post this.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. I reached out early in 2021 to cancel my Bronco reservation and they said it was taken care of. I kept receiving updates and gifts from Ford and my status online showed that I had purchased the Bronco in house when I had not. I called back a few months later and someone said that they would have Charlie Piper call me back. Few weeks go by, nothing. I call and finally get Charlie by selecting the sales option. He was super nice that day and told me to pick up the refund check later that week. I was unable to stop by that day, called to notify with again no reply. A few weeks later when I had the time, I stopped by to pick up the check and no one knew anything about it, nor could anyone there supposedly write the refund check even after calling and speaking with Charlie. Charlie was off that day. My information was taken down and I was assured that Charlie would mail the check. I have called about 6-8 times since and ALWAYS get sent to Charlie’s voicemail. Not one returned call. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere in 2020 and had almost the same customer service experience. Everyone I dealt with at both car dealerships seems to feel entitled and untouchable. I don’t understand how this is such a hard task to complete. I have never even purchased anything there, and this has definitely given me an idea of what the service would look like if I did. No thanks.

Dropped my explorer off on Thursday 08/05/2021 at 730am for a 10am appointment, was informed someone would call me with a update later in the day, being aware they close at 6pm I called in at 5pm, to be informed that it was a Transmission issues that is covered under warranty but unsure of the exact issue, and that the technician would have to take apart my transmission the next day to determine the exact issue and that I would get a call back the next day. I waited all day Friday for a call and did not get a call for updates on my car. I called in again on Monday 08/09/2021 for a update and was informed by Cody that they have not been able to fully investigate my transmission for the exact issue yet and stated would be able to identify the issue by the end of the week. Informed Cody, that it was my only vehicle and having it tied up for a extended period of time without a loaner keeps me stranded with 5 kids. Cody informed that they were behind in the transmission department and no loaners available and would update by the end of the week on status. I waited all week for a call and come end of business called in on Friday 08/13/2021 and was only transferred to Codys voicemail, left a message and waited for return call. Come today 08/16/2021 at 12:30pm called in again and was told that the technician is rebuilding my transmission currently and would be ready at the earliest Wednesday. That I would get a update call to confirm when it will be ready, at this point I have no faith in callbacks. The lack of updates and the length of time just to identify the issue (Which I am still unaware of the issue, since I was told it was a internal issue with the transmission but was they were unable to say specifically)or whether my vehicle will even be ready. At this point regretting not taking my vehicle to Two Rivers as they were upfront about there delays in time versus Miracle Ford stated when I made my appointment that they would be able to inspect my vehicle same day. Management needs to really address the lack of turn around for any repairs. Will update if and when I get additional updates.As of today 08/19/2021 the only consistent updates I have gotten are by me contacting the location myself. I was informed yesterday evening when I called in for a update that my vehicle may be ready today, so will be calling for another update today if I do not get a response by this afternoon. Going on two weeks of being without a vehicle now.

I went in for a simple oil change, how hard can it be!? When i left I thought the bottom of my windshield was just wet so I naturally used my wipers to get the water off and to my surprise I found out it was oil and it smeared all over my windshield! As soon as I got home I opened my hood and they got oil everywhere! The Girl at the service desk says to me, mistakes happen, well I know that as well as the next person but when they do happen , clean up your mistakes! Ill never go there again for any service on my Ford! It has been some time now since this happened and you can still smell the oil burning off!

Now I know why it’s called Miracle Ford! It’s a miracle they are still open! I had to give this place 1 star just to get in and write a review! They get ZERO stars from me! So here is my situation. Shopping for car with sunroof none found with in my price range so I was told by John they can put one in well here it is almost 2 months later no sunroof with explanation can not put in sunroof so will cut me a check for difference, Guess what no check and no one is returning calls! Yep that would be you Charlie Piper, John Booker Aka liar & Mark Ledbetter! Do not recommend this place to know one and will be sharing my horrible experience with anyone who would like to listen!

Opened at 7:30 there at 7:15. Oil change tire rotation took 1 hour and 20 minutes from opening Too too long for this. Staff was courteous and helpful. Need a more short term solution for these soft repairs

Beware of misinformation! I explained that my right front side was shaking at certain speeds on my one year old vehicle. This all began after Miracle did an oil change and rotation in mid March! I called the service department and before I could explain all the issues that I was having I was told “you can bring it in”! I told the woman “I know that I can bring it in”! Who is she to tell me what I can and can’t do? Obviously I know that I can bring in my vehicle to any Ford dealership for warranty issues! I was wanting to set an appointment as so that I wouldn’t be waiting around all day!When I was finally “allowed” to make an appointment, and brought in my vehicle, I was informed and charged to balance my wheels. I did not believe this to be the issue! Regardless, I let Ford do what they believed, plus they are ASA “certified” mechanics???Later the same day my wife and I were awaiting a call for when my vehicle was ready. We drove past the dealership and saw that my vehicle was sitting out front. About an hour or so, I received notification that my vehicle was ready.When I went to pick up my vehicle, I asked “how long has my vehicle been ready”? I was informed that it had just got done........I left with my vehicle, and when I got up to speed it was still doing the same shaking! I immediately called Miracle service back and the same woman answered, and forwarded me to another call center where I left a voicemail. A week plus later I have yet to receive a call back.Yesterday I called again and got the same woman whom yet again informed me, “you can bring it in”! Yet again, I know what I can and can’t do!Regardless of this one individual, everybody else has been great. I just want my vehicle fixed. I wonder if I’m “allowed” to have that happen?

Are you ready for a miracle? Not here! Im sure they do everything they can to get your business and your money, but once youre a customer... they could care less. Lies, horrendous communication, attitude of we could care less about your situation... the list could go on and on. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be returning here for service. Update from Saturday: A gentleman with Miracle Ford customer relations called me and wanted to know everything concerning my situation from earlier that day. He explained that Miracle Ford was sorry, wished to get to the bottom of what happened and wanted to make it right. WELL THEY DID!! Today I made a no-nonsense purchase of the F-150 I was after. There was confusion Saturday that was partly my fault. THANK YOU Miracle Ford for addressing the issue immediately on a Saturday evening and for taking care of me in a professional manner. Thank you to the owner of Miracle Ford for your attention also.Had a truck that I was scheduled to look at, test drive and was ready to purchase. Date and time set via email. Also spoke to a gentleman concerning this vehicle at the dealership. Called an hour ahead to let them know i was on my way. Informed that the service manager took the vehicle home, was using it as a demo and I could see it in a couple days. Too many other options out there to accept poor customer service like this.

I would be giving a one star review, but the fact that the job gets done, EVENTUALLY is good enough for the extra star. My car went in for a water pump on 8/14. Confirmation that my service contract approved the repair on 8/16. I was told at first, it would be the end of that week. It got pushed off to the following tuesday. Placed a call on tuesday, no answer. Had to physically drive to the location to receive an update. I was then told it would be the end of the week. End of the week and it will be tuesday or wednesday of the next week. I use my vehicle for work. Not only do they not provide rentals here, they will keep your vehicle indefinitely until they get to it. My vehicle has been down waiting at the dealership for almost 3 weeks, for an issue that would take a non professional mechanic 2 days to fix. Do not recommend service here at all.

No need to try to call the Service Dept. No one answers and if you leave a message no one returns your call. Cody has very poor customer service skills and is rude if you question him. He wrote up a car loaner agreement and falsified it by documenting on the agreement I took the cars possession a day prior. I cancelled the loaner car pick up and told him to keep the car. Watch what your signing for and verify dates.I will be taking my business somewhere else for Lincoln.Regards,Janet

Very hard time to get ahold of someone on the phone from the service department. Had an appointment for our truck to get looked at, dropped it off @715am and 4 hrs later no update. Got an update 5 hrs after our appointment. 6 hrs later they were finally working on our truck. When we went to pick up our truck, there wasnt alot of communication. Horrible customer service! After posting my review we were contacted by this dealership and ask to take our review down. There werent concerns about our frustrations at all. Total time our vehicle was there was 9hrs! Highly recommend going else where for service!!

Bought 2 brand new vehicles from them. Wasn’t too bad. Wife needed an oil change. Even though they say just come, I had her call ahead. They said ok. She gets there and they have no oil left! This service dept is why I won’t do business with them any more. They don’t seem to commit to their original customers and do service on just about anything. You want an oil change and wait? Few hours maybe. Drop it off for one early when they open, they might get to it by 6pm. What the Eff!Sorry guys. Too many horror stories and lack of dedication. Had to get my oil changed, in 15 mins mind you, by express oil. Paid more but didnt lose a day waiting. Our time is precious and nobody should be treated that way.2 stars because the orig sales team were nice. But they are gone too! Sales turn over like tables in an Italian Restaurant. Yep, that fast!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at the Service department. Made an appointment to have two items looked at going on with my truck for a Wednesday afternoon drop off. Called Friday and was told they are still diagnosing the problem and that techs are looking at it. Call Monday and am told my truck has yet to even be looked at. Call Tuesday afternoon before closing and am told nothing is wrong with the truck and that the service advisor will call first thing Wednesday morning to explain everything. Now have still yet to be contacted. Call and goes straight to voicemail. A full week without a truck I use for work now when an appointment was made is absolutely ridiculous. Take your vehicle somewhere else to be serviced. You’ll be glad you did.

Wish I could give a lower rating. I was contacted by an internet sales rep because they had interest in purchasing my vehicle which I had offered as trade. Sales rep offered to give a sight unseen offer, but I was upfront with them about the issues my vehicle had. They were also aware that I was going to be making a 2hr drive there, and a 2 hr drive home. When I arrived, I was given the keys to a vehicle to test drive (a vehicle I was very interested in purchasing). When I finished my test drive, it was time for talking about my vehicle. The problems that I had pointed out to them where again listed off to me. Problems that I was aware of and had made them aware of in the interest of full disclosure. I was asked what I valued my trade. I responded that since they had contacted me, they should give an offer. The sales person help up 5 fingers. I assumed, as he didnt explain his action, that he was offering $5,000 for my trade. As I had been offered $2k and $4k, I was thinking that they were interested in purchasing my vehicle as they had stated in their calls. I agreed that $5k was a fair assessment. I then asked what kind of payments that would give me. I was then told that $500 wouldnt help much on payments. This shocked me, to say the least. 2 hours drive with 2 kids and my wife to be insulted with a meager offer of $500 for a vehicle that they just had to see. Where is the logic and respect in an action like this? Never again will I have anything to do with this company. My time, effort, and amount of gas to and from this dealership are worth more than $500.

The body shop not only did not repair our vehicle but further damaged it. Rather than correcting underlying problems, they placed metal shims and hit multiple door hinges with a hammer (leaving visible marks and flattening of the hinges). They were given 5 chances to correct their mistakes and only caused more damage and destruction each time. The passenger side of the vehicle has a gaps in the door, the door drops slightly when opened.Repeatedly expressed our frustrations with the owner, manager and body shop director.

I scheduled by service appointment for Monday and dropped off my truck with TJ. Received an update Monday afternoon that diagnosis would continue into Tuesday. Did not get an update on Tuesday but on Wednesday was told my trans had major issues. Went to the dealership that afternoon & spoke with TJ. He stated that parts were on order, lots were backordered and an ETA of maybe next month. Was given a number to the FORD Company customer service dept to call in attempt to get a entire transmission replacement instead of waiting 2 months on a rebuild.I called the FORD number on Thursday and started a claim, or I thought. All my info was taken, & the individual stated he would reach out to me. On Friday I called again and spoke with a different person. They put me on hold and advised that my truck was still in the diagnosis stage & no parts on order. Surprised by this I contacted Miracle Fords parts department where it was verified that I had an open order, & NO parts were on order. I had been trying to get in touch with the Service Manager, Jessica, for 2 days and the parts rep took my number and told me he would give it to her directly.I received a call Friday around 5:30pm from Jessica. Told her I was angry that I was lied to about parts being on order and that I had to investigate myself to find this out. That I had no trust in Miracle Ford Service at this time & felt like my truck was rushed in after the claim was started to get torn apart so that I could not take it somewhere else. She gave no excuse to why TJ lied about parts being on order & told me that she would call me every day or every other day with updates on my truck EXCEPT for tomorrow (Saturday).Saturday, I received a call from Jeff who was amazing and informed me of what happened to my trucks transmission, why it happened and what was going to happen.From that Saturday, I went 7 days without hearing from Jessica. No text, calls or emails regarding my trucks status. It wasn’t until I reached out that I received 2 text about “still waiting on parts”.Middle of next week I received a call from Brian. He stated that he had taken over my case. That he “crosses his eyes/ dot’s his T’s” and would call me every day/ every other day even just to say that there was no news. I told him about my experience so far and he stated he would be my point of contact. I went approximately 8 days this time and heard from no one. No texts, calls or emails regarding the status of my truck.It was on that next Friday, approximately 21 days from when Jessica said she would call me every day/ every other day that I went to Miracle Ford in person. I went into the showroom to speak with someone higher up to get answers and Jessica met me inside. I asked to speak in her office where I was informed about all the work, chasing parts, my name on a highlighted sheet of paper but at this time I had lost all trust in the Service department. I asked why I have been lied to about communication 3 times, about parts being on order when they were not and how does she expect me to believe anything at this point.I was informed that the final part was ordered that day and my truck should be ready next week. The part did come in, was installed and my truck was picked up.I got it home, retuned the vehicle that I was using and then observed several issues with the truck. The skid plate was put on incorrectly, the truck has a shudder as if its going to die at red lights & there is a vibration that feels like hard grinding in the front end. These issues were not present before the truck was dropped off.I called to speak with Jim Galvin the GM. Bypassing everyone else that seems to be incapable of handling this situation correctly. Left a message on Monday morning asking for a return phone call. It is Wednesday and I have yet to be contacted by him.I will leave this review up until a follow up call is made and the new issues addressed.

I am writing this review for my elderly father. He purchased a new Ford Ranger this week. He has owned several Rangers in his lifetime. Melissa took care and treated my dad with respect and dignity and that means a great deal to my family. Over the many years we have encountered dishonest car salesmen who will do or say anything to sell to an elderly person. My dad is on a lot of medication but Dad is determined to still do things his way. I overheard her on the phone with him and she was very patient and kind. Miracle Ford, ya got a good one in her. Just a note of Thanks to all the wonderful people working in the body shop, that helped me with having my most favorite 2015 Ford Fusion restored after I was rear ended. The office was clean, bright and cheerful. Everyone working there was very considerate and wore a mask. Thank you for caring so much for the people coming in for service. Everything was explained and all questions we answered. The work was amazing. You would never know that the car was damaged. You all are the best. This was my first experience with Miracle Ford, but not my last. I will always count on Miracle Ford for all of my auto needs from now own. Thank you so much for you kindness and hard work.

Purchased a great looking new F-150 truck from Miracle a few weeks ago. Had a few issues with some items on the truck due to it being a dealership trade from another dealership. I am taking back my 5 star rating that I gave this dealership 4 months ago, all due to the fact that their service department inept. After purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership within 2 months, and spending over $1,000 in their service department, you would think that they would want to take care of their customers but that is far from the truth. I bought a brand new F-150 from their in March, and spent around $1,700 for a bed liner, and a tonneau cover. Well the bed liner has a gigantic bubble in it, from where it has never laid down completely. I have been up to the service department 2 different times for this issue, has it been fixed? No, its now July and it still has a bubble in it. The tonneau cover that I paid around $1200 for? It is literally falling apart, and I have been to the dealership 2 different times, the first time they told me they would give me some special glue, to put it back together, they never gave it to me. 2 months later, after it is deteriorating even more, they told me that they would give me a call this week when the gentleman who makes warranty decisions got back from vacation. Well it is Friday at 5:00, have I gotten a call? Hell no. The service department NEVER follows thru on ANYTHING! I feel at this point, I am treated like a number, and they got my money, so they have no reason to care. Here is my question, why would I have to wait for some guy to get back to see if it is under warranty???????? I PURCHASED THE COVER AND BED LINER IN APRIL, WHY WOULD THEY NOT BE UNDER WARRANTY!?!?!?!? After spending a total of $75k with Miracle within 2 months, I can tell that my business was not appreciated. Oh and dont even get me started on the Fender Flares that I had ordered for my truck...... I take my truck in to have them put on while I was getting my oil changed, makes sense right? Well after sitting there for 2 hours they give me the keys back and inform me that they didnt have enough time to complete it, and that I would have to come back at a later time....... it was 3:00PM when they told me that, they had my truck since 1:00PM, WHY DID I SIT THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS WAITING!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WHY DOES NO ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING????? NO ONE FOLLOWS UP!!!!! My husband and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango from Miracle Dodge in November of 2020. When we purchased the vehicle it had two cosmetic repairs (back driver side door, and the passenger side corner panel) that needed to be fixed which in our agreement of purchasing the vehicle they said they would have it repaired. In December of 2020 we dropped off the vehicle at Miracle Dodge they give us a rental and they take our vehicle over to the collision center at Miracle Ford since they are affiliated. It takes the collision center TWO weeks to repair the door and the corner panel. Upon getting the vehicle back we noticed that they didn’t repair the back corner panel like they agreed to do. My husband take the vehicle back up to miracle dodge and informs whom ever he was dealing with that the issue had not been repaired. So Miracle Dodge said that they would order the back corner panel of the vehicle, and when they receive the panel that we could bring the vehicle back in. Now it is the first of February of 2021 and they call my husband and let us know that the vehicle needs to be brought up to the dealership because the back corner panel has came in. So we take the vehicle up to miracle dodge they once again send it to the collision center over at Miracle Ford. They had the vehicle 5 days when my husband called to check the process and if we could pick up my vehicle they told him it was not ready that it would be next Friday. The following Friday comes around my husband calls and once again they say it isn’t ready that it will now be Tuesday. We have not received my vehicle back yet we have been paying a car payment on a vehicle that has literally sat at the dealership for a month while they drag their feet on repairing something for the second time. If you plan on doing business with them I would highly recommend going somewhere else. They are just down right dishonest. I also feel like I am getting the run around on when my vehicle will be ready. In my opinion they have poor management all the way around, and a huge lack of communication. The collision center is a absolute joke. I also blame Miracle Dodge for not doing the following up on the vehicle like I believe should have taken place. I will never do business with either Miracle Ford or Miracle Dodge ever again.Edit- 02/22/2021We still have yet to receive my vehicle back. That we dropped off oh the 8th of February.

I ordered a truck from the dealership, the online sales manager was very rude and did not know anything. He even told me the truck had halogen led lights, when I tried to tel him that is not a thing he got rude and said yes it is. Well after being told 8-12 weeks for delivery. 15 weeks later I get a call saying my truck might be in and was I the person that ordered one. Upon looking at the truck the order was wrong. Items left off. Things such as my clearance lights that cost $95 to add onto the truck. Their response was I could go get it done by 3rd party for 2k. Other items they just said I don’t know. They can not even find the order form when they ordered the truck. I asked if they would do anything for compensation, their response was we can sell the truck if you don’t want it so we won’t discount it. Take it or leave it. Then when wanting to speak to the general manager I was told it would need to be a weekday as weekends are busy for them and it would take up too much of his time. Do not order or use miracle Ford or their other dealership. Horrible service and they don’t care about the customer.

I wish I had read the Google reviews before I decided to let Miracle Ford service my new 2020 F-150. First of all, they dont have appointment times, you just show up and take your chances. Last week, I settled in for 2 hours before I received an emergency call that required I leave immediately. Not a single thing had been done other than they had already reset my oil life so I no longer had an accurate indication. Shouldnt that be done AFTER the oil change is actually done? Anyway, they called and said they had my recall parts and recommended I drop off my truck, which I did. After 4 hours, I called to check the status and they said, Give us 2 hours and it will be ready. When I got there, it was ready but they had not been able to fix a rattle in the dash because they didnt hear it. Did they bother to call or ask about it? Nope. I didnt see the tire rotation on the receipt so they simply reprinted the receipt to show the tire rotation. I asked if they actually did the rotation and I was assured they had. Well, they didnt know this, but, I marked my tires before I took it in and lo and behold, NO ROTATION. I called and they said, Bring it back in and well take care of it. The more I thought about it, until I hear that this service department has a major overhaul, I will not be returning. Im now scheduled to PAY AGAIN for the tire rotation at the local Firestone MasterCare location. Ill go on record that someone from Miracle Ford will respond to this with something like, This does not reflect our dealership...blah, blah, blah. In fact, it DOES reflect your dealership. Im no longer confident at this point they did the oil change or the recall repairs.

The service dept. Techs will flat out lie to your face. Then try to convince you they did something they didnt. The thing is with these new vehicles that has sensors will tell on them. Asked them to rotate (which I know in a dully you move from side to side, unless you want to break down the tires and swap tires and wheels.) The front I know for a fact they did not swap. And usually wouldnt they air the tires up?? And the picture is from 15 min driving down the road. If you know anything about these new sensors and computers it doesnt take no time to reset. I can air the tires up and by the time I get back in the truck it shows more air. So You need to either watch them perform the work or dont go there. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Will never buy another car from this dealership and will never let them work of anything I own I took my truck in for service a few months back and they put a new tire on for me last week my tire falls off going down 24 first thing out of there mouth was looks like someone is trying to sabotage you remind u they have to have a special socket to take the lug nuts off the say the tire fell off I got in to my glove department to get the tool out of my glove box and found a completely stripped out tool so if you care about yours and your family safety please make sure you never take your truck or car to that service department I will give up there warranty because they will never be trusted to work on my truck again

Entire buying process was smooth. I bought a leftover 2019 F-150 that was used as a loaner vehicle, so it had a couple imperfections. They pointed these out and agreed to fix them free of charge, I probably wouldn’t have even noticed these had they not brought it up. Also gave me a loaner to use while the repairs were being done.

They all made me and my service dog feel very comfortable while we were waiting for the quick and simple repair my truck needed. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Went to the dealership in Springfield last time and will never return there it was a horrible experience so I was very happy to have this happen in a very positive outcome. We took our 2019 Ford Explorer to have it repaired after an accident. When my wife went to pick it up the door didnt close properly. She brought this to their attention and they did repair it while she waited. When I got home i looked at it and was surprised they didnt even wash the vehicle after the repair. The last vehicle we had repaired by Two Rivers Ford who subs their work out detailed our vehicle. This wasnt a big deal but then when i looked at the bolt on the door pin and saw it was rounded off from not using the right size torx i was a little upset that a $50k vehicle would be treated like this by a dealer. I started to call but just thought I wont do business there anymore and will drive to Mt. Juliet and deal with Two Rivers from now on. Today my wife goes out in her car and the key fog doesnt operate the lock. I told her I would call the dealership. I called and the receptionist asked me every question under the sun when I asked for the GM. I waited on hold and was eventually hung up on. I dont like leaving negative reviews but since no one wants to talk to me I figured maybe this would at least save the next person from all the trouble weve had. I wont even go into my 2.5 hour wait for an oil change in my truck from a few months ago.

My wife and I purchased a 16 Dodge Dart GT from Miracle Chrysler back in March. In August, to avoid a wreck, my wife was forced to make an unexpected turn into a parking lot. While making the turn she clipped a curb which damaged the right rocker panel in front of the rear wheel. Marty and his crew in the Body Shop were very professional, courteous and friendly. The repair was flawless. To their credit, when the initial repair wasnt satisfactory to them, they never hesitated to redo the work and treated it just like it was their own vehicle. Thanks...

This place just really doesnt want my business or even care about my situation. I have a car that needs to be serviced specifically by a Ford dealer. It doesnt start and would need to be towed and Miracle is the closest by a long shot.I have called, emailed and texted asking specifically if I can have my vehicle towed there and make an appointment. All 3 times Im told that I need to have to wait for them to call me back. Why cant they simply make the appointment I have no idea, but they tell me I must be called back by a service specialist.I just need to have a pcm flash, which is a simple 20 minute job for a dealer to do. Ive had it done for for Chevy and Ford in the past, so Im clueless why they just wont even allow me to make a service appointment.This is my only car and I also have stage 4 cancer, which requires me to have a way to get to the doctors. Should be called CareLess Ford.

I am very unhappy with my experience at Miracle Ford and am now stuck making payments on a vehicle that I hate driving.I took my Hummer into Miracle Ford and traded it in to buy either a Buick or a Ford. Well as it turns out I picked the wrong vehicle. I had negative equity on the Hummer but have excellent credit so was given $10k for the Hummer and fully financed.They resold my Hummer almost immediately for $20k. Seeing as how much money they made off of my car you would think they would work with me a little bit. I explained how I disliked the Ford and would like to exchange it for the Buick (prices exactly the same mind you).I was told no because I had negative equity. That never stopped them from selling me a car and being fully financed in the first place. So now I am stuck making payments for years on a car I hate. This was supposed to be a joyous occasion and turned out to be a nightmare.This just goes to show you that dealers like Miracle Ford are a thing of the past; a relic of a time gone by. I should have went with Carvana or Vroom or another online dealer who lets you exchange cars UP TO THREE TIMES. Do yourself a favor and shop for a car online. My wife is shopping for a car next and I will make sure she and everyone else I know in Clarksville stays clear of Miracle Ford.**** Miracle Ford’s response makes NO SENSE. I was fully financed with negative equity and the two cars cost exactly the same amount. The negative equity was there when we began the deal.**** To make matters worse the engine was exposed to salt water by the last owners so there is corrosion all over it. See photos on this page.- I emailed the sales manager [email protected] and left him a phone message as well. He never replied nor called me back. This is further indication that once they get your money they cannot be bothered to address any concern you have.

Never again will I subject myself to the sort of treatment I get when going here for simple service. New car, but oil leaking and has sense purchase. Have been here twice and both times they say they changed the gasket but they did not. The people here will say anything. Jessica is very rude and should not call customers a Bi*tch under her breath where they can hear her. My son marked the spot on the oil leak and after they had it all day when I finally got it back and my son says they did not change the gasket yet again. Miracle Ford. Miracle alright, Miracle they are still in business...........................about your response, I specifically stated dont bother to ask me to subject myself to this treatment again. This dealership is a “walk in only”, dealership. Do not believe anything they say over the phone or text. I found a truck on car guru, we had a verbal and a text agreement to purchase the truck. (It’s a 2 hr drive) I texted to ask a question and to tell them what time we would be there to pick up the truck. I got a text from the dealership they sold the truck! I called and spoke with a manager, what I got was, “I understand your frustration, I will figure out what happened, let me call you back”. Still waiting for that call.......

Took my Escape in to get serviced due to a light coming on. The guys checked my vehicle out, and they told me I needed a seal for my transmission and an axel. Quoted me $1275. The guy informed me that it would be pointless to exchange the transmission oil with a leak. I agreed. Told him I wanted to wait on fixing it/the service for now. I asked them 3 times to fix my reverse light while I was there. My reverse light is still out. When I left, I looked at my receipt. They went ahead and did the transmission service and charged me $375 for it.Meanwhile, the issues they quoted me $1275 for....I was able to get fixed elsewhere for $450. I had an AWFUL experience!! I am not happy.

Best car buying experience ever! I had inquired about a car online and was contacted via email the next day. It was over a week before I contacted the salesman, Gator Smith, back and I was not hounded by him during that time. I sent him some questions about the car, after hours, and we corresponded up till midnight and resumed first thing in the morning even though it was his day off. There were no high pressure sales tactics, we negotiated and agreed on a price via email. (Since it was new and I had test drove one elsewhere, I didn’t feel the need to test drive it before agreeing to the price.). I completed the credit application online and once it was approved I had someone drive me up to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. Since my salesperson was not available that evening, he had another salesman, Juan Aguilar, meet with me to finish the sale and go over the car. The finance person, Jim Morgan, did not try and pressure me into extras. They had all pulled together to accommodate my schedule. I can’t express enough how helpful and friendly their whole sales department was from start to finish. The process had been completed in less than 24 hours with me only having been there in person less than two hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Man... had a great run on service then they bombed out. Waited months for a warranty part (death rattle on a 2019 F350) and given the run around on loaner cars (despite being promised when I bought the car that loaners are standard). COVID has hurt them I guess as no one answers messages. Now have to wait for another dealership to work on the car.

Been using this Dealership sense moving to Gallatin and can not any longer deal with the constant lying or withholding of information. The issue is with the service dept alone and the manager Cody. They will say anything to get you in there and then do half of what they say. I have had this place try to sale me a part they themselves knew was still under warranty. I have had them in one breath say the part was there then in the next after going there say it is not but we went ahead and did your other services, and all the time knowing they did not have the original part I called about. Have had them tell me a vehicle would be available but after checkin the loaner magically vanishes. 2 xs this has happened....Have had to return to have what was supposedly fixed the 1st time fixed again ....

Dropped my car off yesterday and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They called and said it was ready. When I called and asked about the cost they said there was no charge, I was puzzled. The operator was the only person who could give me information because the service reps were too busy to come to the phone. She said that there was no charge because there was nothing done to the car. I asked about the oil change and tire rotation. She said it wasn’t done and she didn’t know why.I of course won’t be returning here to purchase a vehicle or for service in the future.Update:Turns out there was a power outage in the entire area and their electricity and phone system went down for several hours. I was contacted by Jessica, the Service Manager, and she went out of her way to make it right. I changed my 1 star review to 5 stars because they communicated well and took care of my car after I informed them of my dissatisfaction. I will definitely continue to use Miracle Ford for my afore Fiesta ST maintenance and repairs.

I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation at this location. We recently purchased our vehicle in November of 2019, and it was aligned in December 2019. When they returned my vehicle to me, nobody said anything about the condition of brakes or tires like the dealerships normally cover with the owner at the end of a service. They handed me the packet and the keys and that was it. The packet showed everything in the green, so I wasnt too worried, but when I left the car was shaking and pulling to the right. I have contacted the service department three times via email about this in addition to calling. There has been no response. I would not recommend having any maintenance done on your car here. They are apathetic, and the work leaves a lot to be desired. For $72, Ill drive my car to just about any other dealership for an oil change.

We came to Miracle Ford on Saturday morning. I had called a salesman ahead of our arrival to let him know when we would be there and what we were looking for. We went in the showroom. The receptionist spoke to us. We were ready to buy a Ford. The whole time we were looking at the show room cars, NO SALES PERSON came up to us to ask if they could help us. We walked out to the lot to look around. AGAIN WE WERE NOT APPROACHED BY ANY SALESPERSON.Apparently Miracle Ford has not trained their salespeople to approach potential customers in order to make a sale.The salesman I spoke to did not do any type of follow up with us.We went to another dealership and bought a new SUV.Guess Miracle Ford just did not want the sale or the money we had to spend Saturday. Must be nice to be so big you do not need to make a sale.

Thank you KJ for picking up my Jeep and arranging the service and body shop inspection for the same day! The body shop called me and took care of all insurance stuff and had my bumper ordered before I got my car back. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
