My third negative experience!Thought the new staff would be nice to clients at the new location. Asked questions about my eye glasses warranty from the old office and the front desk staff, Stephanie gave me some attitude over the phone when I asked a question to make sure I understood her correctly. Excuse me for asking, smh.FYI: warranties for eye glasses do not carry over from the old office to the new office. I wonder if they knew this after selling me a warranty only a couple of months before moving to the new location.So disappointed with this place, never going back for any reason.

Horrible phone etiquette wait until 30 mins before my appointment to call and say you dont accept my insurance very rude phone behavior very unethical business practicesStephanie is very. Rude and unhelpful she should be no where near a phone

This used to be a nice place before the pandemic. Dr. Miller is still great, but the staff changed. Why cant they be nice to their customers?

Dr Miller is so wonderful and the staff there are absolute stars. Everyone is professional and super friendly. I highly recommend.

Lovely group of people. Your own pupillary distance is their private information though. The measurement between your pupils, is theirs, and they will not give it to you with your prescription. This is number necessary to order glasses. Even if you spend $1,000 on lenses and exams in their store like I did, you cant have the number.

Ive never been to an eye doctor who could explain, in a succinct understandable manner, more about how my eyes are behaving than Dr. Gabriella Miller. Other eye doctors had been reluctant to switch me to soft lenses but she was able to put me into lenses that helped my vision immediately and also were more comfortable. Her staff also helped me with glasses that were affordable and attractive. I highly recommend Dr. Miller.

I was a patient of Dr. Miller when I lived in Gaithersburg, MD a long time ago. However, I moved to PG County and have seen 3 different eye clinics but none of them have been able to match up to the level of service or care that Dr. Miller and her staff provide. Which is why after 5 years, I have returned to her office. Im living in Upper Marlboro MD but Dr. Miller is worth the drive. Plus, she has state-of-the-art equipment!!!

My experience with the Montgomery Village Eye Center was nothing but a great one. All the associates were very welcoming with broad smiles on their faces. The office spaces were nice and clean and my exam was done in a timely manner. This is a must visit Eye Center for anybody with Optometry needs.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I broke my glasses before a vacation and Susan went out of the way to get me a new pair in record time. Very impressed.Dr. Miller is very professional and is very thorough with the eye exams.
