I contacted this facility yesterday to inquire about lumber for a client. Apparently, their number is also listed for a location in Frederick. I did not realize that at the time because contact information for this business is sparse. When the guy answered my call the second time, he immediately hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I strongly suggest you teach your employees the proper way to handle issues, and how to articulate themselves. This is not it, and I will be sure to not recommend your store for any other needs my clients may have.

We materials from this supplier, and we asked them at the time of the purchase if we buy extra supply so we dont run short if they can return the left over, they told us yes no problem, when we try to return little quantity they refused to return it, claiming that they did not say that, we confront them with witnesses from there own employees as will as my workers but they ignored every thing.Then finally they realized they were at fault they took the merchandise and i was promised to get store creadit.It had been more than 4 months still did not get my money backBottom line i have been ripped doff by this company.I purchased supplies from them all the time and we buy over than 30k a yearEvery time we buy something the order always get screwed up and we had to run back and forth to correct it from our time.I will seek my business elsewhere. I had enough.I will not recommend this supplier to any one

Very friendly knowledgeable staff! They had what we needed in stock!

Gave them a hand drawing of the heavy gauge metal parts I needed fabricated and they had them ready within a week, and it was cheaper than I expected.
