Just got off after a long day I need to grab a few things from this target and I’m new to the area… as soon as I walked in I ask for help and a gentleman by the name of Darnell was prompt in response by directing me to each aisle giving me a map out of the store! when I say above and beyond customer service he killed it!!!!! I most certainly will be shopping here in the future and I will be sure to ask for him he knew the store like the back of his hand! Very helpful!

Best Target Ive been to in terms of shopping. Self checkout is scarce however. I think there were only 4 or 5. Doesnt make sense for such a high traffic and high sqft store.

There is Ulta at target now and I am so happy about it. This place is definitely a trap. You go for one thing and you coke back with 10 extra things you didnt need or at least you thought yu didnt need. I love how organized and well maintained is this Traget. I love tge self checkout stations which makes my shopping a lot faster.

Very low stock, and they lock up the cheap chargers even though they’re only like $20. So you end up absolutely ruining the boxes just to see the specs listed on the back. Small brain move there

This Target apparently has a bizarre practice where the associates at the register will not place items back in the shopping cart, no matter how many items you buy. Instead, they will pile them up on the register turn-style, even with the cart right in front of them, where they could easily just place the items in the cart. There have been several cases where items have fallen on the floor or the associate accidentally places the item below on the utility shelf since there was no more room. Have gotten to my car numerous times and found items to be missing.

Clean store, friendly service and good prices.

This Target is a clean, very neat, organized, and modern. Both two floors of the building were very impressive and the customer service was unbelievably great! Food was fresh, pharmacy customer service was nice, and the location is very well picked. This Target is one of my favorite Targets and I really really recommend shopping here at this Target. Love shopping here, its organized, clean and efficient. Always find what I need with no problems! Self checkout is fast and convenient. The staff is always friendly whenever I need to find swomething I can always just ask them and also I love the barcode scanner! Parking is easy and convenient!

This is a good location for Target - easy to get to in the Rio area. There is plenty of parking in the garage but finding is good spot can be a challenge.The staff is friendly and helpful. They do have all the stuff generally found in any Target.The store is well laid out and easy to navigate.They do have self checkout stations that makes quick shopping trips even better.

Worst target there is . Jessica at the front desk second level is just plain rude . Her attitude shouldnt represent target at all. She and her other friend were talking thr whole time while my son had a meltdown and she didnt even help me put anything on the belt . She told u gotta do it on your own . I have been to other targets and the employees are more friendly and more kind. She is just an absolute terrible representation to the company . The smirk she gave me and her tilting her head is just unreal .

This is a good target store. Open late and pretty standard target. Clean. Good selection of everything. Parking could be better. No real complaints.

The store is two levels with a parking garage attached. There isnt much street parking but there is plenty in the garage. The employees I talked to were nice and knew where things are in the store. Which was super helpful since its two stories. There are also two elevators if you have a stroller or wheelchair. It has a Starbucks inside as well

The back-to-school materials are very reasonably priced.

Easy to find what I need, asked two associates for help and they were friendly and knew the right answer.

The cashier assisting me, Tyler was very helpful and pleasant. The other staff seemed a bit busy to assist in the electronics department. Had a issue regarding an item advertised for pricing and Tyler attempted to get help from his peers and management team. Had to wait about 20 min before finally a young lady was able to quickly assist me. There is a good staff presence in the store...however service is not what I expected. They really dropped the ball. Tyler was very empathetic regarding the situation as there was nothing that he could do because he needed assistance from management. The other gentleman with blonde dyed hair was extremely rude and blatantly disrespectful. I will address that matter separately with corporate. There was also a woman with a crutch in the department working, however she was unable to assist. She was pleasant and advised that I needed a manager. Kudos to Tyler for his patience, professionalism and overall providing an exceptional customer experience. The store is stocked very well. I will return to complete my shopping, however I will not visit the electronics department.

Used the Target app for drive up pick-up during this time in Covid. Target is the best! I was pulling up to the 3rd level in the garage for pickup and the guy was already standing out there waiting for me!! Now, that’s service! Kudos, will be back. 👍🏽

Late night run to get Fresh Pet food for my puppy son. Stays open till 10pm.

This Target has a Cafe and a Starbucks beside each other. Also has a really cool escalator that takes your shopping cart between the first and second floors.

Drive up service is quick and convenient

Terrible service. no fittingrooms which is the whole purpose of going in instead of buying from amazon. and returns have always been dificult in the past.

Peggy the tech worker is a rude, and discriminatory employee. My friends and I were interested in the tech section, when she kicked us out for being “too young.” Our female friend was the same age and was not kicked out. This action has left a nauseating taste in my mouth.

I needed some storage boxes. I ordered online. They notified me within an hour they were ready for pick up. I went to Customer Service checked in, picked up my boxes and left. So easy.

I shop at this location quite often. Always a great experience. However, today was not so great. I felt very violated by an employee by the name of Symone. I waited my turn for my family and I to get on the elevator as a couple gotten on before us. Next was our turn, as we just gave that couple their space due to Covid 19. My family and I gotten on the elevator with a cart, and so did Symone with a huge cart as well. I kindly asked her to wait for the next elevator so that we are allowed our distance. She told me “No, I’m in a rush” while running over my foot. I felt totally disrespected as a frequent paying customer. It’s absolutely hard to believe that Target has an employee like Symone, that totally disrespect and disregard customers. I will never return to this store.

Customer service is excellent at Target. Also, none of my bags are packed too heavily and I dont leave with unnecessary plastic bags.

I live here for over 6 years and never had a problem with the customer service here until today. There was a white male (XXL size I think) staff with half black and half yellow short hair kept giving his attitude out during the check out. There was a item doesn’t have price so he came to help. I told him where I grab this item, he said who knows if you are telling the truth or not. Excuse me? I really don’t that words should came out from a Target staff. Of course we had a very unpleasant conversation later.I know it’s holiday season and they are hiring new stuff to help. But quality control still be needed to make sure the service quality.

This store also has a groceries section so we can always add to the cart if we forgot it at the food store. Good toy section but they need more items for boy toddlers and Play-Doh canisters; they only stock the #Play-Doh machines - mostly girl themes.

I love this place the most. Friendly and helpful staffs all the times. Teron is the cashier help me mostly. And other staffs even they’re busy with the stockings they still willing to help my questions without any attitudes. I do Shipt so I am really care the supports from Target to us. Compared to the nearby, this one is the best. I feel all the cashiers know what they should do and like a team-work, they help us immediately whenever we need. I love how the products area organized and I always see Norma do very good at her jobs. I also see another asian man worker there and He worked very well also (sorry I don’t remember his name). Much appreciated. I wish that I could name all the employees I have met too.

This target is great. 2 Floors of pure Target amazingness. But Im bias. I love any target. But the staff is super friendly and Ive never had a bad experience here.

Very convenient , Target is very convenient. Every retailer should follow TARGETS drive up pick up . The app makes it easy to alert the store that you are on the way. And when you arrive the app provides a button to alert the store that you are here.The associate even put my purchase in my trunk without me leaving my car. This is Great ! I will continue to get my necessities from target over other retailers as long as this option is available

AMY was terrible she accused of stealing she voided everything and charged us twice for everything I still haven’t gotten money back on card I will not be returning . Thank you Amy for such terrible service

I went here and I was looking around and was looking at some fit it’s for a gift. I was walking and met up with a friend and was focused on my friend. I could not here a lady by accident calling me if I need help. I said no thanks and that I was just looking, she then said ok and asked me not to ignore her next time. I don’t get how she can be rude and think I was ignoring her. We left and honestly the store is nice but that staff was rude. I left 3 stars because how neat it was and how everything was but other than that, the lady’s was the problem.

Awesome service during this corona time. I just love Targets curbside pickup option where we don’t need to get in contact with anyone. With their offers and deals it’s just fantastic.

Ease of shopping online

The associate that helped me was rude. He’s helped me twice with a return already and each time, it’s the same demeanor. The first interaction with him, he seemed completely annoyed while helping me. Not a word from his mouth other than asking the reason for my return. The second interaction, he “invites” me to his register by sticking out his palm while looking away as if to call me there to give him whatever I plan to return. It’d be nicer if he’d just politely call me to his register like other associates would do. I would understand if it were a one time event because he had a bad day, but to have it happen twice is completely unacceptable.

It took me 30 minutes to get a gift card because target’s system is so unorganized. It is NOT the employees fault for this but if you are trying to get gift cards, I would not suggest getting them at target.

I dont have complaints about this store, just the company in general. The companys gift cards dont work. I recently received an egift card and the website asked if I wanted to combine it with another I had. I did, and it put the combined card into a new number that I was not given. I tried to use the new number in the store and it wouldnt work. So now I cant use the money in the store but maybe can if I want to purchase something online. That doesnt help since most of my purchases are in the store.

The attention from the employees to make sure I had everything I needed and the cleanliness of the store

I believe that customer care is something important. I have worked in that myself. In this store, sometimes Ive found employees that try to do a good job. But some other times Ive been treated in a way that makes me feel like they dont want me there.

This Target has everything you could want or need here like every other location and a nice speedy self checkout that works out perfectly for me and my family.

Very bad customer service. I purchased a baby girl top. The price check machine in store showed it was ~$3, but the scan system at check out kept its original ~$6. I though customer service may help me. But the girl there said the price check machines in store always try to give a lower price... I asked if she can manually correct the price. Her attitude was like here is what I see. Nothing I can do. You can still buy it or leave it. Dont be cheap and try to get a lower price. Indeed, it was only $3, but I feel I was deeply insulted for it.I used to purchase a lot of kids things from Target because their good online shopping experience ( my order would be ready for pick up very soon (about 20 min) as long as they have that in store. Now, i will take a break before I recover from this horrible shopping experience.

This is a great store. Sometimes I order online and go to the online pickup. For some things I go online and it tells me where in the store the item is located. This works most of the time but one time I had to walk the whole store to find the holiday items.

Love this target, clean, well stocked, parking can be tough but not bad.

The store itself is great. But I went to their cafe and ordered a pretzel and it went downhill from there. It wasnt cooked all the way through and there were lots of doughy parts. Also, various flavors at their ICEE machine were miss labeled and didnt taste as like the flavor on the sticker.

The target location is easy tp get to and staff is always helpful. very pleasant experience

Food Service Policy for preparing food and exchange of money are not good. Servers use the same gloves to perform both food prep and money exchange.

Multiple team members and guests not wearing masks. I asked customer service to step in and say something but there hasnt been a thing done. Its not only a simple request, its the law.

This is a two story target. what can i say...target it the cream of the crop. they have cute clothes, high quality food, and high quality home items. the air there hits different. this location also has a starbucks. i have never been to this location and had to wait in a long line. 10/10 or in this case, 5 stars. does anyone want to make a toast

Convenient groceries. Online shopping is good. Fast food on second floor. Registers on both floors. Garage parking nice when bad weather.

Love that target has a shop and pick up area unlike other stores. Was able to get just what I needed the next day.

Clean and well maintained, has most everything I need. Good (though of course not exhaustive) selection of fresh produce. Baby products are sold on the second floor. There is a Starbucks on the second floor.I also appreciate the three levels of parking and accessible elevator connecting the garage to the store on the first and third levels. I take my baby here semi-frequently and its easy to navigate with a stroller.

Customer service rep Maria was extremely helpful! When I couldnt find the item I wanted to exchange she called another target employee to assist as she could see that the store had 4 items in stock. Jason was also extremely helpful and explained that the item came in todays shipment. He went upstairs to see if it had been received and came back with not only the same item but 3 others to chose from. Both members were extremely helpful; exemplary customer service and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to Maria and Jason I have one extremely happy 4 year old... Thank you!!

Their website showed that the items that I wanted were available in this store and I drove 40 miles. Their staff are nice and helpful though.

Buyer beware! This Target posts prices on their shelves and, when you get to checkout, the prices are higher. For four months - four months! - I found significant errors at the checkout EVERY time I went. Anything I might have earned from my 5% percent back might have been lost if I had not been diligent. I have brought this up with store staff EVERY time and I sent corporate Target a letter with details from my receipt. I did NOT receive a response. It’s a bad day when you can’t trust Target.

This used to be a great Target. A lot of shelves are empty. Most of the generic drugs and vitamins are out of stock for long periods of time. They have been fixing the escalators since some time last year. Needs major work to bring it back to its former glory.

Loved this Target. The 2 floors in this Target were impressive. Such a large store with great prices to be had. Love the styles and offerings here. And in case youre thirsty, there is a Starbucks here as well.

Target is becoming a disaster! When my mom was trying to purchase something with her gift card, from the baby registry, they said they cant order it for her. They were so lazy and they didnt want to help at ALL! One really nice costumer who didnt even work there, she was so nice to my mom. She went online and looked and looked on the target website to see if she could order my moms stuff with the target gift card. Thats what a target worker is suppose to do. My mom just didnt understand why they didnt want to help. Whats the big deal if they order it online for my mom? I hope that you dont have that same experience as my mom! One worker sent my mom up and down the escalator and wait, wasnt the worker suppose to do that herself? Target workers are suppose to be working to help other people instead, they are making costumers do it theirselves! They werent even busy! Thats the thing that bothers me!

A great Target with a great selection. If I am in the Rio area I typically make a quick stop here to grab a few items. I have used the self-checkout multiple times with no issue, and it lets you use multiple gift cards on the same transaction. There is plenty of free parking in the area.

A great store with quality merchandise.The CVS inside the Target makes the store even better to shop and get pharmacy items at same time.The food section has expanded and the variety is awesome. The produce and meat section has organic products.The express checkout is also great.

Two levels of shopping, very nicely well laid out and everything can be found in this place. The food is blah, but then again, why would you want to eat here? Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean.

The area where this Target is located is very crowded. I dont like the garage parking that is narrow and that the store has 2 levels. I prefer going to the Target in Germantown.

Although it was extremely busy, I was still asked if I needed assistance and was able to get through the check out line within a decent time frame.

My favorite Target store. Clean and well maintain. Location is good and good parking lot. theres a Starbucks and a target food counter, decent grocery section, clean bathrooms, and its on two floors. I come here all the time. Rio is my favorite place around here. I can also walk at the lake after shopping at the Target.

Was greeted upon entering and crewmember was very nice

Placed a in store pick up through the Target app, already had my card info on file. Clicked purchased and complete. Super easy! Got an e-mail my pick up was ready and went to the store they had a designated spot for store pick ups. I went right up and handed my id a minute later walked out with my order! Thanks Target! I was in a super rush that day picking up last minute decorations for my moms surprise birthday party that day! Made my day!

Great store, easy to locate products. Only downside is busy parking is very busy. I suggest parking on lower level of garage as its quick in and out versus parking on upper levels. Entrance is also on lower level of garage.

Target has everything from nice people to all possible every day items

The customer service at this store is exceptional. I am in Texas and I needed to get a pair of shoes for my daughter so that she could continue her school trip pain free. I was panicked because it was around 8 pm (EST) and the website said that I could pick them up the next day, which would have not been helpful since her group would leave the next morning at 7 am. The kindest lady, Veronica, helped me out. She went to grab the only pair left in the size I needed, walked them back to the pick up department, and asked them to rush the order through so that it could be picked up immediately. Everything went smoothly from there. Me, my daughter, and my daugthers feet say thank you!

This is the second time that picking up an online order was a bad experience at this Target. There was no line and enough guest services cashiers. I was called and the cashier went to get my order. A second cashier, Diana, came and called another customer. I did not move and informed Diana that another cashier was using that register and getting my order. She did not reply and kept calling other customers. The other cashier came back with my order and after I paid I informed her that what she did was rude and unnecessary. She did not reply. I told her I was going to report her and she acted like she didnt care. So I assume that it is ok with management to treat customers this way.

The store is always organized, I am able to find what I need and more. I love cartwheels, it always helps the experience even more.

Like Target, store is clean, associayes are kind and helpful and quick to assist, restrooms are clean and large. Prices are a bit higher than other bargain department stores. Good shopping experience!

Order online pickup at the store its fast easy smooth and seamless. The only way to shop had me in and out within 5 minutes and that included parking which there is plenty of free parking. For the price you cant be beat and the ease convenience of targets process will have me shopping here more often.

I always have a good experience at Target and its always stocked with the things I need.

I have been to several Target stores in my travels and this one is by far the worst Ive experienced. The inside of the store looked as if it was the day after black friday (today is 2/13/2018): shelves were empty or very low on stock in many departments, construction tape was up in several places but wasnt being worked on, and not one associate greeted me or offered to help me find what I was looking for. All while chit-chatting with coworkers. I dont expect to get special service, but a small gesture goes a long way.

What an awful experience! I found a pair of pants at Target on clearance (marked for 6.88). I thought I had a great deal, until I went to the register. When the associate scanned the item it displayed a price for 21.99. She stated that an associate must have marked it wrong and there was nothing that she could do. I requested a manager and she told me the same. I have never heard of a store not honoring a price, especially when it was their error. She offered to give me 20% off... if you can give me 20%, you can give me the price that was listed on the ticket. Such POOR customer service. My motto... if you cant treat a customer right, then I will not shop at your establishment. There are too many retailers around! Sorry Target you have lost a customer!

All staff that were on duty were extremely pleasant and just wonderful customer service reps. I rarely get this good of customer service and it is definitely worth saying something about.

I ordered last night and my order was ready when I got there early this morning. The clerk was quick and courteous.
