I recently bought a Bintelli scooter from NS4L and the customer service was outstanding. They had me do the paperwork online, which made my time in the store so much quicker. When I arrived, Allison was incredibly helpful and super nice. I bought the scooter as a gift to a client who was a big Michigan fan. NS4L actually drove the scooter to a local Gainesville sign shop to have it wrapped for me. The price was great and the scooter was in excellent shape with a full gas tank. Collin Austin, the owner of the store, personally checked in before, during, and after the sale to ensure my experience was positive.

NS4L goes the extra miles for its customers! The pandemic has made getting service in a timely fashion difficult. I am further handicapped by the fact that the dealer I bought my scooter from is out of business. In spite of being several hours away, NS4L came to the rescue via Zoom. The great staff over at NS4L are very kind and knowledgeable. They took their time in answering my countless questions before proceeding with my scooter repair. This showed me that they really cared about what they were doing by putting my needs/concerns before theirs. The facility is very clean and feels welcoming. Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of them by phone as the line is very busy; however, they promptly get back to you if you leave a message. I have gone there in the past and would not hesitate to go there for scooter maintenance and repairs in the future.

Purchased a scooter from NS4L just under a month ago. The process was so easy, even during this pandemic craziness. Collin and Mike were both extremely helpful and very responsive to emails. When I finally decided on the scooter I wanted, I was able to pick it up extremely quickly. Paperwork was very organized, and the employee who showed me how to use it was great. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Another awful experience with this facility. My scooter wouldn’t start after they called stating it was fixed and ready for pickup. I told them to keep it another day until it was actually fixed, when I return the next day they hit me with a new charge (carburetor) and “storage” fees. The counter person stated they forgot to charge me (and the owner told them to add it to the new invoice) without any apology or disclosure until I asked what the additional $80 was. The “storage” was incurred because they didn’t have someone to return the scooter to my location although they had no problem finding someone to pick up the scooter at my location. When you get upset with them they will openly admit the scooters they sell are cheap Chinese scooters and it’s basically to be expected that they will need unreasonable attention and service. Unfortunately they are the “only place in town” .... buyer beware and ask a lot of questions because they will conveniently neglect to inform. All of this after this same $1100 scooter (bought new from NS4L) suffered a $700 fatal engine failure a month out of warranty. The attached photo shows no mention of a storage fee in the “text” conversation from their representative. Much of there service is conducted via phone/text so there is absolutely no disclosures until service rendered. Had this same storage “misunderstanding” with them 3 years prior with my sons scooter.

Wow cant say enough about my buying experience with this company. Being newly retired we are new to the world of scooters as we were looking to purchase one to use on the back of our motorhome when we are on the road. Joanna was so helpful and answered all my questions. It was so easy to get everything done from the first phone call to having it delivered. I first called on a Tuesday and it was delivered and ready to ride on Friday. The young man that delivered my scooter was wonderful. He went over and above to make sure he explained all the features of the scooter and that I was comfortable with it all. He made sure that I took a test run and knew what everything was. I cant say enough about this great company and its staff. If you are looking to buy a scooter there is no reason to go anyplace else.

First off, they sell quality scooters with a wide variety of options, but what made my family fall in love with this place is it’s SERVICE! From the start Bryn was a huge help. We had a lovely experience with her and recommend everyone go to her! Also, we got the chance to test drive a rental scooter for as long as we wanted. Everyone in service was very helpful as well. Even though Ive been a loyal customer since I purchased my scooter with NS4L, I have realized how outrageous the storage prices are. $350 for summer C storage?! By calling other reputable and well known scooter shops in town, I was quoted $199 and $250. They are $100-$150 more. Please make your prices more affordable. I bought my scooter here and I am sad to say I will be looking for more affordable storage options at other scooter shops. Even with the early bird discount that they offer, they are still $50-$100 more.

We purchased our scooter 6 months ago from here. Recently we brought it in to be repaired, because the headlights were not working. They were nice enough to look at it immediately to see if it was a quick fix. Afterward they informed me that it was a wiring issue and I would need to leave it there for 1 to 2 weeks. Being our only way around we opted to keep it and try to bring it back in a week when they would be less busy. Unfortunately 2 days later the ignition stopped working, so we bit the bullet to have them keep it in their shop to be fixed. Surprisingly a week later we were informed that the scooter was ready to be picked up (ahead of schedule). However, when my girlfriend picked it up the headlights still didnt work and they didnt even bother looking at the wiring that was apparently the problem in the first place. Instead they just slapped a new battery in so they could charge us 70 bucks and get us out the door. Not being able to keep it there 2 more weeks to see if they would bother getting around to the initial problem, we decided to take it back and have a friend help with the wiring. Sure enough a day after getting it back (before we could even get it to our friend) the ignition is dead again. Everyone that works there seems nice enough, so Id like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it certainly seems like they just ripped us off.

We could not have been more satisfied. We came in a couple times to get info before making the purchase and both Eunice and Jordan were extremely helpful. Professional, yet familiar and fully at ease. They both answered our questions with warmth and expertise and treated us with their total attention. There was an issue with the scooter during its inspection and Jordan went above and beyond to apologize and explain and keep us comfortable while waiting for it to be worked out. I came here with my girlfriend and her family so she could get her scooter. The store was clean, hospitable, and easy to navigate. They have a great selection of scooters and bikes and accessories you wouldnt have even thought existed. Andrew helped us out in making our decision. He was patient, helpful, and worked with us to make sure she got the perfect scooter for her. She was able to test-drive each model of scooter she was looking at, and Andrew showed her how to maintain the scooter, drive it, and protect it from damages. He took time to explain the warranty policy and made sure the experience was smooth and stress-free. Very happy with this place. Definitely would recommend as the first place to go for anything scooter-related.

Brought my girlfriends year old scooter (purchased from this dealership) in for repair after an accident and received extremely rude costumer service. I wheeled the scooter into the barn labeled Service and saw a dozen scooters being worked on. The employee yelled at me for bringing it inside the shop.We came back later with her mother and received excellent service.They told us it would be 2-3 days before they could look at it. A week later, we still had no quote. I called numerous times and they said itd be a day or two every time. Her mother than called and they told her it had been looked at and a quote was being sent shortly. After two weeks we still didnt have the scooter back.This establishment doesnt practice what they preach. They will only treat you with respect if you appear to have money. They also offer donations for 5 star reviews, so that explains all the positive feedback. There are other dealerships in town, and I highly recommend looking around.

NS4L is like a family working to help students find a scooter they love that will get them to class on time. Their costumer service is unmatchable !!! I’d never learned how to ride a scooter, but they taught me (and they were very patient) and then celebrated with cake and pictures and lots of high fives when I finally took mine home. They’re always happy to help: I stopped by once just to ask how to properly fill up the gas tank and someone helped me immediately and explained very well. Every time I get my scooter serviced it comes back in worse shape than when I left it there. Most recently I was told I needed a new battery which I had installed and after getting it done I came back to my scooter in which the headlight didn’t work. The seat didn’t open. And the scooter frequently does not start. It usually takes about 2 minutes to get it running and it offer dies in the middle of the road. I’m not pleased

I came in to NS4L to get my tail lights repaired and they fixed it free of charge! This is a usually labor intensive process and they showed genuine concern for making sure my scooter was safe to drive on the road. Matt, Jordan and Dante kept me great company while I was waiting for my scooter to get fixed. I would recommend NS4L to everyone because they are the definition of QUALITY and GREAT SERVICE! Best all around scooter company in Gainesville !

Fun atmosphere and great service. Bean bags and coffee while you wait for maintenance. You can tell everyone is really passionate about scooters. The only awkward part was where they made me take a picture with my new scooter lol. Also a word of warning for those on tight budgets: like a car dealership, the sticker price does not include the dealer fees (which I believe was $600).

Diego and Jordan helped me make my purchase decision and were very helpful. They also show you how to use your scooter. This was very helpful for me because Id never driven a scooter before. They really try to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase and wont push you towards purchasing a more expensive scooter if its out of your budget. Additionally, they price match if you show them a quote, which is awesome and have comfy bean bags for you to sit on while you wait for the front desk staff to fill out paperwork. I would highly recommend purchasing a scooter from NS4L

NS4L has been raising the bar in Gainesville for years. As a two time scooter owner with them ( both during undergrad and my MBA), I have got to interact with the sales, service, and even the executive team.The entire staff there puts the customer first and will do anything to make sure you’re comfortable with scooter buying/owning experience. I have yet to work with a company in my 25 years that cares about their consumer more than NS4L. I have ran into issues with my scooter at times and instead of reading a policy out, the staff takes time to understand the issue and ask personal questions before business ones. Just recently bought a scooter from New Scooters 4 Less at the beginning of spring semester and I could not be happier. Price was good and quality of service and product were amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and make my visits for service and purchases a breeze. The scooter itself is awesome and has changed my life drastically for the better. I have already put 300+ miles on it in a couple weeks as I take my scooter anywhere and everywhere. Wow! My scooter purchasing experience was one-of-a-kind to say the least. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, helping me find exactly the scooter I was looking for.Despite me having no experience driving scooters, the technicians were extremely informative and made my first time getting on the scooter as comfortable and as smooth as can be! Recently we shopped for a scooter for our daughter at New Scooters 4 Less. What an amazing company! Starting with the owner Colin who worked hard to give us a great package, to Stephanie who talked to us about scooters and everything available for them and then Daniel who did a thorough job explaining the works of the scooter to our daughter and showing her how to ride. Going to New Scooters 4 Less is an event, they make it fun and give you confidence that even after the purchase they will take care of you!

Collin (the owner) puts the customer before everything and everyone at NS4L really goes out of their way to make everything flow as smooth as possible. Without a doubt the best customer service experience I have had in any field, not just scooters. Beautiful shop right down the street from UF, reasonably priced, SUPERB business. This is my first ever google review so take that for what it is. I can definitely say if i ever launch a business I want to model it after NS4L. GO HERE ITS THE BEST.

When my scooter expenses became too unwieldy for me recently, two representatives from NS4L worked, talked and helped me make informed decisions of what to do next.First came Hannah, who through our many phone calls, fielded my many questions, made me feel heard, and responded to my concerns so thoughtfully and professionally. After a few conversations, she brought in the person who largely oversaw my service, Brad.Brad made a point to see what I felt, as a student struggling to make it to class, pay rent and still enjoy my college experience. When I bought my scooter here, they answered all of my parents safety questions with nothing but patience and kindness. They took their time teaching me how to drive it and even gave me a free helmet for promising to wear it! Theyre super quick on repairs and always friendly when it comes to customer service.
