Not much to say about this one. They have a good selection for a gas station liqour store. The employee (there is usually only one) is usually very friendly and helpful, and checkout is fast. The only place in Gainesville I will go for my liqour.

Bought gas, foods, beer & liquor here for years. We live in Whitesboro & since it became wet weve tried the few places that popped up over night & our hats off to Lakeway. When we buy beer/wine/liquor we travel to Lakeway because the selection is good, prices are fair, the quality of products are good & the service / people working there are great. If youve ever frequented there youll notice theyve had some of the same employees for years & thats another testament to us of the quality people that own & operate it. 5 stars for sure.

Best liquor store around!!

Its fair pricing, and closer to the house, only reason I gave it three stars is because they own the convience store next door and you get out of your car to go on and the doors locked during business hours, so you have to go to the store next door to get someone to open the door. Bars on the windows, Im not sure if its the safest place my husband always has me lock the doors. But I guess there is bad people everywhere.

I am all for an American Owned business, but on several occasions They have had in cooler sales items. I go to buy the product and they did not honor price that was sale. Went next door and same merchandise, Again would not honor sale price. Clerk had bad don;t care attitude as well. No help to resolve issue either. Regular pricing on alcohol is 15 to 30% more that surrounding stores so be advised. Happy Liquor in Whitesboro just open and they are awesome. They have my business from now on.

Lakeway Liquor sucks at customer service! Kids (High School kids) work there and they do not know the difference between the beer they sell! Asked to speak to the owner, the Manager hug up the phone. WOW.... Then they hide behind the LAW (saying they couldnt take the beer they messed up the order on) DO NOT GO HERE as they do not stand behind the produce or service they attend to! I dont intend to here from the owner, as Im sure they just dont care!
