I love the vitamin shoppe! They have such a wide selection of stuff, and theyre constantly getting new products in. The prices are as expected, But theres always something on sale, so if you keep an eye out, you can always catch a deal.Also, the staff seems relatively knowledgeable about most of the products. I never feel like I ask a question and they have no idea what the answer is. They seem to know a little bit about everything, and a lot about whatever their personal knowledge base is.

Its a convenient place to get health supplements. There is a good variety.

They pretty much have a good selection of anything and everything on the planet and what they dont have they can get. I would suggest maybe shopping online so that you can do some price comparison because a few things are overpriced but I only deducted one star for that because the place is laid out to the after you go there a couple of times itll be easy to find most everything but the staff is also very wonderful.

Great variety of vitamins and supplements, with competitive prices and weekly sales. I like the ability to earn and redeem points on purchases.What I do not like and what I find annoying, however, is that the employees provide too much customer service in a sense. From the moment you walk in, an employee will ask you what you are looking for, and even as a regular customer who knows the placement of all items I need, the employees literally follow you around the store and watch you as you shop, giving the impression they are mistrusting and monitoring for theft. If you dont have questions about a product or its placement in the store, they will ask you for your number so they can look up your points balance on their iPad. I appreciate good customer service, but just know that if you are expecting to walk into this little shop and quietly browse the aisles, you will be followed, watched, and/or asked questions for the duration of your visit.Cashier Haley and the Assistant Manager Angie hair are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, however, and I know they are just doing their jobs.

Selection of products was good. I came in looking for a vitamin pack for women over 50yr. The person who helped me extremely knowledgeable about the products I asked about. She was patient and explained things until I understood. The prices were reasonable and fair for what I came for. Great place for all your health supplement needs!!

Better selection than most and I have visited many vitamin shops. Protein flavor choices are above and beyond what I have seen at other stores. Very clean and modern and the staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

Drove all the way out here just to get some protein powder ran late because of traffic and we showed up at 8:59 and the dingbat millennial said it’s corporate policy and she has to keep the door locked and will not let us in. Great business practices vitamin shop you’ve now lost a customer.

I walked 3.8 miles , stopped by to get water and some empty capsules for supplements and then needed desperately to use the bathroom only to be told bathrooms arent open to the public. I will never stop by this store again and will stick to online ordering

It use to be our favorite go to shopping for health items but that may change now due to our recent experience, you use to be able to easily get price match but now its gotten ridiculous, I understand that corporate changed some of the rules; but even if you do as they ask they try VERY hard to find some reason not to price match. dont even bother trying to price match with Amazon they refuse to understand free shipping vs prime shipping for certain items even though I showed them that the item was not just for prime they refused to listen, thankfully I had found the same discounted price elsewhere with free shipping and even then they took thier time and tried thier hardest to find a reason not to price match even though it clearly said free shipping anywhere no minimum purchase requirement, after arguing with them a bit they finally gave me the price match. They do have some good discounts from time to time and have lower pricing for an emergency purchase but I may just save myself the trouble and start ordering from Amazon from now on.

Great experience! I needed a new preworkout with no creatine and had to have beta alanine in it after my favorite product started adding creatine. Someone asked if I needed anything and right away help me find the perfect product. She was very nice and I felt like she was very helpful. I wish i knew her name or I would mention it. Clean and neat with a clean bathroom.
