Very poor communication. When you work 12 hours a day. And try to call in. They never answer their phones. Pretty sure I lost my item because of their poor communication skills.

Wow, I had not been in the store in years and what an improvement!Its clean, organized and the staff is very friendly. I came in to pawn my ring and they went out of there way to make me feel my item would be secure. They actually gave me more than I thought I could get and reduced my interest. Great experience. Kassandra was very sweet.

Do not answer phone calls tried calling for 2 days straight. Drive up there just to Stand in line for 15 minutes for longer. After explaining what needs to be done the ladies need to find a manager to help out. (Figured new people need training) Seen a couple of gentlemen standing around the back near the time clock only to come help people they know instead of everyone.

Came in at 3:26 pm to just make a payment did not get any service until 4:03 pm !!!!! One of the ladies finally asked if anyone was making a payment after seeing I was here for an entire 30 Mom plus!!!! I told her I was making a payment she asked me if I was in line ?!!! I’ve been in line for 30 mins really really ???! ! They need to have competent people working, they should not need help from one another for every customer! They all huddle together to figure out something for that one customer!

Ripping people off walked in with a set of open end ratchet wrenches Craftsman and a set of offset power torque wrenches and the damn power tour torque wrench and they wanted to give me $5

Horrible serves!!! Assistant manager was super rude and couldnt care less about doing her job. The female employee was just has bad. Nether know how to check jewelry and were both wrong. I have never been treating as bad as i was today. I will never use Cash Americas pawn again.Wish i could give them half a star.

I have came up here 3 times and these ppl are rud.i bought a weed eater and had to bring it back.this time I had somethings to pawn.i had a 1000 watt hifonics amp. She told me they had a lot of these.but none on the floor for sale.i will not be back to.cash America pawn.they just lost a customer.

Disappointed, Ive pawned at this shop for over a year, and everyone theres real nice and helpful, the manager is a nice lady and cool, however, i picked up a tv I pawned previously, and had scratches on the feet, and the bottom of the screen was cracked , i paid for awhile on finance charges. . Now I take care of my stuff and know how to transport fragile material, . And am sure I did not crack the screen, .the tv was brand new just taken out of the box to review. Just be sure and check you items you pawn before leaving that store. I may have a doubt that it may have gotten cracked in transport, but the feet base that the tv rests on were scratched up, and the lower half was exposed when in storage there, would like to resolve but always check items before leaving anywhere and inspect. Also, i try to call the store but no one answers, come on now, lol

Do not go to this pawn shop,it is a rip off and the are rude and they will steal your money. Stay away,many other places to go,will be calling the better business bureau on them

Worst ever its the same as pawn Mart tryed to give me 60 for Xbox 1 halo 5 edition with a TB of memory said he found it online for 140 yeah right it came out 4 months ago you cant even get a regular Xbox 1 for that an the guy was so rude will never go back
