Location is horrible and not well marked. when I walked inside I was confused as it is an appliance store (wth, seriously?) woman NOT wearing a mask came out of the office and asked if I had a mask. I said , no. she said, well you had better go get one and come back So an unmasked person is telling me I had better wear one? weird and unprofessional.I left and will not return to be fingerprinted there.

I came here to have my fingerprints taken. The staff was kind and polite, particularly the woman who actually took my fingerprints.The whole process took no more than 5 minutes. The location was not what I expected with fingerprinting in mind, since it is a furniture store, but Im very pleased with my experience!

Mike Wallace and the entire Colortyme tram has always acted with professionalism and courtesy. They are very easy to work with and helped me out in times of trouble. I loved the 6 months same as cash option. When you buy what you can afford it’s a fantastic deal! Great service and selection.

Easiest fingerprint experience and friendly staff!

Its an odd place to get your fingerprints done, but its quick and efficient while being friendly.

I went here to get fingerprints as directed by an agency I was using. I was pretty sketched out because it looks like a run down place on the outside and I hadnt heard of a furniture/rent to own store doing prints. Once I got inside it was more taken care of. I had made an appointment for the prints and the woman there was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist me right away. Great experience, only 4 stars because of the outside looks of the building and that they dont make it clear they offer finger printing which can make people weirded out.

This place is a joke... Over priced.. how are you going to rent a computer with tracking software in it? What do you can spy on who ever used it to see thite information and steal it. BTW I called the state comptrollers office they were very interested in the spy Ware you put on the computers .

I am totally unsure why they received any bad reviews. Never dealt with a pushy sales rep and Mike has always been a nice guy! He has never been disrespectful nor rude. I guess when people dont get what they want, they write bad reviews. Anyway ! .... Love Colortyme! And its people too! You guys are awesome!

Lots of furniture, rent to own, but I was there to get my fingerprints taken.

First I get a bed thats supposed to be mostly nee bed, that wasnt the case when I got it, because it had a dip in the far side. Then I get it changed out and they bring me another bed thats even worse than the first three whole side of the bed sunk in, very uncomfortable.Then when they pick up that bad, because I complained, the guy dragged the bed across my driveway, and said they got to expect this, when they send me out alone. Them to top it off they broke down in my driveway, and didnt even tell me until I tried to leave. Then it took their mechanic two hours to take parts off and replace them all while blocking, the entrance to my driveway. So a total of 3 hours in my driveway

Is hard to pick out from the road if you dont know where your going. Parking is in the rear and is confusing where to turn in at. Nice choices of furniture.

All I had was a used couch and loveseat with a rug, the couch had a very noticeable cut in the seat, both couch and loveseat were tearing and I was paying $156 a month it was the worst deal I had ever made in my life and on top of that when I returned the furniture they only sent one delivery guy to pick up so I had to help him with getting the furniture out 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

You dont meet to many honest people in this world today. However when I walked into COLORTYME today I felt I had made the right choice. Wasnt in there but ten minutes and was asked if I needed any help, well I asked to talk to a manager or owner because I was recommend by a friend, the owner over heard me and came over and introduced his self to me. A very straight forward get right to the point type of guy. I own a small business in Gainesville and you dont meet a lot of men or women like this anymore. All I needed was to furnish a small apartment for 6 months, he had me wrapped up in 20 mins. We traded business cards and out the door I went, thanks to Mike and his staff at COLORTYME.

Had a horrible experience here. The owner and his assistant were rude, condescending and disrespectful. I had gotten lost (am not from Gainesville) and was confused about an appointment time at another facility. Instead of attempting to help me, I was verbally assaulted and spoken to in a manner that was wholly unacceptable. Do not patronize this business. They dont know what customer service is.
