Ive ordered multiple items from them. The embroidery is perfect on T shirts, denim shirts, winter coats as well as golf shirts. We have also ordered promotional items that were a big hit at our last event. Fast, friendly service and Sammie is super helpful.

Fully promoted did a great job working with us! We had a small order of just 2 jackets and they treated us like we spent $5000! We received the jackets with our logo embroidered faster then expected. When I went too pick the order up one of the jackets had a small blemish that personally I could not see. They did not feel comfortable so they ordered us another jacket that was mailed to me within 4 days. They also gave us the other jacket that i have on as I write this!! Still can’t see the blemish!! Lol. We will definitely them again in the near future!!

Scott and the team at EmbroidMe are great to work with! They helped us design a banner and items for us to handout at the Columbus Dispatch Home & Garden Show which made our display look awesome. They also do all of our company shirts for our guys out in the field and in our office/shop that help us represent our company well. Scott and his team do excellent work and take care of all of our needs as a business. I contacted this Embroid Me store for a quote on t-shirts. The Embroid Me that was located in Chillicothe had gone out of business after leaving us with 50 shirts that were supposed to be screen printed in black and blue and most of them looked purple. They promised us new shirts for our business but skipped town before delivering. I figured it was just those owners. I talked to Ryan at the Gahanna location. He told me he would get me a quote right away. I had to email several times before he finally got the quote to me. It was much, much higher than I had previously paid so I told him what we had paid before. I expected a simple explanation and then I would have ordered from them. I emailed twice and he refused to ever get back to me. I dont know what the problem was but I will never use Embroid Me again in any location.

Went in to get some shirts embroidered for my company and they turned me away because the shirts werent purchase from them. What are they the embroidery nazis.

Poor customer service! I was apppauled after going to the dublin location for years, I went to the gahanna location and they turned away my business because I brought my own shirts in. Stating we dont want to be responsible for a shirt if it gets messed up(George Jahahn). Were talking about a $2.00 Hanes T-shirt here, for a painting company. Painters ruin shirts in a day or 2. We like $2.00 shirts here. Sorry you cant make your markup off my $2.00 shirt. Bad business! Could have made an exception and kept a brand loyal customer like myself whos referrals are as good as gold.
