Extremely dishonest ownership. After you pay for the carpet, Dwayne will change the terms on your deal to try and squeeze more money out of you. He will threaten to leave the carpet on your lawn even though you already paid for the installation if you dont pay the charges he just decides to add despite your agreement. Save your money and the headache and look elsewhere.

I was remodeling a house and could not find the size sheet vinyl needed without paying a fortune. Found a facebook advertisement and messaged them. They responded right away. I drove 4 hours to purchase material. Very Friendly and helpful. The prices were awesome. I got more than enough needed. This included vinyl and carpet. House looks amazing. It was well worth the trip.

It was absolutely the best carpet ever. Now Im not an expert on carpets but this did look like the best. Great prices. Nice guy that knows his carpet. I shall buy from them.

Ran carpet wrong, put major seam in the carpet on the floor where theres the most traffic (very visible).

Awesome experience dealing with these guys. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and picked out just what I needed. Dewayne and staff took care of it and set it up to have the installation done. Installers came out and done the job right the first time and cleaned up very well and locked up as I asked. Hard working, detailed, kind, right on target with there timelines and what had to be done. My floor has never looked better, and I have a 50 year old house. Worst customer service ever After they take your money.Had an appt to come in and install carpet at 10am. No one comes. 10:30 I call wanting to know what time they will be arriving. Was told they they were on there way should be there in about 30/40 min. 11 51 still no someone here I call back no answer. Leave message. I call back 30 minutes later phone goes straight to mail box. I call back at 12:31 someone answers and I say this is so and so Im still waiting on someone to come out and put carpet in and Im told they should be on there way. I said let me speak to owner he gives me his number. I call the owner at 12:35 and ask when are they coming, that I was told 10 then I was told 11. He said I dont know why u were told that be because I told him to tell you about 11:30/12. Well its 12:35 then and he tells me dont worry we will get to it today he should be there in thirty min. 1:45 carpet installer comes and proceeds to tell me he had know time to get get here that he was just told about doing the carpet last night around 10/11 and that he picked up the carpet after 10 this morning and no one gave him a time. Then the carpet person leaves my home at 2:45 to go run an errand and says they will be back 45/1hr. 2 hrs pass no carpet man. I call the owner and he pretty much blows me off and tells me as long as they get it done today I should have no problem. I said thats not how customer service works. I said you told you will be here at 10 am . He said who told you we would be there at 10. I said you did. He said no I told you we would be there between 10 and 11. I said well nobody showed up till almost 2 then left. He said dont you think people have to have lunch or other things they need to do. It was almost 2 way passed lunch. But Im like are kidding me. . He said we will get it done today not to get irate about it. . I.told home to have a blessed day and let him go. Took everything I had not to let the Devil take my joy. 5pm the carpet people show back up and leave my house at 8:15. I will say the lady that did the majority of the carpet installing worked her tail off and did a fantastic job. Will never ever buy from Best Carpet again dont care if I have to pay double and will let everyone I know how rude and disrespectful the owner was of this plawas. If he would have just told the truth and said I dont know what time they will get to your home Mrs Brown. Just know it will.be took care of. I would have said ok . But so much telling me one thing after another. Very very disappointed and disgusted on how this man talked to me.
