If I could rate this pharmacy a 0 I would. My daughter is sick & she had 2 prescriptions that needed to be filled. I get there & the most important one is not in stock & they don’t know when it will be in stock. They failed to call me so I could get it transferred somewhere else. I have now sat in 2 pharmacy lines for 2 hours with a screaming 2 year old in pain. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is always hard to deal with and everyone is very rude except maybe 2 pharmacists on day shift and God forbid u have a question, they act like they would rather be doing anything else and 20-30 min wait when u call. Only good part of the store is the shopping part, cashiers are nice and always pleasant. Store isnt usually to busy.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. How is it This CVS will have your prescription order for days and still not have it at all. They have even told me on a Friday that they wouldve have my medicine in till Wednesday and sorry but it cant transferred. Then Monday my doctor calls them and suddenly a customer returned their order and they have just enough for me.Every 30 days I get the same stuff from same doctor, why is it never ready when they say.But the store part is nice 👍

This evening I went into this CVS and I have never felt so dirty in a drug store before. The filth in there was unreal. The first lady stocking shelves that I asked where something was rudely told me to go to the pharmacy like I was stupid (Sweet oil - never have bought it before). Then as I was standing there waiting I was surrounded by a trash coated floor. Unfinished milkshake on the counter, and all the stuff on the counter shelves thrown everywhere. I definitely will be going to the Walgreens next time.

Having to hold for over thirty minutes to ask a question is ridiculous. This is how they do other patrons that they classify as “frequent/difficult callers. I know this because I used to work there.” Only a few Pharmacists/Pharmacy Technicians there that are actually compassionate and care about the customer. What happened to the “Mission Statement and Core Values CVS?” Definitely will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy. I wouldn’t have given the one star but it’s the only way for me to leave a review.

They don’t even deserve one star. I just switched my medicine here due to the insurance I have. It has been a nightmare trying to to get my medicine and I’m still waiting on one to be filled. I sit there for 1.5 hrs yesterday just to get one prescription rebilled to insurance because they missed that one at 10am that morning. At this point I’d rather pay out of pocket and leave this rude pharmacy.

New to area and had an rx pick -up transferred from Johns Island, SC. Friendly professional and excellent service all around. Love that I can go to any CVS and my data will be available . Glad to be received so hospitably with great care to detail. Highly recommend!

I always have a great experience at this CVS! I want to give a shout-out to Mackenzie specifically; she is always so helpful and friendly. She is the reason I use Carepass. I am so glad she told me all about it, I love it. I will continue to shop at this location!

Had really gone downhill over the past few years, reports Rxs have already been picked up when they havent, stayed on hold for over 30 minutes while literally walking in the store and no one was answering the phone. Any other pharmacy in town will serve you better.

Pharmacy tech is very rude on day shift. Placed on hold for 15+ minutes THREE times with no one bothering to pick up to follow up. I asked to SPEAK to pharmacist to place a new order but tech sent my call to auto-line for voice message. I ABSOLUTELY HATE dealing with CVS day shift staff. It takes an act of Congress to get someone pleasant on the line... which doesn’t happen by the way.I needed to speak to Pharmacist to clarify an order.Your day staff in pharmacy are significantly rude and arrogant.

Very polite people. Usually greeted and farewelled at the door if the cashier is standing there. Pharmacy area is always busy but they still take the time to answer your questions.

I used to for work this company and they are ALL short staffed!!! They keep buying other pharmacies and not hiring more employees. I now work for a company that has to regularly contact individual CVS stores for information . I end up being on hold for 20 mins just to talk to someone. And then they are angry and frustrated as if I’m not just doing my job. I can’t even blame the actual employee. This is every store. This is CVS as a whole. The entire company!!!

Please take the prescription elsewhere. The people in the pharmacy are more concerned with their stories and gossip than any customer. Absolutely bad (and I mean BAD) Customer Service.... Simple Math is a Brain-Stopper for anyone in the pharmacy If it were possible I would give ZERO Stars. Please save yourself the heartache and go some place else with any prescription.....especially simple ones.... Please replace these employees with a Computer Kiosk....

This place sucks if I were her man and her number 99 or !!! Really bad. Have been waiting for 2 weeks for my prescription and they keep telling me different days of when it will arrive. Not nice either

Dont visit here so i really cant describe an experience of this place..i have never been to a CVS at all..i heard theres pretty much the same thing like a Walgreens...
