I have been driving for 20 hours the past 2 days and when I came for a pick me up they were only doing drive through service. However I have 2 kayaks on my roof and am towing a trailer so I couldn’t go through it. I called and asked if There was any way I could get a much needed coffee and the employees were so sweet and accommodated for my situation. They even gave me my drink on the house since it was so warm outside and I had been waiting. Very kind staff and amazing customer service, they totally made my day!

First time visiting this Starbucks, the drive thru attendant was so sweet.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years I love the staff and I have always been able to get my cold brew uncut. I don’t like adding shots of espresso because cold brew is smooth and adding espresso gives it a bitter flavor. But personnel has changed and I can’t get my cold brew uncut. With the excuse that there is not possible to give me uncut. This is a lie and if you care about customer satisfaction you would make it possible.

We go here often because it’s closest to our home and work and my whole family are Starbucks fans in general. There are a few things you need to know before stopping here,1. No matter what website says, they may or may not be open.2. Chances are they are going to be out of whatever you order.3. If you get a vanilla creme frapp there’s a 75% chance they will give you Caramel instead. So taste it before you drive off the lot. This happens daily and always has. It’s the only one that I know of that will consistently give you caramel when you order vanilla.Today we ordered 5 venti vanilla bean creme frappes and got 3 caramels and 2 vanillas.So they get 2 stars from me because the orders are always wrong.

Starbucks was my favorite place to stop by until late experiences. Customers make sure you ask for your receipts .I always give space for mistakes, we are all human beings . But what I see lately is lack of professionalism and it’s declining faster than ever. Starbucks become same as disgusting fast food chains. Look how dirty machines, tables sinks and everything inside. Very poorly trained baristas who don’t even know what’s “Blonde Americano” is . I got double charged for drink that didn’t order, messed up with refund ( got charged instead of refund),wait time was a disaster, guy probably didn’t know what he was doing.Starbucks not that place that Shultz was writing in his book. Marketing and politics took over one of the best coffee companies in the world. They more focused on diversity , inclusion, equity that they forgot about professionalism and customer service. 2 stars for girl who helped and apologized.

We ordered two drinks inside and both were incorrect. The music was so loud the cashier couldnt hear what we were saying without us yelling and the plexiglass didnt help with the misunderstanding.

Ok…where do I start? This store opens and closes whenever. I have ordered online before, arrived at the store, the lobby was closed (due to manpower), and the line was out in the road. I received no notification that the lobby was closed, and I had to reach out to corporate in order to get a refund for the drink I never received. If you can’t afford a long wait or disappointment, I wouldn’t even take the chance of getting off the interstate for this store. If you’re headed north, stop in Kings Mountain and if you’re headed south try Spartanburg.Update:It’s Friday at 5:35 on 9/24 and I can’t get an expresso drink because the “ bars haven’t been cleaned.” Come on Gaffney.

I waited for about 15 minutes for my order and my drink was just sitting where they place the orders for the drive thru. Nobody asked if I placed an order and they never said my name clearly so I couldnt hear them.

Ordered on app, picked up in store, very attentive and friendly staff, I would try drive through as well 👍

I’ve been ordering Carmel frapps with toffee nut for years extra thick but they didn’t have any toffee nut (cashier said it was a world wide shortage) nor did they have hazelnut. I ended up getting two reg caramel frappe one with a shot of espresso. Thought it was weird because they both looked like vanilla frapps they were white. There was no Carmel drizzle (she said they were out). She said it was because of the extra ice. She agreed to remake them (she was very nice) but the second time it was the same way so I asked for a refund. The manager offered to remake them but this time I ordered mocha instead and one with a shot. They came back alright but the one without the shot just tastes like chocolate syrup and milk 😩. I thanked him and just took them. This was our cheat day it was supposed to be awesome but it was a waste of a cheat. Btw everyone was very polite even though I know I was probably driving them nuts. 🤣

Sadly, the medicine ball tea I got today was so weak and watered down that I couldnt drink more than a few sips. This is an exception to the norm. So, I only removed 1 star from rating. Hopefully next time will be better.

This Starbucks location provides great service in the drive thru. They make a great Chi Tea Latte. Banana nut load was delicious.

Connor is the best! My teens and I often order from the drive thru and theyre almost always there. He always goes out of his way to say something kind and encouraging and it really makes our day!

Tasted good as always but I wasnt really greeted by anyone when I came inside and the app wasnt updated so I couldnt order ahead (it was saying stuff was out of stock when it wasnt). They did have a good selection of the new cups though!

Always great coffee! Ordering on the app is just o.k. The store can turn their location off so watch for that when you order. Selections could be going to another store, such as Kingston, because the Oak Ridge system is TURNED OFF, not down. Learned this the hard way!Baristas are always very nice and as efficient as they can be during busy times.

Ive been to many Starbucks all across the country and this one made me the absolute best Espresso Frap Ive ever had.

Dont turn your lights and order sign on until youre ready to take orders. At the minimum dont let people sit there and not acknowledge them. A simple were not open would work.

This is a great location- right off the highway, lots of table space (long work table, 4 arm chairs, 6 2-tops) - has a drive through, efficient staff who handle mobile orders with ease and a smile. They have good parking, even spots for RVs (which is the first time Ive seen that). Right across the street is an enormous QT gas station, so this is a good stopping point of youre cruising on Highway 85. Another bonus: ladies restroom has two stalls (larger than most Starbucks restrooms).Ive been to this Starbucks often when traveling from Charlotte to Atlanta and each time it exceeds my expectations.

When they are open they rock. But that’s not very likely to happen. Not sure what the issue is but I am close to not checking anymore.

This place is a near joke. If they’re even open, the drive thru is always backed out to the traffic lights. Probly because they have the doors locked or mobile orders canceled. They are ALWAYS out of something also! The last coffees we just got are so watered down that they’re not even worth drinking. This used to be one of the best, not sure what has happened, but we will not visit here again until something changes.Update after a week: my wife visited here again, a week after we left this review. Again out of sandwiches and couldn’t make the coffee she tried to order. Gaffney needs a new coffee shop that is open on sundays.

Clean Lobby and Friendly staff. However.... The exact same drink I order, is different every time I order it. Sometimes good but more often its not. Probably the last time I stop here while traveling.

They were out of what I ordered after an extremely long wait and no way to decide to leave. Just had to sit there.

This Starbucks is nice and clean and had a really friendly team. Its in a super convenient location and has a nice outdoor patio seating area.

Stopped by during a road trip and every single employee was extremely helpful. They offered honest suggestions for drinks that would keep me up for the long drive as well as satisfy my sweet tooth. They did this even as the drive thru was swamped with orders. Big thanks to everyone at this location.

No explanation needed. The best coffees and made any way youd like. If its not perfect, theyll make you another. What more can you ask for? Worth every penny!

Today was my first time having a iced caramel macchiato, quite possibly my last at this location for sure.

The people were nice but the green tea powder was all over the outside of my cup!

Made my drink wrong twice. Asked for very lite ice gave me extra ice so she said shed remake it then gave it to a girl that was clearly new and didnt even know how to make the drink or even use the espresso machine she just stood there looking clueless and no one would help her so waited another 15 mins for a remake and I was in a rush so I grabbed it and left and I get the same thing all the time and it didnt even remotely taste the way its supposed to. I go to starbucks almost everyday and I will not be going back to this one.

I dont know who was working around 8:45 pm Sept. 11, but it was probably the single best experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks. The service was amazing and they couldnt have been any nicer!

I placed a mobile order but they are closed for indoor service and I had to wait in a long drive through line anyhow. Please turn off mobile ordering if this is the case!

Ellen at the Starbucks located at 102 Lemmons Lane Gaffney SC is one of the best employees. She always greets me with a smile and very courteous to me she helped me on an opportunity I had with Starbucks and it was resolved promptly with Jake to my satisfaction. Mind you everyone at this location always do their best! I just wanted to recognize her for her guidance and compassion of my needs instead of treating me as a number. Realize also I have never been treated as a number at any Starbucks but as a valued customer. A+++++ to her and the whole team at this location.

They created my order wrong! I asked for NO WHIP.... you place it on there and then want to scoop it off. It is NOT good!!! $7+ for coffee you should get what you request or it totally remade!

Last week I was there. Went thru the drive in. Made my order as usual, when I got to the window to pay , I noticed that I had lost my card. I explained this to the cashier and, low and behold , she said shed like to take care of it for me. How sweet! THANK YOU STARBUCKS!

I dont come here all the time as its pricey but when i do in order the exact same frappe with the exact same modifications. The way the drive thru is set up you have to go completely through the line to get out so once ive pulled up and am told they are out of java chips i have to wait in line for nothing bc theres no ost drink i want. Itd be convenient to have even a small sign that says out if java chips else the mocha cookie crumble is such a popular drink and this location runs out frequently. Other than this issue they are friendly, fast and make a great frappe!

We were here ten minutes before closing and they were amazing. They joked and made our orders and wished us good luck on our continued drive. Well be back on our next drive through the area!

Good coffee and better lemonade. Husband gets coffee, I get a Strawberry Lemonade. I buy gift cards there also for gifts to family and friends who would rate 5 stars

40 minute for an order to get to me .rude employees.and the worst costumer service .

The location is great for exchange of children. The cameras dont cover the parking lot. The interior is comfortable. WiFi works well and there are adequate outlets. Food is ready and there are alternatives to sweets. Service is good.

While it was a busy night, they completely forgot my order until I approached the barista and asked if they had a print out of it. They did not. They quickly made it after I complained (waiting at least ten minutes), but no apology for forgetting to make it. Horrible experience.

Although my order was correct, I a lot of reorders. Some of this was on the customer as they did not know how to articulate what they wanted, but some of it was a lack of attention to detail. Super busy as they are right off the highway, but the patio is awesome.

Always my planned stopped going north on I-85. Clean, convenient and love that there are still separate bathrooms - I cannot stand using a public restroom that a man has used. Always overspray on the seat and the floor.

Stopped by while on the way back. Its a pretty convenient location, has a drive through and also a clean, nice store. The staff was pretty friendly, I asked them to customize my drink and got it right. I got my order back quickly and the same was true about people through the drive in. Definitely recommend it.

Love the friendliness of the staff here. It never fails.Keith is exceptional as well. He always ensures my beverage is made correctly and to my liking. Its refreshing to see such intension to providing phenomenal customer service!

A normal Starbucks

This store had very friendly helpful staff so they get 4 stars BUT Starbucks frequently makes me feel ripped off. A single add shot to my latte was $2.15. Also my birthday was Sunday but didnt hit the SB since there was a tornado warning. Go in 36 hours later, free bday drink expired. Get in there rain or shine or you lose.

Gross! Please clean up the store. The self service area where you get cream and sugar was disgusting. No napkins and spills everywhere. Also there was an unlabeled container of milk or cream. Really??? This store was not up to the usual Starbucks standard. The coffee was tasty.

Today the regular coffee, not the Christmas blends, was really good. I have been disappointed with the weakness of their coffee for over a year, and i would stop going there. but to day it was excellent. Also their sprout bagle was hot and delicious.

The young ladies that work here are always great. They make suggestions always have a positive attitude and are very polite.

This location is great for travelers. Service there is quick and accurate. It is easy to get off and on the interstate. Bathrooms are clean. Lines are usually short. A newer gas station is across the street, which is easy to cross.

Opens at 0530, no one there. Line for drive thru had to run over landscaping to get away.

Coffee was very good but had to wait 20 minutes to order and receive my order. Staff was very friendly but needed more hands on deck.
