There is never a problem with a place where you can go to always get pocket sized hand sanitizer all the time in great scents.

Found lots of stuff on the 75% off table and $4.95 table. Some of the same items were regular price on another table with different UPC codes so pay attention. $1.84 for hand soap, $3.62 for lotion and mist spray. Try Into The Night - it has a grown and sexy smell. Also purchased Be Enchanted, Iced Pear Margarita, Papaya Paradise Cove and room spray $3 for $20. They had scents in the store that werent available online or if youre like me you dont remember or know how they smell. The description online dont always help. Nothing like in-person shopping.The online sale last year was much, much better. The popular scents were not available at $3.95 price but they were buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 get whatever. Thats not a sale, thats regular price. Then on top of that, many scents were out of stock. But what I found in-store I loved.

No where near the selection they had last year. The worst part was they were out of stock on quite a few of the popular scents. I wait all year for this particular sale, its the only time I will go through the effort to shop in store,and it was just a big disappointment. The employees wasnt friendly or helpful either this year.I never received the first coupon all year other than a free product I earned in points from purchases. Even the free item was wasted because they messed with the expiration dates due to Covid-19 and it vanished from my account when I went to use it along with my free one-time birthday/sign up promo item. Not to mention the 3 different times this year I tried to put an order in online and couldnt complete it for issues they were having. Ordering online is like playing a game of Chance. One time I called customer service and had to place my order with the woman on the phone and when I finally received it in the mail I was missing one of the body sprays. Plus would it kill them to regularly offer free shipping without any strings attached?I believe the entire franchise needs a complete overhaul or theyre going to continue losing customers.

Very helpful associates. Place is always crowded. They have a mens line now that will save you well over half the cost of most name brands of product, and in my opinion, smell just as nice. They had four or five options when I was there, but one downfall is that they may not always carry a certain scent. They change with the seasons on some, others I believe they carry year round.

My mom and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to come visit this store due to the fantastic reviews my mom gave this place. We were greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. We were given a bag and were on our way shopping. I remembered I had a free gift coupon in the app that was going to expire soon so when I got up to the counter they rejected it because 1. They don’t accept mobile coupons and 2. They apparently don’t accept coupons overall. The cashier at the register didn’t even ask for my number for the rewards and the cashier told me it was her first day working there. If the manager was smart she wouldn’t of had her on register with no knowledge on how to ring! Have her on the floor helping or greeting.

The store at Gaffney Outlet Mall never even acknowledged my presence in the store. Ive never been in a Bath & Body Works store without being greeted with a warm hello. They didnt even bother to ask if I needed assistance with anything. I am a faithful customer. But never will I visit this store again. So disgusted....

I always stop in this store when Im in the area. I happened to receive a coupon that morning via email, and had to wait until 1:30 for the store to open. I arrived at 1:45pm and quickly made selections. When I went to the front to pay, I advised the cashier that I had a coupon. She seemed surprised and asked, is it good for today? I wasnt aware of any coupons to be used today. I told her I had just received it via email that morning. Her co worker overheard and told her there IS a valid 20% off coupon, she had already used it for a customer a few minutes beforehand. I showed her the coupon on my phone from my email. She looked at it and said, I need to see the dates. BBW doesnt print the date ON the coupon, its on the bottom of the email. She handed my phone back to me and I scrolled down to where it showed the date. Then she said it was too small and she couldnt see it and handed my phone back again. I enlarged the page to show her. And then she gave me the 20% off. My problem is this: the store personnel should KNOW WHAT COUPONS are valid prior to opening. It isnt my job to PROVE that my coupon that THEY sent me is valid. Your cashier named TRACY needs to spend a few minutes familiarizing herself with the sales and coupons instead of making the customer feel like they arent going to get the discount unless they jump through hoops. Her behavior was incredibly unprofessional, and I got the impression she was some sort of supervisor. Poor leadership at this store if that is the case.

Went in today around 11:00. There was a girl with blonde hair working (unfortunately I did not get her name) but she was the only associate working. She worked very promptly and was very helpful. Every time I’ve been here, they’ve been very nice and helpful but today my experience was amazing. I definitely recommend this location!

In our opinion and we have even done the tests on this with several in our group... If youre a man and you walk into this store = they absolutely dont give you the time of day... A woman walk right in behind several men and they will immediately go to the woman....We dont go back now after more than half a dozen bad instances with the store in this EXACT MANNER OF ACTIONS..the products are okay but the service sucks..... We even conducted tests to see if it was just pure coincidence but after a half a dozen times or more.... No it is absolutely not coincidental........ We Do Not Recommend this location 😒 and or even store... the only reason they get three stars is because of the products and type of products they sell..... thats it

Love the outlet and when they have sales, they are really good. But, the issue I have with B&B is that they supposedly send out an extra 20% off periodically through email, so Im told... by the lady checking me out at the counter. And Im asked this frequently. Not once have I EVER been sent that and I have been signed up, through email, for MANY years. Got to talking with several other ladies in line and they said theyve never received those emails either but have friends who have. 🤔😕 So, instead of the workers just having something they can scan (like other retailers do) to give the extra discount, they tell us to just pull it up on our phones in a snarky tone. Well, dont you think I would if I could?! Im all about saving a few extra bucks. But, yeah, my friend and I not only put all of our stuff back, we unsubscribed from B&B Works emails. Seriously, whats the point other than to receive a boat load of emails per week. Besides, some of the best flavors have been dropped from their line yet they tend to keep around stuff like Sweet Pea for YEARS. Just kind of over it.

Went here May 20th, 2020 was checked out by Sierra and asked for help from Tracey. Both of them were incredibly rude. I was in the store about 15 minutes and spent 257.08, it seemed to me that neither of them wanted to be there or help. I asked Tracey if she had pocket pack holders and she could not walk the additional 2 feet to show me product. I get it, Covid 19 but with no returns or refunds I wanted to be sure at register of the price of product and to make sure the price came up right but Sierra was nasty. Complained to customer service literally in the car park and told them I was not coming back as I felt very uncomfortable in the store and that neither employees really cared about the customer.

Many sales on Mon Christmas items and Christmas items. My wife loves this store. We own a dachshund and they have the wall scent and the car scent shaped like a dachshund.

3 weeks ago......This is a review of a staff member....not BBW in general. The lady at the door was so stressed that is seemed as if perhaps she should not be at work. Her anxiety had her being aggressive and rude to all the customers. No way she is always like that. Must be related to Covid fear, but nonetheless it was definitely off putting. We all get it....there must be policies and procedures for us all to remain healthy....but rudeness is not on the CDC guidelines list. I really felt sorry for her because SHE obviously was NOT ready to return to work.....

My wife and I came to this location on Monday Memoruial day to find a nice gift for a group of EMS staff for the appreciation of their service for EMS week. We were made to stand in line by a very aggressive , disrespectful , loud lady named Tracy. She was almost gustapo like with her tactics of contolling the 6 people who were inline to wait for entry. My group had 3 and was told that anyone who was a single visitor could enter in front of our group. Her excuse was that she couldnt hold up the line in the heat , but disregarded the fact that WE were also in the heat. When I asked why we were overlooked , she became even more disrespectful and advanced her overlook of us even further. My wife and I WILL NOT ever return to this location and if this is the employees that they hire , we will avoid this store all together and will advise all of our social media friends to do the same. These stores are in business to serve the community. We are the revenue behind HER even having a job. Hopefully they will read this and corrective action will be taken. If not , you deserve thr collapse that will come.
