Very dissatisfied and got shoes that tore up in 1 day. As u see in both these pictures the threads of the shoes are coming apart! I am upset and want our money back! We should not have to even bring no shoes back. Here is my proof! Thanks.

Typical rack room shoes just not as crowded as the ones in the malls.

My brother and I fell in love with the cashiers on duty. We came in right before closing. Didnt know the store had already closed. They allowed us to finish shopping and they were so polite. Didnt rush us out and they made sure we found everything we were looking for. Thanks Ladies for all your help.

Cant speak for the rest of the employees there, but the lady was very polite. They did not have my size, but they will arrive at my residence in two days. Knowing the doors literally opened while we were outside waiting she was VERY courteous. Would give 6 stars if it went that high. Overall great experience.

We liked it okay but we did find a better deal at the outlet stores themselves... In other words the prices were cheaper at the Nike store and the prices were cheaper at the Adidas store.. We did buy 2 pair of Adidas but not from Rack Room.. We saved more at the Adidas store itself but we have gone to rack room before for the simple fact that they have Skechers, Adidas, Nike and other major brands and we can kind of shop around... It is buy one get 50% off another so you still save money in that case is why we like it and would recommend it.. sorry I dont remember the young lady that helped us but the crew was very pleasant very nice to us and gave us excellent suggestions for mixing and matching and so on and so forth.. What they didnt have they even checked on the computer to see if they could get in so it was worth the trip...
