I’ve literally spent thousands in this store over the past year and all without knowing their return policy until a month or so ago. So when my son and I stopped in to return a few things I had been hanging onto for just that purpose, the manager decides to refuse the refund of the two most expensive items..... knowing who I was and how much I spent ( past tense NEVER AGAIN) in her store yet she went running to the back when she saw it was a return because she was probably planning to deny the return no matter what. Some people... and she was the one who told me they have a satisfaction guarantee policy and to start returning items I didn’t like! Why tell me to then say you can’t! So you can try and embarrass me like that!? Well your customer Service couldn’t be poorer and now that I’ve looked elsewhere your product inventory is severely lacking w while your prices Are way too high! Those so called sales only bring prices down to normal! Puh-lease!

Leaving review on experience a few years back. Employees refused to greet me or say anything while checking me out. I had someone with me and even they noticed something was off and asked what happened when we left the store. When out of view they snickered behind my back. I still don’t understand the experience or know that anything was done after reaching out to corporate. I’ve avoided this location since.

What is the problem! This store is never open when I come here! The sign says 10 am . I wont be back

Employees are the best people! Great attitudes and very friendly and eager to help. My issue with this store is that the stock is very limited, and shipments take forever to replenish... otherwise I would rate a high 5

My experience at the Sally Beauty Store in Gaffney, SC was amazing! Camillia assisted me in finding the right coloring products for my hair. Her professionalism and knowledge of products and brand made my hair selection easier. I appreciated her honesty and candid conversation regarding the process of hair coloring. Thank you Sallys’ for having product expert assisting customer’s for all their hair care needs! Camillia is awesome!

The Gaffney location is hands down the best store made possible by their knowledgeable and eager to help staff. I shopped the Gaffney store about a month ago and my experience was like no other prior to that day. I vowed it was forever my ONLY Sally’s. However, today I was in Boiling Springs after dropping my daughter off at a pool party and I wanted to stay close by just in case. And it was that time to replenish my daughter’s hair care products. 5 mins into my browsing I decided to ask what items were on sale. I was advised to look on the doors with a pointed finger and a mumble. I inquired about the ESSIE nail polish and she hollered,” you will have to go to WalMart for that!” She misunderstood me and thought I said Aussie she explained after a giggle but never suggested a product they carry or even asked . Finally I looked on my phone for the current ongoing sales. It stated Multicultural har care but 1 get 1 75% off. I was elated to see that every product I needed was included in that sale. When I went to checkout cashier informed me that the sale was online only. It never said online only and the other sales posted on the door were posted online just like the one I wanted to take advantage if it’s savings. I should have went to Gaffney where I was greeted as I walked in the door by Camilla and politely informed of all sales, the fine print and her seemingly infinite knowledge of all products. I made a confident purchase today based on my knowledge of the products given to me by Camilla at Gaffney with her impeccable customer service during a previous shopping experience. However, I was not at all pleased with the price I paid today due to the misleading deals and coupons advertised online. I will never again shop at the BS location. No pun intended.

Best Sally’s in the area! Even if you have to drive a little further, I highly recommend this one over the other locations! The staff is very knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to help their customers! They even righted the wrong of another Sally Beauty store in the area after I called to let them know my situation. Ashley and Shereka (I hope I spelled your names right-please forgive me if not!) are the bomb, for sure, and super helpful! I highly recommend!!! Thanks so much for an awesome experience, Sally Beauty of Gaffney!!!

Only place I buy stuff to do my hair.

I love shopping here, they have pretty much everything i need, when i need it; so thats a plus. Sometimes customer service isnt all that, but I seem to overlook that.

Staff was horrrible the cashier did not want to help us and refused to let my wife use her sallys coupon i highly suggest going to the spartanburg store
