Negative experience today arrived @ 11:48 AM called store about curbside order from parking lot. Left me on hold until 12:00 PM until I hung up. Called 6 more times put on hold until I hung up @ 12:35PM called and got same guy I think and he checked order but didnt have it. Unbeknownst to me I screwed up and it was sent to Shelby. Thats on me. Instead of leaving one on hold how about taking number and calling back. Im disabled thats why I use curbside, so I dont have to drag out walker. Other occasions the staff was helpful, but waiting on hold a long time as well. I waited 45 minutes today, yes they were busy. A little professionalism goes a long way is all Im saying. Sending order to wrong store is on me.Owner said give them another chance so I did. Same results, on hold again 4 times. Yes there was an accident out front but in 30 minutes still no parts. This is a managerial problem, no direction. How about assign someone to phones so others can wait on walk in customers unless phones are unimportant. Paid for parts already through PayPal do what now? Yes small order of 4 bolts. Your people put you on brief hold but never return really???? Unbelievable!!!!

I dont know how they get any business. Between them and my girlfriend they possibly could find out where the oil goes and Im giving them a little bit of credit. Idk if they are dumb or just plain lazy and I dont think they deserve a star. My thoughts are hire someone who has a little bit of knowledge or experience .At least act like the want the job.

They sales associate was very professional. I was stranded appropriately 1 block away. Walked to your store and had to purchase w heavy duty truck batteries for my Dodge 3500. After carrying them the block back to my truck I realized I didnt have a tool to remove the battery hold down. I walked back to your store and asked if the PSM had a tool I could borrow to remove them. I understand that this is not standard policy to allow me to borrow such tool but I was stranded and did just spend $320 on batteries in your store. Just saying a little customer service goes a long way.. Going forward I will be driving past AutoZone and going to one of your competirors.

Take your car apart in the parking lot. So when they give you the wrong part you wont have to waste the gas

They did not have what I wanted on the shelf. Hey cabin filter for my ram.The man at the counter looked it up and said he could order it for me and I could come back tomorrow and pick it up.I could have done that without ever leaving home.The people are friendly and helpful but the store just doesnt stock some pretty common items for some pretty common vehicles.There are at least two other Auto parts places in town.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a auto parts store. The ignorance of the staff was unbelievable. The customer service is horrible and on top of it all they fail to stand by their warranty for their own batteries. I purchased a duralast battery a year and ten months ago with a two year warranty. I go to get in my truck this morning and it is dead. I get a jump start and take the truck to work. The truck sits in the parking lot for 9hrs and its dead again. I get a jump start and take the truck to autozone. The lady proceeded check the battery and tells me its fine. I ask for someone else to check it & this lady checks it in a entirely different way. They both claim the battery is fine with battery acid leaking out the top of the battery and it has now failed to crank twice. I have the original receipt that stats the battery is under warranty and they refuse to replace it. DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I was not there a week ago .nor was I there earlier today.

Year after year my Dad and I would go get parts on everything and anything he knew what going to run right after we put this next part on!!! Lol. Jobs would be told to me: Gloria, it should only take us 15 minutes or so... I miss my Dad. Lost him to cancer a few years back at 60. So I still go there for every little thing for the car...ALWAYS helpful and no matter how I explain (in my not so proper car language) what it is Im TRYING to do....there has always been someone there to talk me through to the part Im trying to give a Greek name to! Great store! Great employees! I appreciate them all!!!

The only reason im not going to give them 1 star is because i can understand they were pretty busy during the time i entered the store. But they are very unprofessional always have been every time i visit the store. The employees all seem young and not trained well. They also need to distinguish between when its time to be serious and do their job and when joke around with each other during other times. I waited about 15 minutes in line just to checkout. Other employees saw how busy theyve gotten and still yet they didnt even bulge to help out their coworkers..

My family and I are so thankful for the people at this store. We were on a road trip from Mississippi and our alternator broke down in the area; the employees here was so friendly and extremely helpful. They tested our battery and our alternator to see which was the issue. When the manager noticed we were having issues fixing the problem, he called a friend who was local mechanic. They were able to help us fix the problem and get us back on the road. The manager seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being. We want to thank everyone at this store and the two amazing gentlemen that helped us. God bless you guys and thank you again.

I will never go to autozone again after recently purchasing an alternator it has failed. So I go back to return the alternator because of its lifetime warranty. To my surprise they have no records of me purchasing it. How do you do something like that I thought all purchases where keep on file with names. I will never go to autozone.
