Rent A Center has always had the best deals around. The products in the Gaffney SC store have great quality an great price.I wouldnt shop any other furniture store.

We love Nate and the team! He is very understanding & has excellent customer service skills! If you need anything at all I recommend purchasing from here. As long as you keep your bill paid up he will do anything he can to help you. Ill never purchase my furniture or appliances from anywhere other than rent a center 😁

I wanted to rent a PS4. Youd think i was trying to finance a Lamborghini. I paid off a bed from them in my mothers name in 2016 and still had to jump thru every hoop they have. The bed has fallen apart. My mum also got a fridge and washer and dryer. The washer quit working while she was paying it off. They sent someone out to fix it but he never fixed it right. It stopped working soon after it was paid off and they never made it right. I got approved for the PS4 but they wanted 4 payments up front. I told them to keep it. Ill never do business with them again.. Never

The owner of the store. Acted aggregated when i asked where the bathroom was so my 4 year old could use the bathroom. Then infact yelled at my 4 year old for sitting in a recliner an rocking, not jumping on , not walking all over, sitting rocking. When i was about to leave i told him this is not a very kid friendly store. Then he proceeded to fallow me out the door an ask me what MY problem was. My kids are my pride an i will not buy or shop at any store my kids are not welcome.

This a great place to go.. I just love Mason and Jim.. They will work with you as long you are truthful.. They all have great personalities..

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have harassed me continuously! They call every week when my payment is due even if it’s paid up! I have even paid two weeks in advance & they have call the next week. & if you don’t answer they will come to your house & job! They came in my job & just started talking about my account in front of my customers & co worker. The manger alway sucks his teeth at you & is always rude! I’ve called corporate to complain but since there a privately owned businesses all they could do is send a message to the owner & have him call me back! But has not called me yet & that was weeks ago. Soooo not worth the headache. Aaron’s is so much better & you pay less. Rent a center try’s to get you with that rent to new program but you also end up paying 2000 more then what it’s worth. I wrote this a few days ago. But listen to this now I’m pregnant & had an doctors appointment today told the man that I would be able to let him come until Wednesday . & he came today which is Monday. Is this not harassment??
