1- I was never told I will be charged for installation2- disabled parking is in the back and I was rudely my Ivan to move my car to the back. Im disabled and clearly display disabled placard and it was hot day. Not nice to go ask me to park in the back and walk in the sun to the front

I have an issue with the fact that I asked a price for 4 new tires, and they gave me a price of around $480, then I asked of they had the buy 2 get 2 free deal going on and they said yes, and it would be around $480.He was surprised that price wasnt discussed over the phone. I told him that they just said $240 for two tires or $480 for all four.I asked how come it was the same price for all 4 when it was buy 2 get 2 free tires.I asked for itemized print out and it made no sense on how they itemized it.I ended up buying just 2 tires and not getting the two free tires.I couldnt figure out the math on this deal so i refused to get them. I did need all four tires but I think Ill take my business somewhere else next time.

I came here to switch out my two front tires because I read decent reviews stating that the company was quick and hassle free. I had an appointment for 4pm, but my car wasn’t taken into the garage until 4:30. Also, there was a man that arrived a little before me and his appointment was before mine, but he became upset because they took my car in before his and he told a worker “what’s the point of making an appointment if you’re taking other people who came after me?” And the worker simply replied with “oh, I have no explanation for that”.They also do not enforce masks and were allowing people in there without a mask. I was in the waiting area and a man came in without his mask and waited for an employee to help him. When someone came to help him, the worker did not mention any enforcement to the customer to put on a mask, and even pulled his mask down to talk to him. When they were done with my car and it was time to pay at the front desk, the worker kept pulling down his mask to talk to me.I simply will not come back here. I was expecting to be in and out of this place and for precautions to be enforced. The place was clearly not clean, let alone sanitized in any way and masks were clearly not enforced. I did not feel comfortable being in there because of the pandemic and zero safety measures not being implemented.

Came today, told me waiting time was 2 hours and 30 minutes, I wait and turned that I did not received the service, asked to come back next day, I decided to cancel and front desk guy got an attitude and wanted to charge me $30.00 to cancel my order.

Needed to get a flat tire repaired from a nail hole and installed back on the car. Discount Tire repaired the tire super fast, Installed the repaired tire back on the car, plus they put the spare tire back under the car and the tools back in their proper place! I highly recommend buying your next set of tires here or whenever you need tire services. I have had nothing but great experiences here. I purchased a new set of tires here at a great price and awesome service. Recently I went in for a swap out sensors, balance, and wheel alignment. Andrew helped me out both times and was very professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. He has a great team! I will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Great place 3rd time here for a couple tire changes and a quick oil change here and there. Staff if great and straight to the point. Out of there in about 40 min for an oil change no trouble at all.

Promised in two hours... after 4.5 hours.. and no call.. and they were closing soon.. I made it that way anyway. At the time of purchase.. no discount was offered. At the time of pick up, seemed like a district manager was there.. so the cashier said.. oh remember that special pricing we talked about (we didn’t). And took $25 off. I appreciate the discount .. don’t get me wrong, but feelLike I only got it Bc that lady was looking over his shoulder. Makes me trust that I’m getting a fair deal less. Speaking of desks.. the buy one get one free, or buy two get two.. is misleading. Only provided $100 discount on the additional tires , and they charge additional fees for each tire. Probably will ship elsewhere next time.On a side note.. had a blow out on a tire with a nail. A few days earlier dropped by there Bc my pressure alert was on.. the guy said the tire was overfilled... a little more attention and he would have saw the nail and I would have avoided a dangerous blowout situation.

Good deals on tires but they will Rob you when it comes to brake repair or any other auto repair. I advise you to research other options before coming here.

I thought the actual service of replacing my tires and performing my alignment was great. They seemed to be super busy on a Saturday morning at 10:30 am, so I decided to drop the car off and didn’t expect to have it back until the end of the day. To my surprise, it was finished in under two hours. I was happy with this.Where I am unhappy was the service by the salesman/cashier that was assisting me in purchasing the tires. I work in the customer service industry and where I work, the expectation is that we get to know our clients so that we can make the best recommendation for them. Though I am sure the tires I purchased will work great, I believe I could have found tires for less money that better fit my needs if the associate would have just had a short conversation with me.When I approached the counter and said I needed four tires for my car, I expected to hear about the current specials they had going on and for the associate to ask me questions about my driving habits. This would help him to locate the perfect tire for my situation. If he would have asked me, I would have told him I was looking to spend approximately $60-$80 per tire and in the four years I have had the car, I’ve only driven the car 35,000 miles, so I do not perform heavy driving whatsoever. He did not ask either of these types of questions, yet knew what tire I needed just from hearing I needed four tires.He recommended Falken tires that cost $97 per tire without installation costs. They are guaranteed for 75,000 miles. It will take me quite some time to get there. This is the wrong way to use the assumptive sales technique that is widely known in the sales industry. If this is the norm in the tire industry, this MUST change. Also, before I picked up my car, he gave me a call to let me know my car was almost done. He said they had processed my normal inspection they offer at no additional cost and that they car looked great, except the rear brakes were “metal-on-metal” and I should have them changed right away. I just had my oil changed at Midas a couple weeks prior. They perform a similar check and I trust their opinion on brakes more than I do with Discount Tire as brakes are a Midas specialty. I received no mention of the brakes from Midas.All-in-all, the process with Discount Tire was not horrible. However, I do want to put this out there in hopes that their sales techniques change in the future.

I received Excellent service from the time I called until my service was complete. Late afternoon my tires were ordered, delivered and put on my vehicle in short time with an alignment as stated by the store manager (Javi).It is refreshing to find someone who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Ive been customer of this franchise company since of 2010.Today I visited due to tire rotation and pressure check at 3:50 PM.The front hispanic guy who wasnt doing anything at the moment greeted me and asked me what I needed to do.I told him I need tire rotation and tire pressure check and willing to pay if necessary.The guys face then turned awkward and told me they dont do tire rotation or pressure check up today.I asked why and this is what he told me exactly.Its too late already and we are too busy and we close at 5.There was only a single car that they were working on and they still had an hour and 10 minutes.I really dont understand about this and will never re-visit this place again.No wonder why Americas Tire Depot down the Euclid is always packed with people and busy.

So I wanna give them 0 stars. My husband was just at discount tire and wasnt charged to fix his flat last week. So I decided to go get my tire looked at and they charged me to fix my flat. Rude

It took over two hours just to do an alignment and to balance and rotate the tires. There were greasy handprints left on the car and it pulls to the right when driven. One of the staff members was not wearing a mask and were in a pandemic. He wasnt just working on the cars, he was also handling customers inside the building. It wasnt the worst experience Ive had, but it wasnt the best. I did get a free tire rotation and balance.

Did not tell me if my wheel was going to be balanced,so I dont know if it was. Also the tire was making a wobbly sound, meaning it probably was not balanced. Thats why I gave them 3 stars. However I have to say Customer Service was a nine on a 10 scale.

Came here to repair a tire that recently had a nail go through it. Bring it in and when I tell the guy at the front I have a Model 3, he says that he cant fix runflats. Teslas used to have run flat tires but they havent included them in more than 5 years. I ask him to just open up the tire and he says okay. He calls me back 2 hours later and I come back and they havent even moved my car. Same spot, same position. Guy says its a runflat and they cant fix it. I take it to another shop and they have it fixed in an hour. I cant believe the mechanics here lied to me and I wont be trusting them with a tire any time soon.

I needed to write this review a few weeks ago. After horrible service at Midas in Orange, (I thought I had a muffler issue) I brought my car in here. Jairo was patient and listened to me when I explained that there was a “noise” coming from the back. I am so grateful that Jairo not only have me a proper diagnosis, but was able to fix the 2 issues quickly and fir a great price.

Got us in and out in an hour. This is my go to place for tires.

I was told my car would be ready by one or 2 PM and when I called at 1:50 PM I was told my car was still not even worked on or ready and it wouldn’t be ready for another 45 to an hour and I told them when I drop my car off that I needed to have my car picked up by no later than 2 PM because I had to go to work when I was on the phone with them they persisted to tell me that it still wouldn’t be ready and I told them that I was told it would be ready so this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with them I’ve gone to them before and it was great service until the other day.

So I bought 4 new 18 tires and alignment for $750 total with a discount so far so good but after I got the car back they didnt test it and probably didnt balanced the wheels because my car was shaking and vibrating at the highway. Went the next day they said they will fix it and I was watching the technician, he had no clue what he was doing and balanced just the front wheels lol... Car was vibrating again. I had enough and I went later that day to a Goodyear tire center they did perfect balance for $50 and said non of the wheels had been balanced properly. I want to get reimbursed for the wheel balance from Discount tire center. Overall not satisfied with the experience there.

I have only had oil changes here, three times to be exact. First time went well, second time I was getting my vehicle ready for a long road trip, Ive gotten an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that I needed a serpentine belt replacement and that my radiator had a crack. I knew I needed the belt, yet I refused the service. I knew my radiator had no crack, the leak was from the overflow/vent on the reservoir. I was offered a new radiator because it was cracked I refused.As soon as I hit the road I noticed my wheels were shaking so much at low speeds, something my vehicle wasnt doing prior to the services at Discount Tire.I let it slide because I needed to be on the road and had no time to come back to the shop and put a complaint.Third time at this shop was last Saturday, came for an oil change and I was advised I needed the serpentine belt, again and that I needed new breaks, and I refused the service and said No thanks, Ill do my breaks myself because why pay over $300 when I can spend $100 on genuine Toyota and do the job myself?So same thing happened, my truck was left shaking probably because they disaligned or unbalanced my wheels in retaliation for refusing labor at the shop. My truck shakes like Im off-roading when my truck was perfectly fine prior being serviced here.And do take my word for it, my dad has his own shop and I have been working/helping him since I was ten years old; his shop is in another state now that is the reason I do my oil changes at places like this.

Im pleased that Discount Tire Center at Highland and Orangethorpe in Fullerton, CA are open on Sunday. Andrew was professional, helpful, got my tire order correct. Guys in tire shop did a great job as they repaired one tire on rear passanger side and removed and replaced front 2 tires on my Ford Crown Victoria. My puzzle lock tool was returned to me for which Im grateful.

The service was quick and kept all their Covid safety precautions. I got a change of break pads over the weekend. The car didnt move all weekend. Now, 1 and half day later, I have to go back because the break sensors are all on. They couldnt take me until tomorrow afternoon.

Purchased tires from here roughly a year ago or so. Recently went back because my tire was flat. I was told my tires were still under warranty. Great! Assuming my tire would either be patched up or replaced if it could not be fixed, I thought the tire would be removed, checked for any holes, and proceed from there. NOPE! They just put air in the tire. Later that day the tire pressure light came on. These guys are truly a joke. How lazy can you be? Well, worry no more! I didnt have to pay anything, for air of course (I assume based on the warranty) but I saw the invoice. Just for air... They charged $24 and a few cents!

Customer service was good, but the wait time was ridiculous. I waited 3 hours just to get 2 tires changed out. It must have been an extremely busy day for them which I understand. But I may not be coming back here again.

This place is awesome. Clean and neat. The manager Paul was honest to tell a customer just standing in front of me about the issue on his car. I had flat tire and it was quick repair. I would recommend this place.

Flat tire had to be replaced , so got a sweet deal from Dicount Tire for 2 new tires almost for the price of one , included free flat tire fixes with roadside assistance and complete tire replacement with an additional small charge. I did not have a great experience. I was told it would take an hour and it took almost 3 hours. If they would have just been honest about that from the beginning then it would not have been such a big deal.

Would probably give them 2.5 Stars because they were so friendly.Initially, I would have given these guys 5 stars!!! They got me in the same day and replaced all 4 of my tires for a really good deal.The staff were friendly and welcoming and I have no complaints with my physical experience there.However, they also did an alignment on my 2015 Passat, they said it really needed it. Once they were done with my vehicle, we left back for our hotel, noticed a slight pull to the right, but, thought it was the roads and how they were dipping on the right. We spent the next couple of night visiting Disney and then we set off to our journey back to New Mexico.Right away, on the interstate, I started realizing that it had a significant pull to the right...however, it never had a pull to any direction before they did an alignment. Almost 900 miles later and constantly correcting the steering, we took it to our mechanic back at home and he said that it needed an alignment. We showed them the paperwork from discount Tire & Services and he just shrugged. So, we had him do an alignment and all is well; except the $80-90 extra out of our pocket because it wasn’t done right the first time.It’s bothersome, because it’s not like we can just go back and have them do it again for us.Anyway, from my experience, if you would like decently priced tires and a friendly atmosphere, get them here. However, stay away from at least their alignments; take it to your trusted mechanic after they mount and balance your tires.

Got a big nail in my rear tire. I had AAA come in and put a spare tire on so that I could drive and get it repaired. I called Discount Tire since it was the closest to my home. $25 estimate for a repair seemed fair. They had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. Fast and professional.The cash price for the service was $20 but I only had my debit card on me so I ended paying $25. That was a bit odd, but nevertheless a good overall experience.

I saw a low tire pressure indicator and turned out I had a nail in my tire. I was on a road trip and it was a major inconvenience, but I googled and found them and Americas Tire. AT had a 1.5 hour wait to be seen wheras DT got me in and out in approximately 45 minutes! Customer service was good and they were quick!

I give one star cause the guy hes open at 8:00 and then I ask something he said open 8:30 and busy look like mad is the good price but this guy actitud is bad even the guy doesnt wear face mask

We were in the Anaheim area for Disneyland. Unfortunately we had a flat. Went to pep boys because it was across the street from where we were staying and they refused to help us. We found discount tire center a few minutes away and they were more than happy to help us. We were in and out in less than 2 hours! They even took the donut tire and placed it back in the trunk for us. Their prices were more than fair. Thank you so much for your help. These guys are great. Strongly recommend.

They did this long spiel about all these nice things that you get including nitrogen in the tires and so on. As it turns out Im one of those people since I am a mechanic myself that watches whats being done. I asked the person installing the tires as he was working on them noticing that the nitrogen bottle wasnt hooked up and they werent using it. Come to find out they had run out of nitrogen and I had not filled it. So I got regular air in my tires instead of the nitrogen that they went on and on about that they used in the tire. Normally youre not supposed to use the air gun or air impact to tighten the wheels. But in this case they did on my car with aluminum mags. Then when they went to use the torque ranch the torque wrench never turned because they had already over tightened the tires on the car. I admit we did get a great price on the tires and was very happy for that .

Discount Tires is great. They take care of you quickly and they have a multitude of resources at hand to help you get on the road quickly as possible. Victor helped me repair my tire. The tire was badly damaged and was a lost cause but Victor immediately got a new tire for me from the warehouse. If you get the warranty with these guys youre covered. No ifs ands or buts. Waited 3 hours for an OIl change with an appointment, then I had purchased tires and got 6 complementary oil changes for buying tires and they would accepted so had to pay$85 for an oil change.

I had a punctured tire and needed it fixed right away. I was in Fullerton and happened to be close. I took a chance and it paid off. The service was excellent and the techs were friendly.
