Great ! Needed an extra propane bottle for RV. Much cheaper for the bottle and to refill a cylinder. Gas station bottles are one 15 pounds and Southern States has the 20 pounders and at a cheaper price. Good luck. YRMV. Bill

Todays visit was a surprise. I have been a customer for 10 years with overall satisfaction. However today I learned Southern States is upping their competitive line of equestrian (maybe other products as well) supplies significantly. Exceeding the local competition and driving down my need to occasionally shop out of town. Immediately was offered to let them know if a size I purchased in a medicine boot was wrong and they would order the size I needed right away. Sweet

A wide variety of farm items. Good livestock feed. Some items seem to be on pricey side. Great staff and service.

The staff here are always helpful and very knowledgeable. On several occasions when I needed to change feeds/supplements for an ulcer prone horse, they worked with me until we had an affordable solution. They were ready and willing to answer all my questions and stay with me till Id made my decision.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Im planting my first feed plot and Allen (store manager) has been incredibly helpful and responsive and is very knowledgeable and approachable. Hes taken a lot of time to help me price out multiple options. Hes voluntarily helped me keep costs low instead of trying to up-sell me to more expensive products like most merchants.On price, Southern States almost always beats amazon or other online realtors, and they also top them on quality of product and blow them out of the water on service. Will absolutely be going to Allen for anything they sell.

We love Southern States of Front Royal. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products, farm animals, and are always willing to find out any information to help if they dont know the answer. Siobhan, Julie, and Rachel are wonderful.We have goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, cats, and dogs and Southern States of Front Royal has nearly every product or food for all of them. Were especially glad to see Merricks grain-free small breed dog food and Zenfood grain-free and poultry-free Salmon dog food available here. Southern States of Front Royal is truly a one stop shop for livestock or pet needs.
