James has been super helpful. I have had a couple different things I needed quoted and I was having trouble reaching the 84 lumber that is near my house. I decided to call this 84 Lumber and James has been great. He is very professional and always so nice. Even though I am sure he has a lot going on he never tries to rush me off the phone. He makes me feel like my call is important. James deserves some kind of raise!

We recently ordered wood to complete our deck project. The team in-store were incredibly kind and accommodating. The delivery gentleman was amazing. We will definitely be driving right past Lowes to 84 for all of our lumber needs going forward!ps...their delivery charge was a fraction of what Lowes charges.

Very helpful with getting just the right size of lumber and type I needed - even sawed it for me to get to right size and helped me find it very friendly and helpful etc etc and large supply of almost anything you need in lumber. I needed some cedar for some boards on side of my house and had no trouble here just got exactly what I needed exact size etc. I think I went here for something else one time too maybe some boards for the deck?

Went in for frame & truss quote for 1900sf home & 1800sf storage garage. Was told it would take a few days. After two months of calling and being told it was still being worked on, I had enough and went to pick up my plans that I dropped off at first contact. When I got there I ask the reason why they never did my quote and the answer that I got was because the person doing it didnt have enough experience to do this take off.....Wheres the management! And they couldnt even find the copy of my plan that I ask to be returned when the quote was completed. Very unprofessional!!

Just learned that a cabinet facing I ordered weeks ago has been there over two weeks now and not one person from this store even thought to call to let me know. Just holding on to it. Finally called myself today and learned its just been sitting there. Ive had good experiences here before but this is going to be the last time. Absolute, inconsiderate incompetence, and not even an apology on the phone.

They don’t stand behind the products they sell, it shouldn’t take months to get door frames fixed from quality production.
