I never knew there were so many kitchen tools out there. You name it and Williams-Sonoma has it! The cookware and the knives are of the highest quality. They have a great selection of food items too! The candies exceptional. The price seems high but the quality will not disappoint you.

I came in to exchange cake pans that I purchased as a gift for someone. I started an online return in February but then that winter blizzard hit N. Texas and the exchange was low on my priority list. Finally made it to the store in March and the lady who initially helped me (Lyne or Lynn?) was not very warm or sympathetic. My can pans were still wrapped in plastic and I simply wanted to exchange 8 for 9. She was not at all reassuring that such an exchange could be made and was quite the opposite. THANK GOODNESS Sam appeared at the register behind her and she asked him about it. He couldnt have been more customer-friendly. It was an easy exchange once he got involved and I paid the difference in upsizing my cake pans. If Sam had helped us from the start you can bet I would have found other things to buy in the store that day. But as it was, Lyne left a sour taste in my mouth as being unfriendly and making the whole process vexing.

Dont buy anything online from Williams-Sonoma. Ordered pizza oven on December they said I would have in December 23. They have slipped date multiple times now say June 6. Ridiculous. They wont cancel and refund.

If you want products that are high-class and built to last (potentially even for generations), this place has some really nice options. We are talking top of the line stuff. Brands that are globally known as the crème-de-la-crème. But be prepared to pay top dollar for this kind of top-notch finery. These are investment pieces.If your budget isnt quite up to this level, you can certainly find some quality pieces at discount stores, but you do get a standard of quality here that you really wont find at those cheaper places.Unfortunately, they didnt have what I was looking for (they have a very limited offering). And the staff wasnt very helpful, either. But, that could be because of covid-19 and their attempts to keep at least 6 feet away at all times, because I couldnt find anyone nearby when I wanted to ask a question. So, since they have a flow pattern to help with the quarantine, I just ended up leaving (since I was already near the exit and would have had to wind all the way back through the store again to find someone).

Store is a bit crowded and can be hard to get around when its busy, but the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product and great at helping make sure you get what you need and understand the differences between products.

Whats not to like at a Williams-Sonoma store? They always have the most interesting and high quality kitchen goods. If you are fortunate to be in the store when they are preparing food, you can sample some tasty dishes.

I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes trying to purchase some items and was never acknowledged. Store was not busy. There were two store employees chit-chatting with each other at the front of the store. I would have been patient with a simple we will be with you in a moment but never got it. Left the items at the counter and walked out of the store.

I’m a frequent Nordstrom shopper and truly appreciate and value their customer service. I called this Williams Sonoma store today because I was trying to purchase a slow cooker online and the coupon I had wouldn’t apply. The lady that answered the phone seemed so annoyed that I had this type of question. There was no concern or urgency to try and help me. Not even a “bye thanks for calling.” This was going to be my first purchase here but after that experience I will be looking elsewhere. A little bit of concern and kindness really can go a long way.

We recently shopped at the William Sonoma store at Stonebriar mall in Frisco, Texas. We will never shop at this location again. Barbara, I think was her name, was so incredibly rude. She was not the one to originally help us but ended up checking us out. She had my husband walk around and enter in all of his shipping information and then proceeded to tell him he needed to check himself out. I told him no, that was her job. She didn’t want to take my gift card that we had. She told me to scratch the back off if I wanted her to finish the transaction. She refused to answer my question about my key rewards. She finally, on my second transaction, told me that I did have a $30 reward because I was holding her up trying to figure it out myself. When we were done with the second transaction, I asked about the receipt and she very rudely replied “ya, I already gave it to you. Remember when you folded it up and put it in your bag?!” I was not requesting that receipt, I was asking about the other transactions receipt. She said she had already put it in the bag and rolled her eyes. We picked up our bags and she didn’t say thank you, have a nice day....nothing. I told her she was the rudest most unprofessional sales woman I have ever dealt with. She stared me down as we walked out and then threw her arms up at me as we left the store and continued to stare until we couldn’t see her anymore. We shop at William Sonoma a lot but will probably start shopping at another retailer from now on because I have never been treated this badly in a store in my life.

Very upset with this location. It started off wonderful. Purchased a Le Creuset cookware set and Wustof knives. Kasey was wonderful. Couldn’t say enough good things about her. Was told that if we had any issues, we had 30 days and just to come back to the store.Unfortunately, we had an issue. One of the pots and a pan had the enamel chip off the Le Creuset set. Spent too much money on the set so I took it back to exchange.Here is the bad thing about this store:• Don’t ever deal with Kelly Severan. She is not helpful and rude.• This store doesn’t carry items to keep on hand so everything has to be shipped to your home.• But wait... there’s more... YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING!I was floored! I buy a piece of cookware, go in for an exchange, and now I have to pay for it to be shipped to my house? They won’t even ship to store so I can pick it up.I end up calling their customer service on the phone, who was able to help and take care of the shipping. That’s why I feel it is the store, particularly Kelly.
