Wonderful experience at this store. Staff was very helpful in explaining us the terms and conditions and helped us make the right decision to buy. I found the prices pretty reasonable compared to Ashley, West Elm or Bassett Furniture. Plus the options were great. I am still waiting for the free delivery and will add my experience after that. The maximum wait time for our sofa is 49 days, which is pretty good compared to what my friends went through with other stores. People have waited months to get their stuff.I was, however, not impressed by the mattresses. The firm feels too soft for my back. Wall art collection is also limited.Overall, I recommend a visit for your home decor needs.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The service and delivery is good. When one of the items was not as per our expectations, they accommodated return and delivered the new furniture at no cost.

We had the greatest experience at Living Spaces in Fremont, recently. We went to try out a sofa set we saw online. We were welcomed upon entry by a host I think, Im not sure of her name but we were greeted warmly, inside the large showroom! I want to give kudos to each and everyone who helped us. Especially Sameena, she was the person who completed our purchase of a beautiful sofa set for our new home! Thanks to everyone who contributed to a 5 star experience for us overall. This has been my go to place for all my furniture needs. It’s a little on the higher end but such is the quality ! Great range and variety of carpets and recliners here. There’s also an outlet corner where there are slightly damaged pieces for a way cheaper price! Not bad. If you’re lucky you could really find some great options that are durable too!

This place is sure to give you and your lover a work out. And by that I mean walking around this ginormous place the size of a 747 airplane hanger. Not by testing out the mattress’s... sickos! Anyhoo y’all need to check this place out. They have so many displays of furniture here you’re bound to take up residency just so you can get off your feet for a minute. Oh Don’t forget to bring your cell phone case you get lost!

Way better customer service then Ashley furniture! We had just come from there and what a complete difference. John was so helpful at getting us what we wanted and needed. Showed plenty of options, 10/10 for him. AND he was training someone. Hopefully he follows in his footsteps and has the same customer service. We need more people like John :)

I love the selection of furnitures at Living Spaces. They’re functional and contemporary and reasonably priced. The staff are so helpful. We bought a chest of drawers and we went with our small SUV. We didn’t think it would fit but they tried and we were able to pick it up on that same instance. We saved on time and money and we’re thankful for a job we’ll done!

DO NOT BUY CARE FREE INSURANCEWe have a recliner the foot rest is ripped. The recliner will not be usable if it completely rips off. The insurance is blaming that it is a manufacturer defect and they won’t cover it.We tried to get help from living spaces itself but the MANAGER JOSH started to put blame on us from the very beginning and not trying to help. After an year and a half the recliner is not useable. The price of the recliner is over 1k.

We bought a Rug. Nancy helped us and she did an awesome job. Even the person, who carried our rug to the car extremely courteous, respectful of car when loading the rug.

The 5 stars are for the 2 sales associates that assisted us. Once Muhammed responded to our request for assistance, he made for a good experience. Patient, no rushing, checked status of many items, helped us look for items….respect without the bored attitude. We found a number of items, and he got a good sale.

Enjoy this place, I bought furniture from here before. Great show room, great deals if you search. Lots of help floating around but not enough cashier strange. They are are doing temp check and limit how many people can come in to the store.

This was my first visit to the Living Spaces to look out for a sofa. The overall experience was excellent. All of my requirements were understood and available options were shown. There was no pressure to buy or make a quick decision. The staff was helpful and representative even confirmed options for my unusual asks instead of the let it go attitude. Also the prices looked reasonable with ample options to choose from. Also checked for the warranty options especially Care Free plan - 5years coverage worth going for. Despite everything available online its worth visiting the store try out the furniture!

We visited the Living Spaces store at Fremont to shop for sofa sets. All the store associates were very helpful, especially Kamini . There were many customers that day and she was trying to help every one out. We got the information we wanted and eventually bought the sofa of our choice.

Looking for a sofa set vs sectional is very challenging especially with a small space that we have. Our sales person made it easy and gave her personal opinion over everything we spotted on. Thank you for making it easy for us.

Furniture looks the same. Too pricey for the mediocre quality. Everything is low to the ground, if your tall this is definitely not the place for you. If you need something short term, then fine.

They sold me recliner with care free insurance. One side of my recliner is not working and both the seats are tored at the foot rest. It’s been 3 months and they haven’t resolved either of the issue. It has been a headache instead of care free. Such a pathetic service. Never buy this insurance, if possible avoid living space completely.

Worst customer service ever！ DO NOT BUY！We bought a bedroom set including bed frame, night stand and chest 2 weeks ago. We chose a delivery date and paid 119 for delivery and installation. On the delivery date, the delivery guy found there is the kissing part for the bed and they could not assemble it. They called the warehouse and told us someone will come and bring the missing part after 6pm. And they left and leave a mess in the bedroom(all different parts of the bed frame) we waited from 6pm to 8:30 pm and no one ever came! Then we called them and they said no one would come because that part is not available and we have to wait until November. Then we have to drive to their store in Fremont and asked what happened. They just said they don’t have that missing part anymore and asked us the re-select another bed set. We were so mad but had to do this because our moving date is next week! Then the second day they called as and asked for another delivery and assemble fee or the order will be on hold and they won’t deliver it at all! Also their customer service is super bad, they don’t respect their customers at all!

I am in the process of building a new home, and it is getting close to ordering all the furnishing. I had a few ordering/shipping questions and I was able to chat with one of the floor members, James. (I believe that was his name, very tall, young man) , he was just a delight! He clarified shipping times and helped me write down a few pieces that i want to keep an eye on... I will be back soon to order when the time is right . Thank you James!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a sofa, loveseat, and rug. I paid for it to be delivered to my house. The store indicated that they had 2 of the items in stock and 1 was going to be 2 weeks out. We decided to wait to have them all deliver at the same time. Delivery day comes and nothing shows up. I get no phone call/email/messages about any type of delay. I call the call center and they told me not only is my delivery not going to show up on time, they dont have an expected date for delivery. I asked to speak to a manager, they told me you will receive a call back within 24 hours. 4 days later and still nobody has called. I understand shipments get delayed, but not even notifying the customer that there is a delay and not even given the customer a call back is outrageous. (especially since i spent over $3K on furniture at that store). STAY AWAYYY

I have spent over 20 thousand at this store,have always told people its a great place to buy furniture. Today that all changed .went to store with wife and kids. Spent over 2 hours looking for the right couch finally found one for 4500 with the help of 2 salesman .before walking up to purchasing area the salesman went over in details of everything from total price to. Delivery and taxes and warranty was finally relieved that the couch shopping was over. But then the financing people told me there was none in stock and didnt know when or if the couch would ever be back in stock. I told them the should have a big sign on the couch of not in stock or they should remove the couch all together.. so anyways it looks like I am going from a five star rating to a zero star rating. Every time we have visited Living Spaces the staff and the products have been equally of high quality. The staff has always been friendly and very knowledgeable. The products, thankfully, are not the entry level kind that you will find yourself replacing sooner than you wanted. These are all quality pieces that will last the test of time.

My experience has been great with Living Spaces, Milpitas. My delivery was on time, efficient and with out any issues thanks to Jairo R. and his team. The sales people were knowledgeable and friendly.

Went here with my wife and 2 year old daughter looking for a reclining leather sofa. Sameena helped us out. She was really helpful and showed us all the options they had currently while giving suggestions on different configurations.Finally we went there the next day to confirm the dimensions. Mason helped us out to configure the couch and place the order. The couch was delivered the same day! The delivery crew was very professional and were following covid protocols.Really happy with the service provided by Sameena, Mason and the delivery crew.

Terrible shipping system. Second time I have not received my item on time or damaged. Company doesn’t care about its consumers one bit. Cancelled my order, save your money and ship elsewhere.

What impressed me most about this furniture store was the broad range of not only styles of furnishing, but also the pricing.My favorite piece was this amazingly deco/Hollywood Regency velvet couch that was displayed right by the entrance. Recently I’ve been doing a lot of furniture shopping and I find that most stores have very limited stylistic themes throughout -this Hollywood Regency style is quite difficult to find in a well-done sort of way.Additionally there was a large section of the Magnolia Home pieces designed by Joanna Gaines, which are quite well made. Previously I had only seen her pieces online or in Target, and these pieces were of a mulch higher quality. There are a few other lines by well know home designers, including Nate Berkus which are also beautifully designed.In all, while I wouldn’t call this budget furniture, the prices were very reasonable. A large number of the couches were under $2000, side tables starting at $75, lamps as low as $40. There was even an outlet in the back of the store. Mostly scratch-and-dent pieces, but priced sensibly according to the damage done. There was even a section of clearance decor items which were actually very pretty.

Great place for furniture, we saw this place on a commercial and had to come and check it out. The prices are great, and the quality is good too. Not cheap furniture like IKEA, and affordable for anyone. We bought some couches and lamps, but we are coming back for a desk, dining room table, and end tables next month. Definitely recommend this place, the staff is amazing and super helpful.

We were excited to get our couch here after reading reviews. The person who told us he was a manager at the store ended up needing help from others; turned out it was his first day. At first he suggested for us to assemble and move the couch ourselves before his colleague suggested otherwise. Seeing the movers this week there was no way we couldve moved the couch on our own.The first time our couch was delivered, everything was wrong (fabric and pillows). We assumed the correct one would be on its way. Nope. Had to find out through a call to check on the status of things a few weeks later, place a new order and wait another 8-12 weeks. Second time delivery we were the first on the delivery route. I spent 4 hours of my work day waiting and they never arrived. Only found out after calling at lunch that their truck was full and they decided not to load our stuff. We didn’t get any notifications at all.So it got pushed back by 3 days. Finally the day-of delivery comes, the couch was correct but could not fit through the door. At least 4 months in and still living without a couch.

Extremely unhappy with the service. Would have given 0 if there was an option. We bought 3 items and they did not deliver the items as promised. When we spoke to customer care they gave us some silly reasons saying that the truck driver forgot to upload the furniture into the truck. We took a day-off from our office, emptied our rooms for the furniture but finally we did not receive our furniture. After going to their store couple of times we received only one item and even that was a damaged piece. The people at the cash counter and on the floor do a beautiful talk till you buy their product, after that they would never keep up their promise and start behaving like they were not aware of anything. With a baby they made this an emotional ride for us and it was one hell of experience for our complete family to roam around the store everyday. On top of that they spoke to us very rudely every single time. Now we should again go to other furniture stores to select the items. This is such a hassle for us! Finally people who want to make their life complicated can go to living spaces. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Trust me people who work for living spaces are very rude!

Not enough varieties. I went to see chairs for glass dining table. But everything I found in this store was wooden. Also some of the models on the floor were discontinued. It could be because of limited business due to covid.Nice place to shop otherwise, big space, friendly admin assistance.

Staff was not very knowledgeable about product, we ordered dining table which got delivered today, I paid $99 extra to assemble the table. I have paid that money in advance, but I just realized there was only 4 Legs needed some screwing and which was very easy to do by my self. When I was in the store I have asked the assisting person about how much assembly we required for that particular table and chairs but she was not knowing that. If I would have known about assembly, I would have saved my $ 99 for very minimum assembly.

We had an appointment and was set up with MK. He was a new trainee but made sure we were taken care of. Very professional in helping us with every decision and apologetic when he didnt have an answer for us. When this would occur he would get someone more knowledgeable so he would not give us wrong information. We made our decision and went home happy with our decisions and bought a bed frame and mattress.

We were looking for some new furniture for my home so decided to check out Living Spaces. The parking space was huge and plenty of space available. On Labor Day, most of the items was on sale.The visual display with all the furnitures is very organize which makes it very easy to shop. All the staff are very nice, helpful, and approachable. They offer one flat initial shipping fee which was a good deal. You can ship as much items you purchase all at once for one time shipping fee.They have an outlet center for discount or use item. I saw some good deals for beds, cabinets, chairs, etc.Living spaces notify your shipment date and time window for the arrival. They made the delivery so easy.

The easiest and best place for furniture. No pressure by salesperson following you around the store, found what I wanted and just waited for someone in the living spaces polo to walk up to me. He made the transaction simple and straightforward, if any complaint wish delivery was sooner but hey I’m a patient person.

A big place with lots of furnitures. Not a lot of crowd but there were people. We did check out many furnitures but found them of similar type. The design of living room furnitures were very similar, same as bedrooms and outdoor furnitures. Although many of the items were contemporary, there was definite lack of versatility and modern designs. Although we found what we were looking for, I wish there was options for more new designs.

We went to the Fremont location and there were tons of options. Made an appointment andJohn helped us out the entire time. He was super helpful and patient. He ran around the store multiple times trying to help my mom find the exact pillows to match the couch.

The show room (Fremont, CA) is huge, very nice, and most impressive. The sales associate was courteous, nice, and easy to work with. Thank you Miss and thanks Living Spaces. Love the recliners and the dining room table, chairs, and bench set. And the prices were more than reasonable.

Made the mistake of going to Ashley to look for a couple of bar stools. It was just a horrible experience! We went directly afterwards to Living Spaces and their service in comparison is just like night and day. While we were left waiting at Ashley, we were assisted by Living Spaces visual manager right away. She was so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We will never stray to another furniture store again!

Not Good customer service. Purchased recliner sectional. Part of it was damaged, at the delivery, the delivery person took pictures and told that it would be replaced. It didnt happen. When I went to store, they wanted me to call 877 number where wait was 45 minutes and after that call gets dropped. Store would not give phone number of higher up. I would want them to take action to help me rather than making me spend hours on phone. Would not buy anything from here.

I gave it one star only because there is no option for 0 star.Never buy any furniture from Van Tran and her team in the Fremont store!!!! Her team show me around for a couple of hours and I spent thousands of dollars (they must have received good sales commissions from that). I was respecting their time, but what they did is just hiding information from me in order to have me swipe my card. They didnt even go through the entire terms and conditions for me for a special order. Now I have to pay 25% restock fee out of my pocket.If all sales people are so irresponsible, why would I purchase through a sales person rather than buying online where I can get full transparency of all the info!!!

Went in on a Monday evening for an emergency couch after Macy’s back ordered my couch 6 months.. I saw a few online from living spaces but was unsure of the quality.. rest assured Demetrius greeted me with a friendly smile and pointed me in the right direction. I needed something quick and inexpensive. We found the perfect couch and was able to schedule a delivery in 2 days. Back to quality concerns, they offer a 5 year warranty to ensure the couch will be maintained. If you don’t use it then it’s a credit towards a future purchase! Great efficient service! Those other reviews have to be a joke. I have had the worst problem receiving my order. I have spoke with many people. Personally went down to talk with managers and supervisors. Nothing. My order hasnt came in and keeps getting pushed back. I paid and when I check if they have any in stock they do but I cant pick up since mine is special delivery. An order also got canceled because it wasnt available but yet its being sold online as in stock. Must be nice to be the CEO and take peoples money and no nothing about how to run real business, more like a scam.

Terrible customer service. We purchased a rug here and a care plan for that rug. The issue here is that it was never communicated to us that the care plan would not cover a manufacturing defect nor would the stores warranty cover it because apparently a rug is an accessory and therefore not covered.I called Guest Services and after 2 weeks and they had not called me back, (despite the email saying theyd get back to me within 24 hours) we decided to go to the store. Ive never experienced dealing with a manager who has little regard for customer satisfaction until today. I guess staring at me blankly without offering any solution was her way of hoping Id give up. She apologized only at the very end of our conversation when I suggested to her that their team members be better trained to communicate the limitations of their warranties.

I went in to living space in Fremont on July 8, 2021to just looks at furniture...When the nicest employee named Vicki approached me, with excellent customer service... I end up buying a loveseat a couch and a throw rug For my new apartment ... Vickie was very patient very helpful took her time to explained everything to me... I will definitely be back and tell all my friends to visit the fremont living space in the future...

I don’t usually do a review but this store forces me to do so. We ordered the Ginger gray sofa and it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. To my surprise, I get an email saying that it won’t be delivered without any explanation. I came down to the store to figure out what happened, to my surprise no one in the store knows when it’s gonna arrive. Cashier employees least concerned to do their job or address your concerns. For every question, you get I don’t know as it’s not in the system. When asked for a manager or someone who will know, she says that there is no manager or anyone who can answer the questions. The only option is send merchant ticket and he may reply in a day or in a week or in a month. This is the most ridiculous answer that anyone would give to a customer. If you can’t deliver or have something in stock, then don’t sell it. I would definitely stay away from this store and this company forever. I’ll suggest the same to others.

I have never experienced such awful customer service, and I am not exaggerating. I have made 12 phone calls and sent multiple emails, and still have not received a call back. I was told a claim was filed and a manager would call me back and a week later, still nothing. I am just so surprised they are so bad. Really, really bad. Please save your TIME and money and go to Wayfair. I sure wish I did.

My husband and I received great customer service while shopping at Living Spaces in Fremont. John was able to help us find the right sofa for our loft. Ratings based off the following: Service (very friendly and helpful when I had questions), they have coffee and water in the back for guests (can get hot in Fremont), fun carts to push the kids around the showroom (bus / fire truck themed) and a kids play zone for kids to play while parents shop. Note: I havent bought anything yet, but have found inspiration and ideas from their showroom. I think I may come back to purchase accessories, decor, paintings. The quality of the furniture seems to be a mix bag, but definitely more affordable. So make sure you really inspect the furniture & do you research on who makes the furniture and the materials.

Our sales rep at the store was great. We purchased a bed frame today and picked it up the same day for self assembly. During the process of assembling it, we were missing the entire hardware box (all washers and bolts). We had to return to the distribution center to get the rest of the parts which they luckily had but it took approximately an hour extra of our day to set it up.

Website said same day pick-up. Spent couple of hours there only to find out they had none of couches in stock & every one we wanted was a special order, would take from 11/2 to 3 months & even non special orders not in stock. Was advised to check Outlet area & that was all same day pick up, to find out that was not true either. Plus Outlet area had no A/C & no workers back there. Was about 20 degrees hotter. Had to go to cashier to ask them to send someone back there. Will not recommend to anyone.

Ordered bed and dinning table, took them more than 50 days to deliver incorrect parts , another 1 hrs for the deliver guys to figure missing part, no information when the parts will be delivered will not take back item that came with the order , 10% restocking fees and waived cancellation fees , such a sham company in USA. Another two calls and 2 hrs to get the order cancelled. Overall pathetic customer experience and painful experience. Beware of this place . Would have given no stars.

Very disappointing after sales support - I ordered a king bed weeks ago, and after it finally got delivered we found out that they sent the wrong version of the headboard. After spending all afternoon chatting with customer service online, they finally came to the conclusion that I needed to file a warranty claim? This was not a defect product, this was clearly a shipping error, and they should have arranged a new part to be sent, instead they are expecting customer to jump through hoops and wait even longer to get the right product.
