This store is full of cool a d cute stationery items and pens!! We absolutely love coming here. If we are in the mall, we will always stop in. The employees have always been very helpful and friendly, in my experience.

A refreshing sight to see for lovers of all things journals pens and enamel pins. Loved the store set up and vibe.

Several people have reviewed about the rude employees and I completely agree. A cashier named “Christy” (or Chrissy) was extremely rude. Tossed my socks at me (I know I was as shocked as you are reading that). I called to talk to the manager and this girl gives false information about who she is just to hear my complaint. Unprofessional. The stuff in the place is cool but unfortunately there’s a glitch in the hiring process.

I enjoyed this place because Im huge on pens and stationery. The shop is super cute and the staff is great, but the prices are a bit high for my standards. I bought a few things to try and they work great, but there is nothing particularly different about this store that would make me come here over my other arts & crafts store options in the area. This brand is owned by Cotton, which is a larger brand, so Im sure they arent hurting for cash or anything, but I just dont think the prices are reasonable when you have Hobby Lobby, Texas Art Supply, and JoAnns all within a close range from the mall that offer coupons and discounts and often a greater variety. Now, if youre already at the mall and need to grab something quick, this will be a great option. It just wouldnt be my go-to as a stationery/writing enthusiast.

Lots of neat stuff here! Unicorns, dogs, and llamas seem to be popular. Employees arent very nice or helpful.

Kind of interesting for sure. At first it didnt look like a clothing store. But it is. One of many, many clothing stores catering to the same crowd.

Staff were not friendly AT ALL! The guy seemed to fuss at us for standing in front of the counter but not up against the counter to form a line to check out. There was only one person in front of us and no one behind us. He was rude and unapologetic. It was not like they had a sign saying where to stand.....RUDE! Will not be going back. Take my daughter to Hot Topic next door at least once a month, but Typo will not be seeing my business ever again.
