I went in because my old glasses lenses were messed up. I was able to get 25% off by trading them in. They didnt have exactly what I wanted in store, but helped me customize a pair online. They will be shipped to my house. The whole process was super quick and easy.

First time in the store fantastic staff very experienced very knowledge about the store and all products great perks great prices just couldnt ask for anything more other than free laugh out loud but its just as great price-wise . Will definitely be back and soon.

The assistant manager, Mr. Anderson, was very helpful and made everything as simple and productive as possible. He helped me get what I was looking for and any questions we were unable to figure out he contacted someone and got the answer. Customer service at its best!! I recommend it his store to anyone!

Buyer Beware Oakley Disappointing, Do not buy in to the warranty replacement BS, bought two pair of Oakley 1 in 2015 & 2nd 2016, went to order replacement lenses and they said no longer stock or carry, transferred me to another warranty dept. They told me the same after a 3hr callback that they were out of stock and to call back sometime. In August September. wow $350 down the drain, all they offer is 25% off trade in per pair of sunglasses. Hell thats the same % off offered by sunglass hut and other sunglass shops. OAKLEY MIGHT WANT TO START BEING A LOT MORE LOYAL TO YOUR DEDICATED CUSTOMERS BEFORE YOU LOSE THEM FOR GOOD.

Day# 1-11: I called their number several times and no answer.Day #12: I went to the store to order RX sunglasses and no optometrist was available.I asked for the optometrist`s scheduleDay #13: I show up on time, waited 25 minutes for her to finish with the other customer, by this point I didnt realize what I was in for... finally get ahold of Susan the optomotrist and I explain what I want and all I here this 10 minute long story bashing Oakley for moving locations to Ohio, and how they are loosing orders and how this may take longer than 3 weeks etc etc.I tell her its fine I can handle it as long as I dont pay for glasses I dont get, so she takes my insurance card and I think this is only going to take a few more minutes... Man was I wrong!She continues to try and provide excuse after excuse for why it is taking so long things like:Oakley changes the system everyyear.yadayadayada for another 25 minutes I sat there with no result. I received nothing but long winded explainations, she clearly had no idea what was happening and had no respect for Oakley.After the first 50 minutes of sitting there I realize we are getting nowhere especially while she has me to complain to. So I ask if I can go grab a gift card across the walkway for my wifes birthday while she completes what I thought was an order because Im running short on time.This is where the rediculousness comes out...Her response how long will you be gone I would like to go to lunch had me totally caught off guard. She has the audacity to ask for a lunch break while with the customer?! I left work early for this and by this time I explained to her I need to leave by 6:30pm and I have been there for 1.5 hrs and had barely gotten a quote.I left the Oakley store and came back 10 minutes later to find out the price quote was wrong and she asked me to come back another day because she knew it would take another 45 minutes and I would be late for my appointment. Nevermind I spent 2 hrs at the Oakley store already!I told her I can delay if she can hurry and she kept giving me excuses. At this point I realize Oakley corporate needs to here about this!She tried to get me to reschedule my appointment and asked me to call the # on her card. I quickly explain nobody answers that # and nobody will call back. This is quickly followed with an excuse about how the phones dont work or dont ring yadayada.I love Oakley products I love that they are made in the USA and it saddens me that I had this aweful of an experience.It saddens me to say I will not be ordering Oakley RX sunglasses because apparently this girl works at 8 stores in my region.Oakley please investigate your name is being tarnished!
