Today I drove a long way to the Fridley showroom to make selections for a client and was turned away as they said it was by appointment only. I made sure to go to the website prior and looked under hours and locations which lists nothing about needing to schedule an appointment nor does it say anything under the times in google. I do see on the showroom tab, but why would I look there for hours? Also the 2 people at the desk were just sitting there and there was no one else in the showroom. They did say they had 1 appointment coming in but the lady was very rude, and not helpful at all. All I wanted was to look around, make selections, and leave. Our construction company will no longer purchase from your company.

Made an appointment and I was impressed with the person who helped me explore all of the possibilities for my bathroom remodel. Gilda was fabulous to work with!

I drove 30 miles to this showroom after perusing the website. When I arrived I was met by a salesman at the front door not wearing a mask. Whatever, I was wearing mine. He asked what I needed and I told him I am doing a kitchen remodel and looking for some items. He said it was appointment only and when I suggested there was no website update about that he said he was booked up for the next two days. He was rude, and uninterested. He did allow me to look around and I have to say Lowes, Menards, and Home Depot all have more to look at, as well as staff who at least attempt to be helpful. Needless to say I was disappointed, and I will not return or recommend.

It isnt the Roberts Hamilton it used to be when they were in Golden Valley. Seems like Roberts carry less of the odd ball and hard to find plumbing supplies. They carried a lot of interesting and hard to find copper pvc and abs fittings when they were down in Golden Valley. Staff now isnt as friendly as they once were. When Roberts was in Brooklyn Park I just got a bad vibe with the people there. The friendliness and feeling welcome was gone. Roberts Hamilton has gotten more expensive, they seem to be out of product more and the warehouse is unorganized.

My husband and I visited the showroom September 21st, when we walked inside we were greeted by the showroom manager George with no mask on. He said we needed an appointment but had no customers in the showroom, he still let us look around and when we were looking at the fixtures he mentioned the price and ask us if that was in our budget. Who said anything about budget???. Was it the way we dressed, the way we looked or what? He was soo rude and made me feel so uncomfortable I decided to walk away. This showroom needs a professional manager. I will never return to this place and will take my business elsewhere. I recommend everyone else trying to stop by here to not waste your time.

The new store in fridley is big with lots of tools ,they know theirs stuff. Cory is very helpfull👍

Great service at the City desk. Their commercial Plumbing prices are much better than that of the Goodin Brothers.

This place seems unorganized and it seems most of the employees hate each other. Can be a frustrating wait at the city desk, waiting, while several staff are outside smoking cigarettes.
