My Husband and I stopped into T-Mobile today to get a desperate update for him and I updated my phone as well. David was so helpful and patient with us even though my Husbands phone was so old and damaged that it didnt want to transfer its information to the new phone! I went to add a line and the girl “helping” didn’t say anything to us and just gave us the phone and paper. I went to upgrade months later and now we are getting $100 credit because she did something totally different. The T-Mobile expert helping me in maple grove said don’t go to this store because a lot of customers have had problems since this store is individually owned and not corporate.

My wife and I had an excellent experience here yesterday switching from another provider and updating our phones. Connor the stores manager assisted our daughter Skyler who is a new sales associate at this location with the transaction and it was the best experience Ive ever had purchasing new phones (and not just because shes our daughter). Our daughter Skyler is a very outgoing, positive person who loves helping people. If youre in the market for a new phone and want great customer service with zero pressure, ask for Skyler, you will walk out with a smile on your face.

I purchased a new phone online and had a few weeks of endless frustrations trying to get help online or at two other local T Mobile locations. Two weeks later my phone was still not working so I stopped in at the T mobile store in Fridley at 257 57th Ave NE. At that store I was greeted and helped by David Derizzo. David went out of his way to help me in any way possible. He got my phone working 100% correctly all while helping multiple new customers who came into the store. Davids customer service skills and knowledge of the phones was far better than the 7-8 different people I talked to for help. As an owner of multiple business I can say an employee like David is hard to come by and he should be recognized for his actions. Thanks David ~ I highly recommend David and the Fridley location of T-Mobile

I was amazed with the customer service Araceli provide me and my family with. She helped us switch from Metro to Sprint. While switching to Sprint we encounter some issue, but due to the knowledge Araceli has we were able to resolve it within minutes. She also provide my family with some good recommendations to keep our phone protected. Overall, wonderful store and customer service. I high recommend going to this store, and getting taken care by Araceli!

He had some good recommendations for extra protection and helped me apply a screen protector after getting my phone up and running. We went in the store knowing which phone my grandson would be getting. While I waited for him and his mom Lee and the other employee (didnt catch his name) were very friendly. They took the time to go over my bill to make sure Im on the best plan for me. They suggested I pay off my phone since it was so close to the end of the lease, which made sense, and just chit chatted. There was no high pressure selling. An overall good experience. Highly recommend these 2 guys.

If you go to this sprint store, try your best to only be seen by Connor. He knows exactly what hes doing, and he can break it all down to you barney style if youre confused. Connor the new store manager was extremely helpful and informative. I have been with Sprint for many years and he was one of the best representatives I have dealt with. I had tried to sign up for auto pay numerous times and it never worked. He kept working on it and called to let me know it was set up. High employee turn over. Every time I go in there are all new people. Which is weird, because theyre ALL friendly & helpful. However it seems to be very poorly ran. The sales Reps are flat out selling anything to make commission. And when you dont want to add unwanted Service, they refused a service to you because theyre messing up someones commission.!

Let me begin by saying that the store initially was supposed to open at 11am on Sunday, I arrived at 11:30am and the sign said open but the door was locked. I called the number and an employee picked up and said they were having issues with their safe and could not open til 12pm, which seemed suspect to me. My intentions of going to sprint were to add a new line as a first time customer under the Unlimited Kickstart. I was thrown off when we began to start the process when the rep Jordan Black told me that the access fee was $30 but he would waive the fee if I gave him $20 in cash. He told me he knew his managers code and all I needed to do was give him the money so he could waive it or pay the $30 with my card. Then he began the process of putting my sim in the phone and activating the line. This ordeal took around 1 hr to complete, and he was on his phone texting and he received a call on his cellphone all while he was activating my line. I was beginning to get impatient and he then handed me over the phone and let me know that my monthly bill would be $65. He NEVER once asked me what plan I was looking to put on this device but he put the phone under a $70 plan and assumed I would be satisfied. He told me if I wouldve told him from the beginning then he couldve placed the line with that plan and he didnt know how to change a plan after it was complete. I rechecked the estimated monthly bill and it says $91, because he also added insurance, which I DECLINED multiple times as I am bringing over my own device and do not need it. He then called customer service at sprint because he didnt know how to change the plan and pretended to be me as he called the representatives at Sprint. After around 20 minutes on the phone with sprint they told him to call another number and at that point I was so frustrated I told him to just give me my device and I will take care of it myself. I then called sprint and they told me they would try and take care of it and switch my plan for to the sprint unlimited kickstart as my line was just opened (Oct. 6th, 2019) , and they would follow up with me to check if the issue was resolved. I will never be stepping foot in this store, and this was a great reminder of why I have been with verizon for 10 years. This store is a prime example of how to not run a business and I hope sprint comes in to look at they are operating because this experience was abysmal. All I wanted was to give my brother his first phone with service and sprint has ruined that opportunity for me, this was the most frustrating process Ive ever been through.

Went with my wife to upgrade her phone. Walked in and there were maybe 8 employees standing around. Not sure how many were actually on the clock as it felt they were all just there to hang out. When asking about the differences between the iPhone X and XR, we were told the XR has more features and well this one got a virus. When asking about what it would take to combine our accounts, we were told no one could do that there. And after all this, we were still going to upgrade as thats what we came for and during the transaction, the phone she was going to buy was dropped on the ground. At that point, we left. No one there offered any reason to give them our business. Just an all around terrible experience. Dont go here if you expect anyone to assist in a professional way .

Dont do it folks. If you enjoy lack of professional behavior, lack of knowledge and ethics then Sprint and especially this specific location is for you. Ive reported this location to the Better Business Bureau for fraud as well as misrepresentation of products. I went in for one extra phone/line but they offered 2 free hotspots/phones that went with some special. I waited a week or so to get the 2 hotspots they said were free to be delivered to their location from a different Sprint store. When I arrived the team member said they gave me a 3rd hotspot for free. Silly me, I believed them. 16 months later theyve been stealing money from me every month for these so called free hotspots. Ive chatted with Sprint online, over the phone and stopped into this location to discuss this with their team. The team explained to me that I wasnt the only customer that has had this issue. Other customers had come in explaining the same fraudulent activities. The team members blamed it on their old store manager Eric Clemons. However they themselves admitted to being unable to assist me in this unethical situation. I even asked them if it seems like a scam and they agreed. Some of my agreement forms are fraudulently signed with someone elses signature. Dont waste your time and money with Sprint but especially this location. If I do not get a full refund and free and full cancellation of what was done onto me I will be suing. And I will find the other customers whom youve done wrong and have them all sign a petition of wrong doing and make sure this store is shut down.

Wonderful Experience!! Spent about 2 hours with Eric and Maichee after having a HORRIBLE experience with the Roseville store. Eric and Maichee were able to explain EVERYTHING to me and help me fix the mistakes that the Roseville store made. The only reason we are still sprint customers are because of these 2.
