If i could give this place negative stars i would . Very unprofessional, they will sell you cars with the engine light on or cars they know will go out soon for very expensive prices . They tricked me into signing a test drive form when i never test drove the car i financed , 3 weeks after i had the car and made me date it for the date i bought the car , the then text me asking me to test drive a car i already had . weeks later i found out the transmission was going out . I would never finance a car here they will get you a bad deal. i had the car for a month that Shane helped me finance before seeing any paperwork or pay stubs or the actually full down payment he sold me the car anyways , then begged me to come up with actually pay stubs or he would lose his job and i would lose my vehicle and down payment , he caused a lot of stress and drama in my life , he even tried to make me come in with extra money when i had already paid and signed for the car . Long story short don’t go here ever are crooks and only after the money

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a vehicle. We bought a used vehicle here and were NOT offered an extended warranty. In less than a month we discovered the vehicle has a blown head gasket. Very expensive repair, $3,700 and counting. They were not willing to make this right or help in anyway. THIS IS THE STEREOTYPICAL USED CAR DEALERSHIP YOU WANT TO AVOID!!!

I came here looking for a new car. The first car I seen, I knew it was the one I wanted! I decided to buy the car and Chris made everything super easy for me! After I bought the car, the check engine light came on. It was a $600 fix, and Chris made sure to fix it all for free ! And they even made sure I had a loaner car while mine was getting fixed! I highly recommend this dealership. They are super friendly, and care so much about satisfying their customers.

Please do your research on your vehicles BEFORE you buy from here. I just purchased a 2014 chevy equinox from here. Everything was great til at least a week later and the check engine light came on. Went to go get my own diagnostic and it came back that it was the catalytic converter. Talked to Chris he said he would get it fixed for me. Ok great he put me in another car til the issue was fixed. At least 4 days go by and i havent heard about my car it only takes 1 HOUR to replace a converter. I drive up to the dealership and my car is sitting there. I end up driving MY car to THEIR shop to get it fixed because THEIR mechanic couldnt find time to get my car like he said he would. Car ended up being fixed. fast forward to now ive only had this car for a month. The car starts to make a weird humming noise when I accelerate. Called Chris again to get the problem resolved so he tells me to come in. As Im headed to the dealership from work the noise got so loud it sounded like the car was going to explode. Talked to Chris again and his response was dont bring the car here Im not a shop and not repairing it Why the hell would you tell me to bring the car to you if your not paying for repairs??? Ended up calling a friend who is a mechanic and turns out the converter was NOT REPLACED. Also the intake manifold wasnt connected to the converter which is possibly why it made the sound.Called back again and spoke with Shane and he seemed a little more understanding but wasnt getting how frustrating this is. I have been nothing but nice and tried to be understanding about this issue but Im done being nice. Might be looking into lemon law cause this was ridiculous!!!!

Felt rushed and pressured by the sales people. Car had a check engine light the day that I test drove it, Chris promised to fix the check engine light before I purchased the vehicle. After waiting a day they fixed the check engine light, came to pick up the car, drove it for abit and check engine light came back on. Talked to chris about the situation and he said they would take a look at it again which they did and said that they fixed it. After another day the light came back on as if they never did anything. They then said they would order the part to fix my Check engine light and give me a call when they have it.. Never gave me 1 call, I had to repeatedly call them multiple times. They seemed like they did not take my business very seriously. And also they sold me a car that wasnt fully ready to be driven, all spark plugs were bad, oil was dark and burnt... One of the Spark plug gasket seal was torn and leaking oil in the spark plug holes which they shouldve checked before selling any vehicles. Overall terrible experience... Waste of time here... Go else where if you want a good experience and a better vehicle.

They called and said I was approved with a X amount down. I came in with all my documents and put money down to hold the car til the next day when they said come back in the morning and you will be good to go. Had to call them, they gave us the run around. Hours later after coming a hour away... Harry says you been approved but with extra amount down. I refused and wanted my money back. He was rude and refused to give my documentation back! Never again will I go there! I went to Kia same day and got approved for an amazing car with barely any miles for cheaper and lower down payment. Dealership is not recommend at all!

My beloved 2005 Impala finally kicked the bucket. It was time to get a new car. I was super nervous cause it has been a long time since I had to shop for a used car. Hi, I wanted to make buyers BEWARE I have never felt so frustrated and mad in my life. I called Autos Online about a truck they had and what I was trading in. Sent pics of my truck, we came to a rough agreement. I drove 4 hours and then they jacked the price up to OVER DOUBLE what we had spoken about!!! The vehicle I unfortunately purchased was a Limited Edition which was supposed to have a high dollar radio system, but I found out when I got it home that it was manufactured in Canada. The Canada version Limited doesnt have the same features as an American made. They NEVER once mentioned it!!! When I called them the next day they said you bought it AS IS and as a buyer I should of checked that. Ok who in their life has ever checked a used vehicle if it was made in Canada. I wouldnt even know how to check. Kris the manager was NO HELP. Led me on to think they would get me a new radio only to find that USA radio isnt compatible with Canada made. Called back to see what they would do and no refund, no trade back......Kris said well we dont have to tell you where its made we buy lots from CANADA. Beware all parts arent the same. Very sad when you spend over $26,000 and get treated this way. Please feel free to contact me and Ill give you the sad truth about this so called car lot. For so many bad reviews their score should be a lot lower. They must not allow these to count against their score. Again dishonesty

Autos Online took my car in and fixed the problem as promised when the problem didnt fix itself. They made a promise, they kept it. Everyone beware of buying anything from this outfit , poor salesmanship, poor customer service, no call backs, theyre lot mechanic/detailer is a joke, was told I couldnt speak to the owner and had to deal with Kris who is a awful salesman, theyre 110 so called Inspection is a joke .. Ive already put in 3k into something not even 3 wks old!

We purchased what we were told was A good reliable car for our 16 year old daughters 1st car. Granted it was a 2001 Alero, so it is older. Well, Day 1) No skid plate underneath protecting the wiring so when the 16 year old was driving, the car stalled out when driven through a small puddle. Had to be towed. Brought it to AutosOnline Service Center, he said try to find or build a skid plate. Couldnt find one. Brought it to a different place, put dielectric grease over the wiring, FIXED! 2 days later SERVICE ENGINE INDICATOR came on. Air Conditioning went out! Had to get recharged, also a leaky hose for radiator needed to be replaced. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks later while the 16 year old girl was driving, the Alternator went went out, car dead approximately 20 miles from home. Had to be towed again! Replaced Alternator. Last night while the 16 year old was driving home the Steering Column SNAPPED! The Steering wheel literally spins and spins, tires do not turn. Car needs to be towed again! She is EXTREMELY LUCKY that she did not get in an accident. So much for a reliable car. Thanks Autos Online for everything you have done...to put the fear of god into a 16 year old girl. We are going to fix this piece of $&!? again, but she is afraid to drive it. Thanks so much😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Purchased a vehicle which I had problems with the very first night. Long story short I needed to replace the starter. I had reached out for help multiple times and the staff were horrible at getting back to me. 30 days after numerous attempts to speak with someone on the issues I was experiencing I finally got time with the owner Harry which helped settle some of the expenses that I had in repairs. However I had to go through SO many loop holes to get to that point, not to mention the hours at work that were lost and the 3 occasions of being stalled. I suggest that this business hires a customer representative to help handle customer concerns.

I was in a very difficult situation, and in need of a good reliable car. I went to Fridley Auto Online after already having two or 3 bad expiriences with large dealerships. My sister had referred me as she bought two cars here, and I have to admit, I was skeptical of a smaller dealership since I was so unfamiliar with the process. These guys were WONDERFUL and helped me along every step of the way! I was SHOCKED at how many awesome vehicles they had on their lot, and I found at least 5 I was interested in. They were able to get me financed and taken care of with a 2014 Kia Soul and personally held my hand every step of the way. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle who wants to deal with honest, trustworthy salesmen! Jerry, Harry, Brian and Jason were awesome to work with, and I will definitely be going there next time Im in the market for a car!

By far the most rude, and unprofessional customer service. I go there to look at the cars first and see what they would offer for my car (trade in value) one of the salesman comes out of the door with the most pushy attitude I have sen in long time. Not only that, he acted like I was of inconvenience to him or like I was wasting his time. They dont deserve a penny at all. Horrible customer service, when I say horrible, I mean HORRIBLE, as well as overpriced cars. If all the dealerships closed in MN and this was the only one I would rather bike when its below 40 outside than deal with them, thats how unpleasant my experience with them was.
