I normally dont leave reviews, but I couldnt help myself with this one. I came into the store last week and was immediately greeted with the friendliest of hellos. I originally came in to look at shower chairs for my elderly father and ended up also looking at lift chairs and compression socks. Both ladies, I believe their names were Abby and Jackie were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When the time comes for me to finally get the ok from dad he wants a lift chair this is the only place I will be coming to. Thank you for the great experience and for being patient with all of the questions I asked.

Please dont go to this place for prescription tight high compression socks. 1st of all they dont measure you correctly . Abby doesnt known what shes doing. I went back 2 days later told her she didnt measure right she didnt care. The store management Gus and people at main office say they will take care of it with my insurance and call me back . Well they didnt call back its been a month now. Thats very rude. I need the socks Im in pain and prescription compression socks are not cheap and they should have respect to call me back and got ahold of insurance company like they said.

Save yourself a headache and dont buy from these people. When they called to set up my appointment I said that if I had to pay for a new machine because of the recall out my pocket, I would buy a travel sized machine. When I actually went to my appointment Jackie came out with a regular machine and when I questioned her about the travel one she told me that she talked to my insurance company yesterday and that they would pay a 10 month rental as long as I used it 70% of the time Which I happened to use it 97% of the time and after 10 months I would own it. She said my one time cost would be $149.53. I repeatedly asked her if this was a one time charge only. She said yes. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill in the mail for $366.64. When I called Jackie she told me to call billing. So did.They told me that my delivery ticket was only an estimate. It did not say estimate on there. .I think they say whatever they need to just to get sale. I want the travel one if Im paying. I fele like they swindled

Came to this location seeking a small part for a cpap I purchased from chm. Waited a few min longer than I would normally expect with one other customer in the building...just to be given a simple no...isnt this what you sell?...nice customer service...purchased what I needed on amazon...

I have purchased 2 mobility scooters in the last 5 years from them and have been very pleased with them and the service I received! I highly recomend them. Only thing I wish was that they had later hours or were opened on Saturday. I have to take time off from to go there.

They have great customer service representatives! I have been getting services from them for a few years. Always very professional and courteous.

Chased us out because in their diagnosis we didnt need a motorized wheelchair. Fine. I guess our physician doesnt know best but these salesmen do.Edit: Im not sure that you understand, our insurance approved it. You clearly never gave us a chance to even say that, given the tirade. Well be fine.

I went in to get a knee brace for an upcoming trip where I will be doing A LOT of walking. The first person who helped me pointed out which one she used and would be best for airport travel, getting on and off easily, if needed. She had to go deal a meeting or vendor (or something) and had another sales person help me with sizing. Well she measured me then proceeded to sell me the wrong brave. When I tried to bring it back (only took out of the box to look at and realized it WAS NOT the same one the first person suggested, didn’t have the actual “bracket or brace to it”, I was told I couldn’t return it cuz it’s a “skin on skin”. I t was taken out of the box...never worn. That is horrible way to do business! I now have a $55 knee brace that I won’t ever use! All because the sales rep sold me the incorrect one and I can’t return it. Never go here if you can help it!
