I needed to take a covid test for work, and never received my results- I even did a rapid test and it’s been almost 24 hours now and I haven’t received my results. Really disappointed

Great employees and they have a little of everything.

I have been shopping at Walgreens for years but I always had bad experience but today was my worst experience .in every retail why they hire customer service associates is to answer questions and help the customers but here is different I had a lady at the register who yelled at me when I asked her a question and also a tall guy who was working in the shelf told me I dont know go and figured it out by yourself. Really? is that how you talk to a customer who pays money?. Unfriendly, rude unprofessional and Horrible associates. they know nothing about business. I spent a lot of money here and I regret that . I like some of their products but I will try maybe another location not this one.

Excellent fast and polite and well they were extremely friendly. When you treat others well they treat you well. Sometimes you just have to understand humans make mistakes too. I hope anyone that did not get the service I got went to the manager immed. If not shame on you and posting a bad review when you did not try to resolve things is really on you. For the person who did not get the nylons I am sorry for your loss. Checking the bag can help and so can following up right away. Anyone can have a bad day, and the Walgreens cannot improve if you do not tell them what went wrong.

Went to the drive thru pharmacy. Service were poor and made me wait 30 mins before even asking me what I was there for

It took four times of calling, a person by name), on the paging system for someone to come to the photo department. The young guy that came, finally, was the same person that was flirting with another employee in the shampoo isle I had just come from. It was irritating enough having them playing around in the isle I had been in, trying to read the back of boxes. I was there to pick up a picture on canvas. The picture turned out awful!! Color was all distorted and canvas wasnt pull tight on the board,..so it was really wavy! DONT have a picture put on canvas there!!!! The entire experience at this Walgreens was really disappointing!

I wonder why this location has only 2 rating??!! I think because this is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with in my life. Very horrible pharmacy staff. Pharmacist is very rude and very disrespectful. I thought the pharmacy technician will be better ,but I found out all of them worst than others. This location should be closed or staff changed or I will be the first to take u to court.

Back up manager with salt/pepper hair, beard and mustache; is on the chubby side is INCREDIBLY rude. Couldnt see name tag because he turned it around. He made fun of me because I couldnt see the pad to finish my transaction because I had forgotten my glasses. My up close vision is very bad, he then proceeded to put his hand in front of his face making fun of how i couldnt see in front of my face mocking me. Horrible excuse of a person and shouldnt be working with people. He needs to be mucking out horse stalls. I have to go into that store due to medications, but, when he is working, I turn around and walk right back out again and try again the next day. I even said to him Did you really just say that to me?? You are out of your ever lovin mind!!! The man behind me was so nice and stood up for me as well towards him. That man needs to be FIRED!!!

They never have prescriptions ready on time, they dont let you know when a prescription is delayed or needs approval, and half the pharmacy staff is pretty rude. The other half is really quite nice (you know who you are :) ). The rest of the store is wonderful which is why I didnt give it even fewer stars. They use to be pretty good but for the last 6 months its been pretty bad. They always say the same thing, we are really swamped right now well if your ALWAYS swamped then you need to hire either more or more efficient staff. Update: changed to 1 star after they have repeatedly claimed to send refill requests to the doctors whom never receive them.

Not one time has a Rx been ready when it is supposed to be. Twice it was “forgotten” to be ordered after they told me they were out. A few friendly techs but I would rather have my prescriptions on time.

Bought a bottle of mucinex dm max to come home and find it was already opened with an inch of liquid missing. Absolutely disgusting. 17 dollars down the drain.

My mother in law went in to buy a pair of nylons quick before a funeral. She didnt look inside the package because she doesnt work for Walgreens like I do. When she came home she discovered the package was empty and started crying on this already stressful day for her. I then tried to call there and speak to the manager but was hung up on. I ended up having to go back in there myself showing I was also a Walgreens employee in order to get a refund. This was the worst experience and the rudest customer service Ive ever had. I can gladly say I am not a part of this store.

Very rude, terrible customer service. Never have perscription on time even when I call 2 weeks in advance. When they dont have entire order dont offer to get rest from another location. Like Ive been offered at other locations. Mela you were rude and doesnt do a great job at your job. My son needs this to help with his weight. They dont care. Im going elsewhere.

This Walgreens pharmacy is a big joke. Theyve shorted me on meds before. The website is a joke. Ill get an email saying my meds are ready then delayed. Ill get a bunch of emails for the same meds. All I need is one email with accurate info. Called last Tuesday to see if my meds were ready & they said yes. Went to pick them up & they were not, although they did have meds ready for me that I technically shouldnt get til next week. Not happy having to drive there so many times when they say my stuff is ready and never is. Never had issues with CVS. Maybe CVS should train Walgreens how to run their pharmacies more efficiently. Definitely wont ever use this pharmacy again!

Matt helped transfer Rx’s from two different Walgreens out of state while on road trip and updated our insurance information - all over the phone with our loud sick children in the background. Thank you!!

Try not to buy anything here, especially if its near closing. Youll totally inconvenience the not so helpful or polite women gatekeepers that are working here. I had to wait ten minutes for help, then a manager comes up to me and asks me if Im almost done, because they are closing. Rude.

The pharmacy never has my medications on time and when I call about why they are taking so long I am returned with rudeness and confusion by the pharmacy. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is a joke! Only decent person working there is Jacob.

Id have to say this is the worse place Ive been to yet. The employees are very rude and when you ask for help finding stuff u get a rude response
