They made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase by walking me through the process. I have had my Jacuzzi spa for 3 months and use it every night after work to relax and unwind. No other Spa dealer in Fresno will treat you like family as Natalie and Bavette did. Whenever I have a question regarding my spa, they are both so helpful and don’t make me feel like a burden as other local spa places have. When it is time to buy a Spa, no need to look anywhere else. This is the only place I will go for my jacuzzi needs! I did not buy a jacuzzi from them (got one second-hand), but my goodness! The team at this store really treats you like family no matter if youve bought 0 or 50 spas from them. They are so helpful when you need more supplies or have questions with the care/maintenance. When we are ready to upgrade youll bet we will be buying from here. Until then, I will enjoy getting all of my supplies and tips from them!

Honestly Bavette and Natalie are Awesome. They always come through. I have recommended there business to at least a dozen clients and everyone one has walked out and stayed happy! They are honest , reliable and are great working with. I’ve had clients purchase an off brand spa that was initially cheaper from someone else. I fell in love with my jacuzzi the first time the high powered jets came on and after hearing the roar from the killer stereo system!!! But what actually sold it was the outstanding customer service from the super beautiful Bavette that charmed her way into our hearts while displaying this masterpiece of a spa!!! I give her 5 stars!

More than a year ago, my wife and I came across Natali & Bavette at a garden show. We liked the products they were selling but were unsure at that time whether we wanted to commit to buying anything. They informed us that if we put $100 down we could hold the discounted price for up to a year while we considered our options, and if at any time we decided it wasnt the route to take, they would refund our money.We contacted their store many months later, after careful consideration, and was informed they would refund our down payment. Unfortunately that never happened. My wife even called and no luck.Therefore, buyers beware if any promises are made on discounts if down payments are paid up front. Im afraid you may run into the same issue as us.

First time hot tub owner (Jacuzzi brand purchased off craigslist). Bavette spent a considerable amount of her time to walk me through how to setup and maintain our new tub. She also navigated the complicated parts catalog to get me the hard-to-find replacement jets for me. Ill be relying on their store for all of our supplies and will be the first place I go for an upgrade (check out their Jacuzzi-for-Life program).
