Repeatedly told me the air conditioning unit was condemned and needed to be replaced, but for some reason their home office showed the unit as fine and they simply did nothing instead, not evening telling me they had changed their minds.When I tried to get to the bottom of it, they said I couldnt see into the appliance because it was like a kidney (whatever that means). They claimed the issue could only be diagnosed by the symptoms.But then, less than an hour later, they provided a photograph of the inside of my AC, that they claim was taken when their repairman was here, and that they say proves my AC unit isnt damaged. The photo had been cropped and scrubbed of its meta data.They are willing to lie and do so very badly.

I had Josh Green with Energy Smart install a 10ft x13ft Solar patio cover on June 26th. The crank left to open and close the shutters was 4ft, after the installation I was told a 5ft crank was available that they would provide. After 9 different e-mails, numerous phone calls and just as many excuses, I am still left short. I researched cranks on line Lowes sells them for about $50.00. After some attempts and many hours of hard work to fix my AC the company tech declared my AC as officially no longer repairable. This Moe is aware of this problem but for some unknown reason, this monster reported to my insurance that my AC is running fine and that there is nothing wrong with it. How on earth a normal person can do that! For over a month now my family is suffering from heat in our house because this false report and no one is replacing my AC up to this moment. This monster is callous and arrogant and defenitely abusive. He maltreated me and my family by making us suffer in heat with fresno on 100+ degrees everyday..He will get what he deserve eventually. I think the company is good it is just this monster Moeis controlling everthing so it makes the company look bad. He needs to be kick out or he will ruin the company.
