I went in to ask how much my necklace was worth and they were so honest and sincere. They were giving me suggestions on where to go if I wanted a good price and they told me how much I should expect from other stores and to decline if I was offered anything lower. I just felt so taken care of.

Very genuine down-to-earth people own and run this shop. Weve had jewelry that we thought was real and we had jewelry that we thought was fake and they helped us identify which was which and ended up getting more money then expected. I went to Gold Exchange a few weeks ago after having read all of the positive reviews. The owner is very friendly and sociable. I sold a 18K Gold braclet that weighed over 6 grams for $120. I asked what the price per gram was and he talked around the question stating he generous and gave me a bit more to make it an even $120. I had already made the sale so I didnt feel I could take the bracelet back. I called around after the fact and DO NOT feel like it was a fair deal and I was told buy other Fresno gold buyers a price of over $24 a GRAM. I would not recommend this business and will NOT go back.
