Time dump. I went looking for a particular piece of equipment and found it. The customer service rep said that they would send me a proposal with a 10% discount on the Hoist product. He sent one with a 5% discount. Then tried for a 7.5%, then finally sent one with the 10%, but complained it was coming out of his commission. He is apparently no longer there, so I called back. It has been a while. But they will not honor the 10%. Everyone was nice enough, the equipment seems to be quality. But there should be more integrity with the CSR honoring the price. Also, some understanding that it was their CSR that cost me time, effort, and lacked the integrity to follow through. Disappointing.
