Store is unorganized and over priced. A pack of 30 pack of mask cost $16 when you can go to Walmart and buy a pack of 50 for 6-12 bucks. Which seems more reasonable. Gotta wait in line for a good while because there is only one register open.

This is ridiculous place to shop they always have things in their circular that they never have in stock their cashiers are ignorant and do not know how to apply or use their own coupons through their own app. The store is ALWAYS messy and dirty out of stock on lots of things they promote in their sales ad for products they dont even have or carry if you ask for help everyone is clueless and look at one another in shock like a deer in headlights do not shop here this is not worth the headaches or the time I will never be back to this store and I do not recommend it to anyone I wish they would have let it stay a Save Mart the cashiers were smarter then and the store was more organized to be honest I think I will just take my business to the Save Mart located on Ashlan and West from now on. Its only a 2 minute drive from this dump they always have items in stock if not they will give you a rain check the store is clean and organized and the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Your employees are stealing. Went in to grab some detergent. There were more than 10bags of the pods cut open on the bottom like from a box cutter and then filled up with store ads to make it look like. All the pods left on the shelf were filled like that. There are no signs that said you take it to the front to get a real one. I can see that to prevent stealing. Also the little plastic thing when the alarm goes off doesnt work.

I like to shop at Dollar General Market stores but I cant give the Dollar General Market Home Office over 3 stars because their *****Pay🔄📶scanner/reader hasnt apparently worked in over 2 months at my favorite market and I had to leave the bagged groceries behind causing someone double work. Happened again at the store at Bullard/Miniwaawaa after I had inquired prior to checking out.Corporate needs to get them up and working if they want my steady business.

Shop their everyday . They have a great selection of everyday household items . The neighborhood isnt great but thats not their fault . Just lock your car when heading inside . Just to be safe .

Who me? Review dollar general? No.no no. NO NO. It is good...reallllly good. ...i get to wake up, at 4am..and walk right inside..and make some soup! It is the best- I love it. I sleep alone...all of my life...it is FANTASTIC!!

This one and the one in clovis are the only two Dollar General Markets in the Fresno/Clovis area which has a small market on one side of the store that provides a small variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and a pretty good variety of the regular grocery food items you may find yourself needing to grab for dinner. And then of course, theres the regular essentials that you would see at any other Dollar General. Employees are pretty helpful and nice here also, and pretty Coupon friendly that I can tell from the many times Ive visited.

A good place to go for little items or quick in and out. Sometimes the line is long and they take a long time to get someone else to help. Only a few employees are friendly. The parking lot always has broken glass on it and trash.

Can get simple groceries from there without a big fuss and some simple clothes too!! Nothing too fancy, things to wear while sitting home...

So first off i would like to say im big fan because im homeless and some of this is very affordable for me since i live in a box. a slight issue is that ive seen lots of robberies that i never report cuz i dont really care if they get robbed there security was terrible anyways. one issue is they never have what im looking for so pls make your selection bigger because im getting really ticked off.sincerely, homless guy from the streets

They carry Texas Pete hot sauce, Im from t he east coast and its not in most stores. I was happy when I found it at this store.

I go here seriously only because one of only grocery stores in area. To be honest its always something here one time couldnt use the shopping cart another they didnt have bags for couple shopping trips they boxed my things only to have everything fall out the bottom because box wasnt taped, they dont always honor coupons because register isnt set up to accept and make sure you pay attention to sales prices and actual price ring up especially with meat price per pound sales because wont ring up correctly. All in all if i had vehicle i would just go to a different store. And this one on fruit and mckinley is supposed close at ten but usually dont let anyone in after 9:30. Its not all stores that are like this only experienced issues with this one.

I have to say that I am sometimes hard to please. However, Kila was the lady that waited on me and she had excellent customer service skills. I am very pleased. and look forward to shopping here in the future.

For a smaller size store with low prices, it has a surprisingly large selection of goods. As normal now a days, a mask is required to enter. The doors are often locked so as to control the number of shoppers in the store at any particular time.

First of all, when I showed up there was no one at the registers. Me and a few others waited about 5 minutes to be helped with our purchase.I Never asked for a bag, but the cashier charged me for one anyways. I always put a few items in my tot when I am shopping. If I could give zero stars I would. I didnt know the cashiers name, but the cashier had blue eyes and light hair. I know its only ten cents, but its the principle of it. It only takes a few seconds to ask a customer if they need a bag... And because of customer service, I will take my money elsewhere.

They have this new security system that is a recording that every 2 minutes you hear some type of warning that they caught you and that you cant leave the store and return the items and make it seem like it is just so uncomfortable I do not like it!

To grab something quick. This market is o.k but they really need to clean up the place.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. Its always clean, friendly and helpful employees( a couple employees do not have the friendly helpful attitude within) but time will tell...over that its a great store and close by.

It was kool helpful staff, some shelves were lacking but in a time such as this covid 19 it is expected.

The only gripe I have here is;The carts are not sanitized, no wipes to clean it. I dont know whos dirty hands last touched thus cart.did they wash hands after they did their stuff.The worker there she didnt care,your job is on the line if this place closes .You cant trust a place that cant insure your safety from any firms of pandemics !!!

Not a big variety of brands, but helpful if you need perhaps some eggs or milk. Pretty much simple items. But sometimes the lines get pretty long. It seems like no one likes to help at the registers.

This place is messy and everything I intended to purchase wasnt even on stock. Prices are ok.

The prices seem decent until you realize the actual amount of product is reduced to portions that are actually more expensive than vons or save mart. Usually clean. Also usually packed with only one register open. Check out usually takes from 10 to 30 min depending on how many items the silver haired granny has and how quickly she can sign her name because she still writes check. Or how much conversation the checkout girl with lip ring, tattoo and oversized eyelash wings has to have with the other employee that always seems to be on break.

I found Pizza pockets here!! Staff is friendly and I enjoy going here instead of a bigger store. You can be in and out in minutes.

The staff greet you when you walk in. Store is clean and well stocked with so many items. I love to browse. I go to this store when I dont have time to drive to a big store like Wal-Mart because their prices arent bad.

It stays open until 11pm because sometimes customers arent done shopping so they really close at 10 but wait until the last customer is out and now thats old school customer service thats how it use to to be now a days this generation will not show the initiative and go that extra mile for the customer sometimes he will have that door closed and locked 15 minutes before closing time not one minute before not one minute after toll thank-you Dollar general for showing for showing customers how you feel an offering that customer service and going that extra mile

Dollar general convenient affordable store. The guy that was running the front cash reg. was very funny. I picked up a case of waters and some fruits was very cheap but good quality. Highly recommend this store.

The lines can get ridiculously long. I dont understand they stores have lots of cash registers but only have 1 or 2 people working at them. I can usually find what Im looking for and its well stocked. The customer is decent, I never had bad service. The strangest thing I witnessed was when two of the staff were arguing over near the pet section.When it comes to pricing, lots of their stuff is marked up ridiculously. I recommend only getting their stuff thats only on the weekly ad if you want good deals.

Dollar General was the best in the west had $40 dollars worth of groceries wouldnt take my Hundred dollar bill.. Were not taking Hundred bills right now.. Ok I w went to smart an final went further out yet they cashed my bill!! That Dollar Gen not worth the wait plus there always empty.

My family likes this store its convenient when we forgot to get something its nearby. Staff is okay. The managers need to share knowledge of a person having a service animal and what questions can be asked. It is not required to show proof of a service animal.

It seems Dollar General is actually getting better items in their inventory.6 months ago the clerks were not helpful and could be somewhat confrontational , especially the revolving door of managers. Now,the store seems to be telling up.No more trash littering the parking lot and so far no one at the door begging for money. Great job!

This store is great for pretty much anything that you need! They have a great variety of foods and toiletries and such. I get a lot of things here because it is really close to my house and convenient to shop here! The employees here are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this store!

I really do love shopping here. They have very nice employees. They pick up a conversation with you all the time. They have a good variety of items as well. They arent the cheapest on some items but they always have good deals.

This is a tiny store that has managed to squeeze so many things into one spot. Dont expect a grocery store but you might get more than you actually did expect. Theres toys, produce, a small freezer section, pantry items, toiletries, pet food and lots more. They dont have many specialty items but there is definitely a lot here to choose from. Theres also a lot of food/snacks for just $1-$2!

Somebody threw up on the floor and they wiped it up with a cheap spray and a rag. How about a mop??? Smelled funky and I stepped in it. Heard employees being profane. Ghetto area. The only reason this isnt a one star review is because some of the staff is cool.

Customer service could improve. Meat quality too. But the prices are reasonable. And for a small market they carry a little of everything including...baby,health and beauty,pets,stationary,toys,household!
