Excellent customer service! When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, shopped around for awhile employees asked me if I needed any help. Employees let me know what the store policy was on my purchased items. Would recommend this place for something cute and affordable!

The clothes are cute, which is unfortunate because the customer service is the worst weve ever experienced. They claim to have a seven day refund policy because dressing rooms are closed due to Covid restrictions. What they wont tell you, and what isnt posted on their signs, is that this policy does not extend to dresses. Dresses are only eligible for store credit, which is only good for 60 days. We were given absolutely no explanation as to why, and as can be seen in picture, this policy is clearly not posted. They couldnt even look us in the eye as they went back on their word.
