Greg and his crew did exactly what I wanted and that was tinting of the driver and passenger door windows to block out UV light and heat. I was told it would take 2 1/2 - 3 hours but my car was ready in less than 2 1/2 hours.Price was more than reasonable, the work professional. Very satisfied.Greg put in a new stereo in my Harley 5 yrs ago and I was very pleased then too! I highly recommend Stereo 1 for your audio needs and window tinting of your vehicle.

First of all Greg is a stand up guy! I called him on a recommendation from a friend to get my car windows tinted, and he did not disappoint. Took my car in the same day. I went to this place today wanting to change out my old alarm with a new one because I was having issues with my old arming and disarming with remote. I explained this to the worker and all I got was a bunch of excuses why his place shouldnt replace my alarm. Very bad service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I took my truck to another place that had no problem replacing my alarm plus checking my stereo system. Replacing my amplifier too. This place just missed out on 1000 dollar sale.So in reply to your response to my review I explained it clearly to you that my truck sits In my garage alot which results in the battery dying!!! I also Never told you that my truck had electrical issues. Everything I mentioned had to do with my alarm not working correctly. There is no reason for me to go get my electrical checked on my truck before getting my alarm replaced. You could have just simply stated that you could do the work but would not be responsable for any other issue with my truck. You just started mentioning that what if your work comes to you and tells you that my heater is not working now. What does that have to do with anything I said to you about my alarm? Look I have been doing customer service for over 20 yrs. The way you spoke to me yesterday was not good customer service. I just felt that you didnt want to help me. Honestly I was shocked by the way you were talking to me. Like if I was stupid. I wish you all the success with your business. Maybe you were just having a bad morning.

Greg is an Honest man! His service tech analyzed my Uncle’s Truck and gave us their honest opinion about how to move forward. It was cheaper going their suggestion!

Greg and Victor did a fairly complex install (adding a Sirius receiver to a new deck plus two cameras) that had a lot of small details and they nailed it. I asked for one adjustment on the Sirius antenna and had them replace a USB port is supplied and they made the adjustment happily and for free. Great stereo install!

Good installation, reasonable price.... BUT.... be very careful with any of these independent shops and the people they hire. They know your car, they have your keys, and like a dummy you left your registration in the glove box, so they know your address. A year later they will come in the middle of the night and steal back the very product that they sold you! It happened to me... youve been warned...

Didnt know much about car speakers. The owner came out and see what I had in the car. He quickly came up with what I needed, and I didnt question him. Got the speakers installed, and Im impressed by the speakers he sold me. My car sounds much more improved.

When I purchased my car back in 2001 stereo 1 tinted all my windows which included a lifetime warranty.Just this past week I went back to have them redone, unsure if the warranty would still be honored after so many years or if there might be some sort of fee to remove the old tint but there was no hassle or out-of-pocket expense all I needed was my receipt which I had & they did the rest. I give them 5 stars because once again Im so pleased with their work.

I had my windows tinted here. They did a great job on the tint. I was also impressed with how quickly they got my job done. The work was flawless. My only issue was that they would not tint my windows darker then 35%. Greg cited a liability issue. However I would have been willing to sign a waiver of liability. I completely understand that in California there is no legal tint for the front windows but that is a risk/liability I was willing to take. However I appreciate Greg’s honesty and concern. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The noise is to loud and I cant watch my tv without turning up my volume on my tv.Have some consideration for others and if my windows break you will be responsible for fixing them.

After reviewing Yelp reviews I decided to try this establishment out. I was pleased with all phases. The owner was pleasant and very friendly and listened to my desires.The installer was most helpful. I really connected with him. The installation was done top notch. I am going back for a window tint soon.I recommend this establishment to everyone.

My coworker told me to come here to have my windows tinted...and I did, the work so far being almost a week its looking real good, the price was really cheap for my 05 Chevy Malibu rear windshield ($80) compared to other places ($120-$160) in Fresno, even on the streets people were saying ($60). The only reason I didnt give a 5 star was because I had dropped off my car around 10:30 and was told only 1 car was ahead of me and it turned out to be an all day thing, a total of 6 hours and never received a call letting me know they were done, I actually had to go a drive over to see if they were done...other than that it was good for me, price was unbeatable
