Here first I would like to say sorry to an employee I think hes Mexican but he has tattoos all over his arm, and when I found them the second time I was telling him that he was wrong because I was asking everybody if they knew if there was those big humongous umbrellas that you guys were selling for for $4.97 or $5.20 something which I bought one and two of your employees told me that you guys werent selling no more and I asked another one that was with this gentleman and I suddenly thought it was this first guy that Im telling you that has tattoos but it wasnt him I was around him and he was talking to a lady and for me not to be rude I didnt talk to him but I talked to this other gentleman that was talking to this other gentleman thats why I told the first one that it was him. Sorry again

As far as finding what you need concerned and helpful employees its a great place to shop great savings

Found what i w a s looking for and its very easy to find a worker if you need help

If employees would smile would make it a better experience. Also if the stocking would happen when customers arent shopping it would be helpful because carts do not fit between the boxes and the employees and other shoppers plus its quite a hazard. Prices seem a little bit high as well and the garden we need the bit attending to the flowers and plants seem to be dry and not so beautiful

There werent any employees around to help out, but the garden ok lday was very nice.

If I can give a 0 star I would, we were going to buy a refrigerator and we got to the appliance section and no one was there. So I took a picture of the price and went to customer service and was told that they dont know how to order there. She told me to go back to the appliance dept and she will call the manager or the lady that is asign there. Waited for 15-20 minutes and the sales associate came and did not even acknowledge us and just got on the phone and put her hand up and turn her back on me and walk away. This is not acceptable, we are going to spend money here and get treated like this, we may consider going to the competition if your customer service continues to decline.

Great place to go for home improvements but I wish we had more customer service there when customers have questions

They have everything that I needed on my list so I was able to stop at one spot without burning all over town prices werent bad and then the employee employees were friendly and very helpful would I recommend this place yes would I go back definitely like I like some of the stuff that they had in there I would never be able to find it anywhere else or if I didnt know exactly what it was I needed all I had to do is describe what I need and they were helpful that way too and all in all its a very good store I gave it two thumbs up

It was very disappointing.went to buy a washer and dryer cause mine gave out..only to wait about 20 mints for a person to come to the appliance department after being called 3 times. Then Only to be told that all appliances are not kept at the store but have to be shipped and it would take up to 2 weeks for delivery..well i was in need of these products yesterday..not 2 wks from now..i believe these products are to be kept at the store for urgent needs. It would be nice for some one to be more organized as the costmers needs. Thank you...

Home Depot I wish I can give you a -0*but I can’t because I had such a bad experience with them I went there to get the rent truck and they told me yeah go head and pick up your stuff and we will hold for you then I came back with a Lots of cabinets and they said no someone else reserve the truck by online then I talk to the lady there manager and she said OK We will find for you some old truck but they were just playing games they have nothing in stock and I bought almost $3000 stuff and I hold for the three days again doesn’t make sense if you’re running big stores like this you need to be know what do you have in stocks or not

Today I went to The Home Depot on 4864 East Kings Canyon Road in Fresno, CA to purchase a new Propane Tank. When I arrived there, I asked Athena how to go about purchasing one. Athena was professional, friendly and led me straight to Jasmine whole she was getting things set for me.The cashier Jasmine was also friendly, professional and assisted me with fast and courteous service. Both these young ladies are exceptional employees and demonstrate the type of customer service and treatment that customers look for and appreciate. Even after they helped me, I watched them both help other customers with the same zeal and attentiveness they gave me. Such continuity is rare in employeesThey are both the type of employees that cause customers to come back. My profession is in human resources. My feelings are that both of these young ladies should be honored, given a bonus or receive a raise for their excellent customer service

Need more competent staff that understand that u dont pull out cell phones when on the clock as well understand. that if you do have your phone out that ad soon as. a. customer needs help put the phone down amd help

Theres was no one to help me in appliances I had go hunt someone down and wnd I found a young lady she was absolutely wonderful. Thats why you got to keep sales reps around in departments not like working in 2s and they look at you like dont ask me anything. But this young lady made for it.

Everything I need I found in a minute. Was in and out fast. Cashier was very friendly and lovely.

Online said they had the a certain item I needed. I went there and the employees couldn’t find the item for me.The items need to be stored in their proper areas so customers can easily access them or see them.One employee came in halfway helping before he abandoned us and we had to chase him down.This is the second time I went here and they recommend me to go to another Home Depot.Either get your stocking correct or hire new folks whom are willing to stock items in the right places and not just walk around looking busy.Get your online quantities correct and stop wasting good folks time.Thank you for your time.

Store is always a mess and most always doesnt have what I came for. 4 out of 5 times I find myself driving all the way to Clovis to get a simple pvc fitting. Thankfully that had the 2 couplings I needed this time.

We bought a stove. Unfortunately, we had issues with it due to damagel, poor communication, and unprofessional delivery men.But eventually, we had it installed and are now happy with our product.The first 2 deliveries seemed unprofessional and lazy.We spoke to Robin, assistant manager, and she tried her best to make the situation bearable.In the end, two young men delivered and installed our stove very professionally. Then Robin compensated us for our time and trouble.So, even though we had to wait almost 6 weeks to finally get our stove, the help we recieved through Robin and the GE personnel was very appreciated.

Try to remember to bring your truck but if not u can fit alot in the backseat even a tree lol🤣🤣🤣

I spent 1,000 dollars yesterday and waited a hour and 1/2 for someone to help me load my truck. Finally said if I dont get help cancel this order and credit my account. My purchases was loaded in 10 minutes.Lowes is looking better!

Alittle crazy busy, messy...nuts and bolts spilled on the floor and mixed up together, no help in that department on the floor... .Gardiner dept was very nice.... pretty flowers and plants, shrubs lots of supplies, fertilizers, tools and other products .the long lines at cashiers made customers aggressive and rude it was difficult to know where to get into which line.

No flat bed carts and no one could or would help me!!!

This home Depot has been ok for me after moving into the neighborhood. I bought my washer and dryer here and the lady let me know things were going on sale over the weekend so I was able to come back the next day and save over $200.

This home depot here never disappoints when it comes to finding what you need went In there for some gasoline for my chainsaw along with gallon gas containers, and organic copper fungicide for my grapes 🍇. The staff stocking the aisles are friendly until you go to the cashiers and try to hand them your debit card then they turn all rude like sheesh

Always my go to store when doing home remodels and outdoor gardening they always have what I need and if they dont they will order it for you and either have it shipped to you or pickup in the store.

Ive purposely shopped at Lowes because everytime I used to go to Home Depot the floor people were either non-existent or just gave off a bad attitude of theyre doing me a favor by helping me. So after years of not going there, I was compelled due to geographics to visit the Fresno Home Depot on Kings Canyon to get some paint and supplies. Seems nothing has changed. Had to wait a while just to get helped and the lady that helped me sure was rude and seems to just want to get back to what she was doing other than helping me.Another lessened learned.

This store has everything from garden to appliances.

The staff was being helpful, and was easy to talk to. Told me where things were, and if they didnt carry it.Its helpful to know that, so your time isnt wasted looking in vain.

Horrible experience. I came from texas to do a job here in fresno and i bought two pallets of concrete but i had an issue with the forklift driver because she said she couldn’t fit two pallets on there and told me to come back for the second one. It doesn’t make sense because this is a 14,000lb trailer and ita useless if i have to come back for a second pallet. I told her we could use a piece of 2x12 that i had to push the first pallet in but she said it was a safety hazard and she was rude the whole time and ignored me when i talked to her. I am not deiving off with two pallets with all the weight in the back of the trailer, all thats gona do is make me have bad traction and no controll of the teuck when i hit the highway

As always, I needed help finding something, tiny lightbulbs that werent with the other ones, but down the row a little just far enough that I missed them. All I had to do was ask and a clerk was right there to help me, taking me right to what I needed, then to something else I needed, making my trip an immediate success! I did do a little more shopping, buying lots of good idea for hanging items in my new abode easily and without doing too much damage to my newly painted walls. I love that the store is so organized because I found anything and everything I could want in that category right there in front of me! I moved on to check-out to find an adorable young lady waiting to help me, and while she did, we had a super conversation about grown kids and what they expect of their aging parents now days, but that is a whole other story!!!
