The worst experience ever. I called a month ahead to make reservations for my niece and she forgot so she also didnt bother to write it down. I asked her if she would be open so that my niece can try on some dresses, she said yes. Yet we go there she had nothing for her to try on. When I saw one dress that maybe my niece would like the lady said no she couldnt try it on because it wouldnt fit her. Then she tried to measure my niece and say wed have to order one that fits her. All she had us do was look at catalogs. Then way later she explains that were not allowed to try on anything because her husband wasnt around to help her get the dresses on. Why would a man be helping young ladies put on dresses? This was supposed to be an exciting experience for young girls and it absolutely was not. Her prices are also way to high and her store is a mess. I do not recommend this store.

Horrible customer service…very rude! They got all the chambelanes pants too big and are mad that they have to get them fixed saying that it doesnt come included with the price. The owners husband was so rude…he yelled at me to leave the store if I didn’t like it. This is after spending $2,000 on my daughters quincenera package, all the damas (7)& chambelanes (8)outfits purchased and 4 extra rentals. What was the point of taking them all and getting them fitted only to be super off on their pants. Never again!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The women and her husband are extremely rude. They messed up the entire quinceañera party’s measurements and get mad when we asked them to fix it. Do not recommend, planning an important even is stressful in itself having to deal with rude service is an unnecessary added stress.

Went in sign says formal wear. Lady there doesnt speak English so she wont help. I went in she said something to me in Spanish and I said Im sorry I dont understand you I dont speak Spanish. I ask if she want to sell her dresses she had she shugged her shoulder and said no while smacking on a apple. Rude and very unprofessional. I was trying to support small local business but with that attitude I wont give you my money.

The owner went above and beyond to help my daughter. I highly recommend this store. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Good prices too.

I was highly satisfied with the way that they always try to help out the customer and let the customer come out of the store with what they were looking for. The people are so friendly and cooperative with their clients.

Horrible experience with my girlfriend this store I fo not recommended because it only interest $$$ to them without caring that the client is satisfied .idont recommends very nice everything at the beginning but then tele add things to the account that you are not requested no more questions how much they cost and already you described in your receipt reviseddo not sign the contract without being told why did it do not do anything.

Terrible experience the first time you go treats you as kindly the lady and offers you everything you do not worry about anything to believe as in a story and good prices but when you go to the test of the dress it changes more if you almost finished pay everything because she does not want to make the adjustments as the client wants if not how she likes $$ and watch carefully at the time of making the payments and the receipt that the bottom is the contract that I do not explain that yame and sent me msj thank God that mine is not signed the best sele forget that detail ... so I recommend another store so they do not pass the same as me 😶
