I got a quote from Will for 2 hours of work @ $200. Waited two months (even though they do walk ins...) and i was out in 23 minutes. The tattoo was good, simple lines. I told him the hours and the pay don’t match the quote. He smiled and said “Same price.” Rude environment the whole time, will definitely not go back.

I had got my ears pierced at Claire’s for 30$ including the ratings, but I had lost the earings, I came here because I had thought I needed to re pierce my ear, which I didn’t . I sat there for about 20 minutes trying to figure out why the man was trying to charge me 120$ just to put some earrings in my ear, the earrings I got from Claire’s were nicer and 100$ less , idk if I got scammed or something, but it was the big guy with the big ugly black tattoo on his arm

Good quality tattoos from Audie and good piercing. All good quality, don’t expect knock end stuff, want to make sure you don’t get infections from piercings? This is the place, and Audie is hands down the best in the Central Valley. Highly recommend. Been coming for 2 years and I will not go anywhere else.

Got a daith piercing and got the worst infection from it, & it kept bleeding for a week. I sent a message in the most polite way asking if it’s normal, and I sent a picture. I got ghosted and blocked on Instagram. Even before the appointment they sucked at replying back or answering basic questions. Also too overpriced comparing to other shops. I went to another shop and got the same exact piercing on the other ear and it was nothing like this

Been going to Devan for years and audies work is seriously insane! Awards line the walls to show just how good these guys are. The shop is ALWAYS clean and the guys are always as friendly as can be. I would 100% recommend this place for a first time tattoo as well.

I called them the day before I went in for a piercing and on the phone they told me that they took walk-ins for piercings before 7:00 p.m.. so I went in today to get piercings and they told me its by appointment only which they did not state the day before on the phone.

Matt is INCREDIBLE and likely the most accurate and professional piercer I’ve ever had. Everything was explained, down to the sterilization, piercing, placement, and jewelry. He was extremely patient with fixing a septum piercing gone wrong. Super calm and kind, I highly recommend him for piercings!

I went Sunday with a few of my friends to get pierced. Loved this place! Everyone was friendly and professional. Tiny Tim is a very nice guy. He could tell I was really nervous and he talked me through it so I could calm down. And after he was very specific with me on how to care for my piercings.My other friends also said he was just as nice to them. One thing to remember: They do not take credit cards. Its better to have cash.Will definitely come back to this place!

Matt is my piercer and you can always expect a welcoming attitude and a profesional atmosphere from him. Everything in the shop is super clean which is a comfort unlike any other. Ive had work done by Peter and his black and grey skills are stellar. Im about to get work done by Audi in a week and im super stoked for that since his work is outrageously epic! Me and my husband went in late and wanted matching tattoos, what we wanted done was either a werewolf or a Griffin. They found us an awesome werewolf and got us in even though it was close to closing time. Cody and Nick was are artists and even till midnight they stayed and worked on our tattoos ....need I say more lol this place is awesome the staff and artists are very helpful and went way out of there way. Thank you guys and the tattoos look spectacular! If there was more stars I would give them !

I was so nervous and not sure how to explain what I wanted in my first ever tattoo but when I came to High class Tattoo n met Devan Piccolo, i became more sure and confident. Devan is very precise and has lotsaa patience ..... he kept redoing the stencil until he made me happy..... I am going back very satisfied and would highly recommend Devan to everyone...... he also took lot of care for the hygiene and safety ....... 👍🏻👍🏻

I was helped by Reno. He was very kind and relaxed. As I bounced ideas off at him he gave very helpfull feedback. As of the tattoo he was very gentle and did a seriously great job. I am so happy with his work. Now I dont want to go anywhere else.

I walked in for a quick simple, easy tattoo. The guy that tattooed me rushed me in and out. My tattoo was simple Roman numerals and the lines are uneven, not straight and when I went back for them to fix it they said they couldnt fix it because it was already scabbed over, which I understand. But they didnt seem to care at all that I was unhappy with their services. He also didnt give me care instructions before he let me leave. I had to turn around and walk back in to inquire hoe to properly take care of my tattoo. I would never recommend this tattoo shop and will NEVER return.

Went in to get my septum re pierced. He was very nice to talk to and was able to re open the piercing. Was very honest about what he was going and didnt charge me the whole price because he was able to make it work without fully piercing it. Very professional and very clean.

I had a really big arm piece done here three years ago, for $250 and at the time it was a cool experience, my artist, RENO was very friendly and had me entertained most of the four hour process, he even took and gave me a few smoke breaks, plus my work was really nice :) ..over the last few years I have taken in several ppl and recommended several others who actually got work done,and they all seem to recognize me and even got a dermal there, but I was really disappointed when I went in just recently and asked for the same artist, RENO, to put a rose the size of my palm right above the original tattoo he had done, because of course I wanted the same artist, and he was asking for $300 for a single rose on my shoulder, I was totally bummed and still have yet to get that rose :( plus he acted like he never met me in my life and I got no love. Still bummed.

My boyfriend and I went in to get a tattoo, he had something printed out and I was unsure-well I didnt care, I like artists choice kind of things. Anyway, they put him in a booth right away, I sat and waited and waited. When he was finished he wondered why I hadnt gotten anything, so we sat with the guys and they were so rude. I was even willing to just get a cover up of some of my homemade tats, we had cash in hand and they acted like they could care less.I left with nothing.

3-7-2015, I took my daughter to high class Tattoo for ear piercing. My experience was truly less THAN high class service. Upon entering this facility, I was greeted with a strong odor of musky wet towels and pine-sol, along with shops groupies, laying around on the sofa. When I was asked what I needed, I explained to the apprentice I was here to get ear piercings for my daughter he then said fill out this form and he walked away to help another family that came in before me. My daughter and I sat down on the bench to fill out this form.So finally I take this form to this guy and I asked him, straight up and clearly HOW MUCH IS IT FOR HER EAR PIERCINGS, HE SAID $30.00. The piercer guy came up to the front to get us both As we pass the groupies laying around this sterile environment, I asked him, do you take debit/credit cards? He said NO, its broken but after we are done, there is a ATM down the way, you can come back to pay me. We are in his cubical, about to do the piercing, he asked us, what kind of tip do you want, a steel ball or gemstone We didnt know what he was referring to. I did ask him does it matter, how long will she be keeping these in? He said 2-3 weeks. I told him, I dont care, my daughter said she didnt care, BECAUSE THESE EARRINGS ARE TEMPORARY!!At that point, the respectful thing to do as a BUSINESS MAN he should have said, these are $10.00 more per ear lobe. He said NOTHING. Upon being done, we left without any incident to get cash from the ATM. I only took out the necessary cash to pay. I send in my 16 year old daughter to pay. She comes back to the car shocked. She said mom we have a problem. The man inside said it was $80.00. I told her to get into the car, I would handle this. When I enter this establishment, again this apprentice, explained that its $30.00 an ear and you upgraded the balls to the earrings so that was a additional fee. I was floored! He looked at me with this ignorant look in his face. That furthered angered me. Then he began to explain to me that he was explaining the costs to the customer before me and I should have been listening. I was shocked that he had the ignorance to say something like that. I asked to be speak to the piercer, so I waited. I asked him to explain how we go from $30.00 to $80.00. This is what he came back with, Its not my job to explain the cost to you, its my apprentices job to explain the costs. I knew at that point that this artist lacked the knowledge of what a business man was.I cannot pay the price for the lack of training to his assistant/staff, maybe have his apprentice pay the difference since he failed to explain the charges to me.So I walked out, as I only took out $40.00 from the ATM machine and he told me, What the hell? Are you going to pay me? And this apprentice ran out behind me and told me I am taking photos of your license plate... I paid this man $80.00 and this what I paid for. I paid the $80.00 so I can post this review and all the other reviews that I can post, so everyone can see that this shop isnt high class and after visiting the Department of Health of the County of Fresno, Health Inspection, you can see High Class Tattoo TWO violations!!!!So to you both, dont go around treating people this way. Karma doesnt feel good. !

Went here for a navel piercing- EXCELLENT experience. Piercer was very professional, and made me feel comfortable. This was my 12th piercing, and it was the easiest Ive had since I got my earlobes done when I was 10. Will be going back.

Just finished 4 hours with Reno at High Class. He did 2 cover ups, one on each arm. He has a very light touch, so you barely know you are being tattooed (of course your experience may be different). His work was perfect. I am already looking forward to 2 more tats from Reno. Just waiting on these to heal (so far healing great), and figure out the new art work (have to get the wifes approval haha). His price was very reasonable.

Got four piercings from them back in September. They did an awesome job but, the screw on the lip piercing was not screwed in before I left. Little to say the lip piercing jewelry came out and I had to go back in later in the week. The guy that pierced my lip was not in until later that week, and I wanted my lip piercing back in because I wasnt my fault it came out. When I got to this place the bearded man gave me the biggest attitude, checking if I lied about the jewelry coming out by fault to his employees, and Im no liar, so if you get work done from these guys bring someone else, or check behind there work! I could tell if a screw at the end of a piercing was place in or not, no need to lie. Ill think twice before I return.

I was a return customer have spent several thousand of dollars here usually i dont do reviews the work was good but being a return customer and being completely ignored was a dissapointment.I also have several friends and family that i have recommended and got work done there and all said same thing work is good people skills are garbage, we will all be going elsewere for our work.

Matthew Vargas was the young man doing the piercing, and this rating is just for his job on my daughters industrial and tragus piercings. He was very open about the costs for different types of jewelry for the ear, and performed the piercings with medical like precision. I have already recommended him to other residents of Oakhurst, where we no longer have piercings available. I would definitely return, or follow Matthew to any other location if I needed additionally piercings.

Audie crushes it. He did Walt Disneyland sleeve for me. Then last night he fixed a flag and cross tattoo that i had done years ago. I never thought it could look real, but it does. Id put him up against anyone. Ill never sit in another artists chair agian. Thanks bro!

I recently went and had my cartilage pierced, I went in at about 1:30 pm and there was 4 people working. I told them what I wanted they handed me a clip board, ( I knew what I had to do ) but they didnt say anything besides fill this out. Then asked for my ID and as I went to the back with the piercer he asked me about my latex allergy which was nice. Then as hes telling me the prices of the jewlery I got a bit confused but the friend with me had just had hers done so I knew what I wanted. He did a good job on the piercing it self but was vague and dry about after care and didnt give a slip of paper or anything just kind ok do this or this dont do this ok by. But Id go if the other guy was there.

The guy was really rude I will never visit him again the tatto is not worth of cost I got very small but not statisfied!!

I took my boyfriend there last Saturday for his first tatoo which was a small silhouette of a skateboard on the back of his right calf....after the hour was up to take the wrapping off there was bloodeverywhere! super heavy hand. smh. plus, the fact that EVERYONE FAILED TO MENTION CASH ONLY after we were already done. I found that unprofessional but fortunately my boyfriend had $47 in cash and paypald the rest of the $3. btw, PETER did the tattoo. also, we didnt experience much of a friendly environment.

Piercer Tiny Tim was very professional when Icalled to discuss getting an additional piercing. Iexplained that it would probably be difficult this time around but he reassured me that he was exerienced and would take a look. When I arrived Tim took the time to answer all of my questions and when the time came to actually do the piercing he walked me through the steps we would take. It was quick and realatively painlessw. He explained the follow up care very thoroughly and made sure I understood that he stood by his work and if Ihad ANY problems or concerns then he would he more than happy to help.The actual shop was very clean, the instruments were sterile, and I was I was impressed with the amount of knowledge that the piercer and a tattoo artist Audie showed.I told both that I was looking to get some ink done in the near future and Audie also took the time to discuss my piece and gave some great tips.Overall my experience was a great one and I would definitely reccomend this shop.
