As I was getting ready to post a review for PB Fresno I read other reviews about my same rude customer issue and it definitely validated my feelings. I had 2 people handle their phone skills in a snobby manor. We bought a new home and are ready for some major design work and after speaking to a designer there with the horrible customer service and then asking for another designer (Then being called out as to why, by ANOTHER snobby employee) I dropped the whole using Pottery Barn to help design my home. If I can’t be comfortable and communicate over a simple phone call then I definitely don’t feel comfortable working with them on a design level. Total BUZZ KILL, thanks Pottery Barn

Seven was not the lucky number. I say that because weve had seven pieces of Pottery Barn couches, ottoman and chair in our family and living room. NONE OF IT has held up well over time.This is what my wife wanted and I went along with it. Considering the limited use of any of these pieces they shouldnt look like beat up, worn out college dorm, TV area junk.For the exorbitant price I expected more. My father ran a furniture store for 50 years and we still have some of his estate furniture thats in better shape than the new Pottery Barn stuff.The whole effort to Potterize our house has been a huge disappointment.

We’ve been in this store multiple times but today the cashier Stephanie wasn’t polite enough to hand us the stuff or leave it on the counter, she left it on the floor once we paid for it and started helping the other lady behind us. Very rude.

Had to buy & replaced certain type of plant pot for my mother N law but they didn’t have what i was looking for! the customer services was nice & willing to help me!!

The people that work there are rude. Ive been there multiple times and get ignored. When and if they help me they seem bothered. I love pottery barn so I order my stuff online to avoid going to the Fresno store.

The young man manning the front door ended up ringing our purchase and from the moment we walked in to the moment we paid his tone of voice was not very welcoming. I hated the fact that he was the only person around to ring us up as my initial impression of him was not a good one. The experience at the register was not any better as my husband did have his PB credit card (he seldom carries his retail credit cards) and the associate seemed bothered and inconvenienced to have to call for our account # and at one point, before ringing the merchandise, he told my husband, next time bring your card. I am a frequent shopper at PB and I have never known PB associates to be rude on the contrary they are always so gracious and ready to assist you with any questions you may have or assist you with your shopping needs. Needless to say, I was disappointed with this shopping experience. Given the current state of the economy, a companys associates should be a bit more welcoming to their customers.

High end quality furniture. Prices are high but reflect quality. This is right place for career person who does not have the time to hunt for furniture or decorations. It is a good place for a quick buy. I personally shop for good deals and I have that kind of time to do so, so I highly doubt that I will make a second visit.

The store associate (who happened to be the manager) that assisted me during a purchase today was very rude and condescending. I’ve worked in retail before myself and I get it, it’s not always glamorous, but that’s no excuse to be rude to customers. Skip the store and order online!

Jasmine in the design center helped me out with some complex needs and I couldnt be happier. I would go back for her help in a heartbeat. Kind, patient, attentive and knew her job role and product exceedingly well.

Great customer service. It smelled so good in there I could of stayed all afternoon. I happily signed up for their rewards program, which only took away about 5 minutes of my shopping experience. My friend and I leisurely inspected items for our homes and there were no pushy sales people harrassing us!

They were helpful with the wedding gift I was looking for and were more than happy to wrap it . They are very helpful and not pushy.

Beautiful store, alot to take in, quality products if not in some cases over priced. But a great selection of unique home furnishings.
