My family used Bath Planet Central Valley to remodel our master bath and master bedroom. We had a great experience. Work was completed on time and on budget! I requested minor changes during the process and each change was documented in a change order and the cost was accurate and changes done correctly. We have had the Bath Planet product for about a year. I am very impressed with how easy it is to keep our shower clean and free from mold. Looks great and holding up very well. The company employees were friendly and professional. We will be working with this company to remodel our main bath next year and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I used Bath Planet for 2 of my bathroom remodels. They completely ripped out my old showers and installed new ones. In my main bathroom, I had a tub/shower combo installed. In my master bathroom, a huge shower was installed. The final product in both looks great. I love the way they turned out. This business was very professional from start to finish. Communication was great and the installers were very nice. They made sure that my bathrooms were kept clean when finished and that my expectations were met. I will continue to use them in the future.

We went through RFMC Construction/Bath Planet for our bath remodels, and we were very happy with the process and the end results. We ended up moving soon after, and feel that the reason our house sold in less than 24 hours was in large part due to the enhanced value of the completely remodeled bathrooms.

Sales person was good, initial project manager was good, half way through project, got a a new PM. The granite installation for counter was subcontracted out to sunnyside tile...thats where it went horrible! Never told work would be subcontracted out, talked as though all work was done by in-house employees. PM way in over her head, no apology, told owner of sunnyside tile to leave my mothers residence or we would call police. Bath planet just wanted to be done with project, no concern for situation, why would they...they had already made their money. BEWARE, for what you pay service not worth it.
