Oh baby is best place to go the only reason i went there was because I thought oh baby had closed but they relocated . The lady that helped me with gender was also very rude and serious made us feel very uncomfortable 😣

This place is a must!!! Raquel is the girl you want to do your session with. She is experienced and well educated in this field. I only give praise where its needed. She was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was on time and coordinated successfully. They always tell you what is expected and what to do prior to the appointment dont let these people(reviews) fool you. They are wonderful and patient ladies. Do as your told and believe everything will be an amazing experience for you and your family during these uncertain times. My family and i give a big 5 stars.

Ive never felt so disappointed in my life. Let me just start by saying the girls working were all very nice, that wasnt the issue. The whole process (ultrasound) was super rushed and fast. I paid close to $100 for basically ONE - half way decent photo and a few unidentifiable pictures. I did not get everything as promised in the actual AD that I saw online. (I got a usb of unclear photos but no CD?)I understand that if the baby isnt cooperating, thats not their fault but I honestly feel for the money paid, I should be allowed to come back another day or however many times it takes to maybe get a few decent pictures. The 4x6 photos they give are actually not true to size. They give you 4x6 pics... but the actual printed photo on that 4x6 is much smaller so theres a lot of white space around the entire photo! I literally got pics of the same ONE photo on all four 4x6 pictures. The prints on the black and white pictures are mostly unidentifiable pictures... one of maybe a arm and one of half a facee and a still photo of the heart beat. The half face is what they used on my 4x6 photos. I feel like I burned a 100$ bill. Because of this, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was very friendly to my face , woman with black curly hair working in the front was having problems running my card and when I stepped outside , my 15 year old daughter stayed inside and staff became extremely rude speaking in front of my child so my daughter began recording definitely will be calling tomorrow demanding a apology , loved my pictures but they definitely need to work on customer service should have never happened .

I had two sessions for the same pregnancy here, first session went great as far as second session it went okay. My family and I waited 50 mins for our session. They tell you to come about 15 mins earlier or else they’ll cancel your appt, we came early and still had to wait. I paid for HD live add on. I was so happy to see my baby during my session I didn’t not realize they did not do the HD live or give me my CD of the session as well as the colored images that should have came with the HD live. Called right when I got home and I live about 50 mins away. They told me they’ll have the manager call me back. Got a call two days later and they told me they would mail the images to me and the CD even though I told them the HD was not done so what images would I be getting?! it’s been almost 6 weeks and I never received anything. I would definitely recommend A precious glimpse in Visalia CA over them I went with them for my first pregnancy. Just went to them for my 31 week 3D ultrasound and I do not regret it at all! Much better quality images over peek a baby and very beautiful set up. Also give you the option to get images on an app for $20 add on as well so I received APP photos of session which was over 45 photos and I received about 20 printed photos that were black and white from session and 4 4x6 colored images ( unlike peek a baby where I only recieved about 5)and necklace, bracelet, ring etc keepsakes of baby’s heartbeat and name engraved !on top of it if baby is being stubborn they’ll have you come back at no charge another day! They will do everything possible before sending you home!

Horrible customer service and long wait. Don’t bother making an appointment. The service they offer are not worth the cost at all. I don’t recommend at all.

Very horrible service, my sister went in happy wanting to find out the gender of her baby and came out crying. She had an appt at 11am the called her back and tried maybe for 3 minutes to find out the gender told her to come back at 2pm knowing she came out of town for this appt so she waited around for hours just to come back and be told their machine broke down and they would not issue a refund even though they did not give her the gender of the baby. They had horrible service, did not apologize or have the courtesy to call her while she was waiting to say the machine broke down. I would not recommend this place. If I could leave a zero star rating I would, you guys suck and need better customer service !

I was told wrong gender for a reveal I opened the envelope after the reveal and realized it didnt look like a girl and it was definitely a boy called immediately and they said they would review the pictures called back and said it was for sure a girl. I was 15 weeks 6 days now 4 weeks later at my ob appointment they confirmed it was a boy called for a refund and they said they dont typically do refunds offered Me another service 😑 I typically dont pay for the wrong information I asked to speak to someone above the Manger and I was given an email with no response I spent 150 on those powder gender exploding things customer service is trash Ive been here with 4 pregnancys and this is not how you do business

We have enjoyed this place for years. Im happy even with covid they are open and providing services. We will be going back in a few weeks for another ultrasound, cant wait to see how our newest addition has grown.

Just an FYI so nobody’s wastes their time like I did. They will not see you until you have already had an ultrasound with your doctor. This is not stated on the website and they do no tell you this when you make an appointment. I drove an hour to come here just or them to tell me after filling out the paperwork that they would not see me. I understand the reasoning behind that, but it should either be on the website or told to you before making an appointment. Very frustrating.

Girl are nice, but they dont take time on your ultrasounds , you pay alot and they do everything so fast , paid for HD and all they do is give you pics of the babys face , no body parts .

Im very disappointed. Weve had several positive experiences, but all of which have been corrupted because of this. We came to our appointment at our appointment time exactly but were told because the next appointment was already there and that since we werent 15 minutes early they already canceled our appointment and we could reschedule. I feel that we were at least owed a phone call to inform us before they did cancel. Simply unprofessional.

I absolutely recommend this place! I went in this morning for a gender peek . I’m 15weeks. The girls working there were so nice and friendly . Not only did I receive a military discount which is an awesome bonus . But I received the sweetest picture I could ever of asked for . It was a black and white of one of the 3D pictures taken. But it was the perfect picture . Profile of my little girl . You can see her head, face, little arms , legs everything . Just one of the best experiences I’ve had with any ultrasound place . So grateful . And yes we confirmed it’s a girl. .. This was so worth my 30 min drive and is priceless to me and my deployed hubby . Thank you peek a baby Ultrasound staff for everything .

Have gone with friends before, they treat the persons guests really well. Went twice so far because now Im pregnant with our first baby, and its been the best experience. My boyfriend loves it. Our pictures have came out clear. The technician offered to reveal the babys gender in our last session but we declined due to our own preference. & She did her best avoiding the babys gender. She was really sweet and considerate both times we went. Totally worth every dime spent. :)

I am disappointed in this place. I went in to have my husband and kids see the new baby and be involved since my OB doesnt allow anyone in the office except mothers. Everything was ok while we were there, however the picture quality and selections were less than desirable. I had upgraded my gender peek to a gender peek with HD so i could get pics on a cd. 3 of the printed pictures were the same of a vague image of the heart, 2 were the same of a 3d image and one was a blury profile picture. I saw during my US that the tec was showing my babys spine yet that picture was not included. There was no feet, hand or full body pictures. All the pictures on the CD were bad quality 4D images. I dont think ill be going there again or recommending to anyone. ~A.Cox

Me and my boyfriend are first time parents and we were so excited to find out the gender. We were greeted upon arrival, the atmosphere is very welcoming. I am thankful to have an ultrasound tech who was amazing, my boyfriend got a video of our precious baby boy and we got to see him in 4D too I’m 100% sure i’ll be back before my pregnancy ends to see my munchkin again. I am honestly very happy with my experience here! I had three re-do appointments because the technicians wanted to make sure I was 100% pleased with the photos. They were very professional and gentle with me all three times. I love how clean the facility and restroom are too! I would come here again when I have another baby.

I paid $55, the cheapest package. I was seen for about 10 minutes, it goes by quick. The pictures are in black and white. All my pictures have a white line through them which I didnt notice until I got home.Three stars because I got a can of formula and a bottle when it was done. Got one good picture but it has a white line through it. Wish I couldve gotten better quality pictures. I wouldnt come back and would recommend trying a different place if youre looking for nice pictures.

This is my first pregnancy and I made an appointment here after hearing about it. I was beyond pleased 😍I saw my baby being super active, at just 13 weeks. The girls were super friendly, and patient. Baby was moving so much it was a bit challenging to get the heartbeat but she did it. I will most certainly come here again!

I came in today, 4/4/18 for a gender peek and I had the BEST experience ever! Office was very clean and welcoming, the staff was super sweet, and my ultrasound tech was amazing. My doctor referred me to Peek A Baby for 3d pics. We arrived to a beautiful office and to a pleasant staff. The ladies working there obviously love what they do because it shows in the pride they take. We had a wonderful time seeing our baby and the sonographer confirmed the sex of the baby for us as well. We will definitely return for another peek later on. I highly recommend their service to any expecting parents.

Great service is what makes this place the best. The women working there are super nice and go way beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience, which we did. The baby was not in the best position, but the tech did her best and took her time to make sure we got some awesome photos. She even went beyond the time we paid for, which we appreciated very much.The office is very nice and very big. We had 10 people with us and they had no problem accomodating us all. Apparently they just moved over to this new larger office. It is right by the 41 so makes getting to them so easy.We recommend Peek A Baby and the staff for the 3d service.

Love this place! I have been here MANY times lol. I did my gender reveal at 15 weeks and went back at 25 and 30 weeks to see my babys face. The 3d pictures were awesome and compared to how he looked when he was born was spot on!

We came here with our first baby and now we came again with our second baby. The ladies working there are fabulous and full of excitement. The visit is made special because they were as excited as we were. We love their new HD live technology. It is an absolute must have. The quality of their pictures and the service is absolutely top notch. I highly recommend peek a baby to any expecting parents.

The staff was amazing! I was having issues with my debit card, which in itself was embarrassing for me, but they were patient and didnt make me feel worse about it, while I called customer service to see what was going on. Afterwards, the lady doing the ultra sound was really sweet and did the best she could to get the perfect images of my daughter. Yes, we even got to find out the babys gender since she was stubborn during my hospitals ultra sound. We got my oldest daughter a stuffed animal with the babys heart beat which she loves and its such a cute thing to hear her heart beating at the push of a button. All in all, I am definitely looking forward to going back a little later in my pregnancy when my little sweet pea will have more baby features for the 3D imaging.

I loved the ladies at Peek-a-baby! When I asked if I could change my package (which meant a longer session) they didnt hesitate in accommodating us. The lady who did our session was very friendly and patient with our lil one who didnt want to have her picture taken.I definitely recommend going here.

After reading Google reviews right before going to my appointment I got discouraged, but I went anyway giving them the benefit of the doubt. All I would say is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...they are not certified and when I had my gender peak done the lady wasnt even sure what she was seeing not to mention she couldnt even get my babys heartbeat right. She was so unsure of what the babys gender was it made me really skeptical of their training. My husband was livid but I didnt care I was happy to see my baby moving. This company maybe be nice and I believe prey on women who are pregnant and eager to determine there babys gender.I am even shocked with my horrible images they gave me. Honestly I am surprised they are still in business. I now understand why you have to sign a form saying no refunds!!New post 5-14-2013So I went to my regular gender check to be performed at my doctor and peek a baby had told me 11 days prior without a doubt it is a GIRL! The supervisor even called me and asked me what went wrong. She saw the pictures that were taken and she stands behind her girls at the Clovis location that it is in fact a baby girl. She offered me another session at no charge but I told her no thanks. So my Dr. during my 18 week gender check informs my husband and I it is in fact a BOY! So peek a baby was wrong. Therefore this review is far from skeptical, and in no way slandering the business or its associates. The supervisor told me that if the gender is wrong to come back and they will give another gender check to me free but at this point what is the point when originally they told me it was a girl and I have ultra sounds confirming a boy. It is not necessary for me to release my true name on this review but obviously they knew who had written the review because she called. When the supervisor calls and agrees with the only trained girls on the sonogram machines that it is a girl and its not, you have to wonder what is the level of training for the supervisor on these machines?I will just say I would never advise or tell anyone to come to peek a baby for any of my future needs with my pregnancies.

First off, their prices are ridiculously high and they are not certified ultrasound technicians (they do not know what they are looking at.) $60 for a gender peek is too much. The tech only looked at our baby for not even 10 minutes and gave us 4 crappy ultrasound pictures that were not clear. They also pushed way too hard on my girlfriends stomach. The profile picture wasnt a profile picture; we couldnt see our babies nose or lips at all. As soon as they saw something between the legs they turned off the ultrasound monitor and told us it was a boy. Great, right? Wrong. We threw a gender-reveal party for a boy and let our whole family know about our new son. A couple days later, we get another ultrasound from a REAL ultrasound tech that confirmed HE was actually a girl. The tech looked at the peek a baby ultrasound picture of a boy and she said the penis was clearly an umbilical cord. She only looked at it for a second and knew right away. They ruined our party and got us preparing for a boy when we were really having a baby girl. They were not even remorseful or sorry. They just brushed it off as if it were nothing. I do not recommend this place to any new mothers. P.S we got a 20 week ultrasound (way past the gender revealing point in pregnancy). Also, we came back for a free ultrasound courtesy of peek-a-baby, but yet, they were still rushing the ultrasound process because they wanted to go to lunch. These people are unprofessional and rude. Take me & my girlfriends advice and stay away!!! Certified Ultrasound techs are 100% better and professional. Do not get an ultrasound from these amateurs!By the way, Melissa is the one that got it wrong and the one that pushed too hard on the baby. She is terrible and does not know what she is doing. Along with the rest of the staff.

I went twice because I enjoyed there service and prices quite a bit. Got wonderful pictures both times despite the baby being bashful with his face they worked with him till they got good pictures of his face. I highly recommend them to any soon to be momma.

I went to PEEK A BABY on 11-9-2013. I am 30 weeks pregnant. My appointment was at 11:25AM, but I arrived about 30 minutes early. The girls there immediately took me back and started the 3D/4D experience right away. My unborn son would not face the doppler. His face was turned toward my back and we were unable to see his face. I thought I spent $99 for nothing, and I wanted to cry. Instead of saying sorry and sending me home, the girl performing the ultrasound told me to go drink something sugary and walk around... hopefully by then he would have moved. After drinking some apple juice, we went back in and tried again. The baby had moved, but we were only successful at seeing half of his face. Unsatisfied with the picture results, the tech told me to come back within 7 days and she would see me again for free. I am relieved, happy, and so excited to see him again. It is obvious that PEEK A BABY cares about your overall experience and want you to be satisfied. I recommend PEEK A BABY for anyone wanting a pleasant experience.

We were more than pleased with our visit. The staff was awesome and the office was big and clean. We had a lot of people with us and they did not mind. Our baby was not being very helpful and kept her legs closed so it was difficult to find the sex of the baby. The tech was very patient and let me go for a walk and drink some juice to get the baby to move. After about 15 min we tried again and she flashed the goods :) My husband and I would both like to thank the ladies working there and we will definitely come back.

Although in person staff were nice, they are very deceptive. You pick the package of what you want and add anything else (beating heartbeat animal)online when you schedule. I received a confirmation email with the package and additional things I wanted, but When I went in I didn’t get all of the package. And only got the 1 picture of baby’s face (and a zoomed in one of the same pic). She could have chosen at least 6more pics she did get of baby, but only gave us the 1 pic. Of his face. When I wrote to their fb page asking about this “misunderstanding” I was told to call the office, and there was an overcharge since I didn’t get the whole package (cd). After talking to staff they offered to charge me an additional $20 to get what I asked for, and to come in again. I then asked for their manager’s name (who was the person messaging me on fb) according to personnel, but they said they can’t relay that information?! Feeling jipped, I messaged the anonymous manager again, and asked for just more of baby’s face pics, the ones I did see but didn’t get, she said she couldn’t help me, to call the office again! What manager doesn’t give out their name nor can help you? I’ve never had a manager tell me “I can’t help you” nor employees withhold the manager’s name. Doesn’t seem professional.

This was an amazing experience. My sister bought me a gift certificate to come here as a surprise and we had a blast. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The office is very big so bringing family was not an issue. My sister had went to another place in Fresno for her ultrasound and had a horrible experience so she did not want me going there. We found out they went out of business, go figure. I highly recommend Peek A Baby you wont regret it!

I went to Peek A Baby for a gender peek at 17 weeks, everyone was very nice and friendly. But the lady wasnt quite sure what gender my baby was and she couldnt see anything there so I was assured, by the technician, that it was a girl. Today I had an ultrasound with my doctor, my daughter is actually my son.I just wish the lady wouldve rescheduled to a later date since she was unsure in the beginning that way i didnt go out and by clothes that night. Again, everyone was nice, i just wouldnt recommend for a gender peek.--After the owner of the company responded she gave me excuses and not an apology for her companys mistake. And gave a false statement about being 98% accurate on their gender peek when they dont ask their customer to confirm it with them.Such horrible customer service, especially when dealing with already hormonal pregnant women.
